The best car shop I have ever gone to and I've been coming to them for years now as they are a place you can truly trust. Always top notch quality, fair prices, and speedy service. Ken, Carissa, and the whole crew are all so amazing and treat you like family. 1000% recommend!

This place has screwed me multiple times. Last time was deliberately damaged my caliper bolt was seized and caliper was shot. Took it home easily extracted the bolt, caliper was perfect. Did brake job myself. Highly dishonest, Warning do not hire them!

I have used K&K for years, they have bailed me out of several tough repairs. Always fair, customer focused and can get you in usually same week. Best around, highly recommend

I'm so happy with and thankful for my experience here! It was super easy to make an appt, they got me right in and the inspection took just a few minutes. I waited inside with my kids and everyone was so kind about it!

This place was absolutely awesome. I came in with my girl (who got a ticket for a busted aftermarket headlight and needed it fixed within one business day, according to the officer) and they not only understood the urgency of our situation, but took her car as a walk in. The price was fair, especially for the challenge of working with her tiny Miata. Thumbs up times ten!

Excellent customer service! Timely work done on my vehicle at a good price . This was my 1st time I will return for service here. I like the explanation of what my vehicle needed and it being handled in a timely manner.

Honest review they are friendly and realistic....i needed to pass my van for inspection which has problems here and there and I had a gas vapor leak and needed a smoke test... they lifted the car up and saw a rusted gas line.... instead of running the test they called me we replaced the line and they charged Me 30 for the line instead of 60 for a smoke test... then they did everything they could to help my car pass. We finally.got the lights off I ran it over the weekend and I went back Monday to check (no scheduled appt...) it was clear so they quickly got me in to pass it. They are amazing kind friendly quick reasonably priced and they are not shady...no dishonest company will do a lesser paying job even tho there's a more expensive option to save the CUSTOMER money

Biggest scumbag garage I've ever been to in my life. If you love getting ripped off you will love K&K Auto. Took my truck over there for $1,400 in work. They knew it had been sitting for over a year but they failed to replace the gasket which is common knowledge. So then my motor blew. Took it to another garage and their opinion as that they intentionally did that so I would bring it back. They also charged me $10 to remove a cracked mirror and place it on my front seat. They charged me $25 to put what they knew was a dead battery back in my truck. When I got to the garage they said their jump box was broken and closed, leaving me stranded because I got a ride and was dropped off there. Total scumbags. One star because zero isn't a possibility. Small claims court time. These people are disgusting. You can check out all the complaints they have against them with New York state for ripping people off.

Our family has been going to K&K since they opened,if anyone knows a Olin we have a lot of automobile's. They've always done above and beyond, always so respectful to my father,going out of there way to ask about him or speak to him if he's there,TY for the class act!

Took my truck there for a wheel bearing replacement and to fix a misfire. Didn t touch the wheel bearing (even though I told them replace it twice). Only work they actually did was throw plugs and wires on it a slapped me with 350$ bill. Shady shop. Doesn t deserve anyone s business

These folks deserve zero stars. Discovered they failed my vehicle illegally for ball joints. They documented ball joints on their customer receipt to me, however on the New York State inspection form changed the verbiage as to reason for failure to steering/chassis frame. It is illegal to fail a vehicle in New York for ball joints and K&K Auto knows this. By changing the description on the state form they where allowed to get away with it. Problem is, they documented it as ball joints on my customer receipt providing me proof of their illegal activity. So glad I saved all my documentation to support my claim. After failing my vehicle they then attempted to rip me off on the repairs by charging me three times (3X) the actual cost of the parts. When I called them out on what they were doing they refused to work on my vehicle.These are extremely dishonest folks here at K&K Auto. Two other repair centers, Mavis in Dansville NY and Monroe muffler and brake in Hornell NY, confirmed what I stated above regarding illegally failing my vehicle. Let this serve as a warning to anyone considering using K&K Auto in the future.

We took out ford escape in for an oil change.And the mechanic did inform us somethi g was wrong.But they neglected to put the undercarriage pan bolts back in properly which caused damage to our vehicle as i had to drive it home. It caught on something on rhe road and damage my vehicle.Never going back due to negligence and refusal to finish a job.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Inspection was a joke they failed it. Then tried to say there were other parts that needed replacing. My brother is a mechanic who told me what the issues were. But they wanted to charge 400 for the bushings. My brother said bushings cost like 30. They are worthless and should be out of business.

Would not recommend. Maybe it's convenient for most, but they attempted to rip me off. Went in for inspection, failed me for a faulty part. Took it to another shop for a second opinion, they did not see the same problems they saw, and passed me.

Small garage but these people went way out of their way to help me. I had an emergency come up during their service where they had to stop where they were at with my car so I could take off. They sped me through and even contacted us to see if we would like to re-schedule to finish the job. Can not say enough good things about them.
