Been taking my Hondas to Mike and his team for over 10 years. Never had a problem with their repairs and service, prices always seemed reasonable and they were very prompt on the repairs. Also excellent communication. Highly recommend them.

This was my first time bringing my car for service. I would give these guys 10 stars. Everyone was so nice and the work was done very quickly and my car is working like new. I have used Clove Branch many times since moving to the area for oil changes, tire rotations, and other services for my car. The service is great and they do not try to get you to do anything unnecessary. They're the best, honest and fair.

I came in yesterday for my appointment for an air conditioning recharge for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised at how polite, respectful and reasonable Scott behind the counter was as well as the great communication throughout the entire process.I will definitely be back with my other vehicles in the future! Clove Branch really saved my daughters car. They were honest, and extremely knowledgeable. They fixed everything and made the car safe again for my daughter. They were very reasonable in price and kept us in the loop the whole way. When my car broke down I had it towed to Clove Branch and I m so glad I did. Scott was as sweet as could be and his kindness really went a long way on a bad day. Clove Branch had my car fixed and back to me within 48 hours of having it towed there. They were extremely honest, fair, and friendly coupled with prompt and clear communication. We moved to this town a couple years ago and this will be our new mechanic for as long as we live here. This is the ONLY shop around that I fully trust. Not only do they always get you in a quick & timely manner but they are honest and super efficient. I started bringing my Subaru in 2020 and now my husband also brings his vehicle there. Mike is always super nice and accommodating. I ve taken my car in from everything to brakes, rotors, broken muffler, rear hub assembly, A/C problems, etc. Their prices are very fair and I never feel like I m getting taken advantage as a woman who doesn t know much about cars! Love being able to have a reliable, honest and dependable shop to bring our vehicle too! Staff is always friendly and if any issues arise they are easy going and quick to take a peak and let you know what s going on. They re always very honest and don t try and up sell you on things you might need at time of service; theyre straight forward and down the point. My family and I have used Mike for a variety of services, all with great results. One item that really cemented the relationship is when my air conditioner was not working. I was prepared to have a brand new one installed. However, Mike ran several tests and ultimately it did not need to be replaced. For a much lesser price, he flushed and had it running new. That type of loyalty to customers is hard to find. You should certainly look to use Clove Branch for your any automotive needs.

Highly recommend! I was in a time crunch and getting long wait times from nearby competitors. That s when I found Clove Branch and they were able to help me out in a pinch. Great service all around, I ll be a return customer next time I m in need.

Needed a repair. Called and got me in same day to look at it. Couldn't fix till following day. Repaired what I needed at a reasonable cost. All other places couldn't help me. I will definitely go back to Clove Branch and will recommend. Thank you

Another shop said I needed a new obdii port. I had used a scanner on it before, so this seemed fishy. Took it to Clove Branch, plugged it in, tested it out and was done in 10 min. Saved over 300$ in parts/labor from other shop. Thank you!
