The owner answered within the 1st or 2nd ring, and was super nice on the phone. The driver was a ways out finishing another job, so I knew I'd be waiting a bit, but he showed up at just about the time promised. He was also super nice, friendly, & very professional as well. I felt like a jerk, but I needed to change the destination for my car at the last possible minute, yet they were very accommodating and didn't make me feel bad at all. I am impressed & extremely happy with the service, and the price was more than reasonable. Definitely give them a call if you are in need of their services, you will not be disappointed! Kennedy's Herbal Solution would like to give a special thanks to Callahan towing service...We we're stranded 275 miles from home with a blown motor, Things didn't look hopeful. I called Callahan towing service for help. They didn't disappoint. Very friendly on the phone and in person . Price was fair no hidden fees, no games. Also special thanks to the driver Gary for a 10 plus hour drive he had to endure, very professional and friendly. Honestly we can't say enough good things about this company. They truly save us and our business that day. Mind you this was on a Saturday mid day. Their service was excellent! Needed a tow for our travel trailer and called Callahan's because they are available 24 hours. I tried to explain what we needed, but wasn't very clear. They came right out and they brought 2 trucks as they weren't sure what was needed. Towed trailer to where we were going and helped park it there.

I called my insurance company after locking myself out of my car. They took my info and passed it along. While still on the phone Callahan Towing called me. Super responsive. They showed up extremely quick and unlocked my car in about a minute. Truly it was the most pleasant lockout I have experienced. I have had a few.... Thank you, you made my day.Service: Car lockouts

This company is absolutely amazing. Had to call them at one of my lowest points in my life, they listened to me sympathized with me and did everything they could to make this situation easier on my family and I. The owner handled this all from his cell phone while he was on family vacation... then proceeded to tell us they would do this Pro-Bono which made us very emotional. Gary came and picked up the Tahoe where he went above and beyond to make sure it was safely put away. He very slowly and meticulously got it into the garage and closed for the door for us (two frantic females who have no idea what they re doing) After that told us to call him when we were ready for them to grab vehicle #2.... there were so many things on our list of affairs to handle and we are so thankful that Callahan towing made this so easy for us. They truly treated us like family and for that we are forever grateful. We will never forget this Service: Car towing

While unable to help with my specific issue, this place did still try to go out of their way to assist in finding someone that could. Honest with a good attitude, making them stand out in an area of sharks.

Callahan came and picked up our Kia Sorrento and delivered it to dorschel In Rochester the tow truck drivers name was Nick very pleasant and courteous took the car there and dropped it off I would use them again if needed so I hope people see this and choose them as well. Thank you Terry yates

My daughter's car was in an accident they were decent the night of the accident a day later trying to contact somebody to get the car nobody was around the one person's attitude was very poor and then when I asked for help to get the car on the trailer all the guy said was first we charge $75 an hour after I just give him $310 for tow bill
