We are really disappointed with our experience here....I believe that they are overwhelmed with work and some vehicles are put through the wringer... we just got our GMC Acadia back a week ago for the Forth time...they got it May 31, 2023 and I just took it to a mechanic to do a run through to see what might need done before inspections are due next month and he said it is ruined beyond repair. They left off important nuts and bolts burnt a hole in the frame and much more....Service: Transmission

Knowledgeable. In fact, more knowledgeable about my Chrystler 300 than the Chrystler dealership. And his prices... that's just the icing on top. Just when you think it can't get better, soooo friendly and helpful in every way! I found my new mechanic!

Very rude and poor quality of work. My husband's truck has spent months in and out of that shop. Then today when we spoke with them the mechanic informed us they just dropped a used transmission in it from another truck and never put the stage 2 clutches in it we paid for. They won't fix their mistakes properly and their warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on.

Exceptional service Kevin and his technicians are always respectful and considerate to there customers. Visit them for all your transmission work. That s what I did and my 2016 focus is running great.

We came to these folks in a moment of real need. Having been disappointed by the people who sold us our vehicle, we were of course cautious and defensive. I am here to tell anyone that this business offers not just excellent rates and expert work, but truly the finest in customer service. They are individuals who keep their word and took our concerns seriously. Service businesses such as this deserve to do well and go a long way in re-establishing the superiority of the local "mom and pop" model that this country was built upon. If they were a movie and I were a reviewer I would give them "two thumbs up- - way up!!"

Affordable transmission is a great place to get your transmission work done along with your auto repairs. They have been working on our vehicles for years. They are very affordable considering transmission work is very labor intense. We will definitely recommend family and friends keeping affordable transmissions in mind for your future auto repairs.

These people were so rude. I took my daughters car there for a leak. They told me my transmission was bad. I got a second opinion and it was just an axel seal. That cost me $240. DONT GO THERE!!

Outstanding customer service! They are so kind, explaining everything that needed to be done and why. Prices are so much better than anyone I found and I researched. Highly recommend family owned business!

I purchased a used car from a dealer only to find out it had severe transmission problems the dealer was unaware of. There was no 4th gear and the transmission slipped and overheated constantly.When I took the car to affordable transmission and described the issues to, they listened and then suggested a probable cause based on their experience with the transmission in question.They were courteous and knowledgeable about their trade. The transmission had to be rebuilt, as they had expected, and it has been running like brand new ever since.The shop worked everything out with the dealer and warranty company, I didn't have to deal with any of that hassle. The car was repaired quickly, in just a matter of daysI would definitely return for service in the future.

My local Toyota dealership quoted me $200 for transmission fluid change and filter on my vehicle. Affordable Transmission charged me $100. Half of what Toyota dealership wanted. The transmission on my 2005 4 runner runs great. Thanks Kevin.

Transmission work is defiantly expensive, but these guys make it as cheap as possible and still do excellent work. Even after I stopped driving that car due to a deer accident, I took my new car to them to have them check it out to make sure the transmission was working correctly.

Awesome place to have them fix your transmission!!!.. Great customer service!!!.. Thank you for fixing my Chrysler 300 and letting me know in detail what was wrong!! Don't look anywhere else go here for them to fix your car or truck!!!!

They were great,i had been trying for nearly a week to find someone to get my car in fto have a diagnostic done.they got me in within 20 mins of my calling,done within an hour.didnt try to sell anything unnecessary,gave a recommendation for electrical work that they didn't do.will be using them from now on

I paid these people $900 to rebuild my transmission and it blew up on the side of the hi way less than a thousand miles after that unfortunately I was in Indiana when I called and talked to Kevin Rozell who is one of the most dishonest people I have ever met he refused to make any kind of refund and stopped taking my calls I have since learned this is the norm for this shop don't be fooled by their Bullshit you will regret letting these liars touch your car it will only cost you more money when you take it somewhere else to get it fixed again I love how the owner calls me a lier when we never even spoke it was his piece of crap thief partner Kevin Rozell who cheated me Butt they think that no one will call them out just don't waste your time or money there you will regret it and screw you Mike it's that piece of crap Kevin who doesn't know how to tell the truth
