Mike and his team are the best. I purchased a car from them, best experience I have had. Mike helped me choose the car that was exactly right for what I needed it for. Not pushy or in a hurry for me to make a decision. I have to say I love my car. The service department is fantastic, they go over and above to be helpful. They are knowledgeable and skilled. Way to go Upstate Car!!

I was with my daughter when she bought her car from Mike. He was kind, patient and helpful. I liked Mike s personality and attitude that I decided to take my own vehicle to their shop for repairs. I couldn t be happier!!! The mechanics, Shawn and Josh, are amazing! I ve had several things fixed and repairs are finished on time and fixed right. They have gone above and beyond to help me and my daughter. Thanks guys!!!!

My husband and I are very happy with the service we got from Mike Litwin. He is pleasant to deal with, and made the repairs needed to make our purchase a great deal. We saw a photo of the car we were looking for, and the drive to Holland NY was worth it!

Finally, I'm getting the consideration and respect that I deserve. I'm a 60 year old woman who's been buying cars for a long time, and unfortunately it can be a disheartening and degrading experience. Fortunately that all changed when I met Mike Litwin of Upstate Auto Group via the Internet. I can't tell you how refreshing it was to do business with Mike on the phone and in person. I can't recommend him highly enough, especially if you are a woman and are sick of being talked down to. Apparently, Mike's mom did the job right. Congratulations, Mike, on being a good man, and I'll be back!

Stopped in on a whim while shopping for a new vehicle. They had a pretty decent selection of used vehicles reasonably priced. Found a pretty nice truck not badly priced and in good condition. Mike is a solid salesman and made the paperwork process quite easy. No part of the process was overbearing or pushy. Would recommend checking them out for anyone who is looking for a decent used vehicle.

My neighbor recommended this dealership to me when I was shopping for a used car. Upstate posts CarFax reports online so buyers like me have as much information as possible about cars of interest before driving to the lot. Mike Litwin was responsive to my request for a test drive. He answered all of my questions about the car's background and whether the car had a usable spare tire, jack, and Owner's Manual. After I decided on a car, Mike had all of the sales paperwork ready for me. Upstate takes care of the new Registration and Certificate of Title and Mike even called my insurance agent to update them on my car purchase. Before I picked up the car, Mike's team gave the car the once over and washed it. Mike also provided a copy of the CarFax report to me for my file. Very customer focused!

This was my first time getting a car ever, and Mike at Upstate Car Center made the process so easy. He helped walk me through the process and taught me what I needed to know, and was overall very helpful. I would definitely buy a car from here again!

Went in on a day the salesman is off. Spoke to the service manager and agreed on a price, no talk of a deposit, and on day to come back and buy the car. Came back to hear the car, which had been on the lot for 5 months, sold. Lazy and rude salesman probably sold it for more than I was quoted.

I had the pleasure working with mike and his team, I traded in my equinox and got a pathfinder that was the perfect fit for the growing family. He was great to work with on the phone, text message and even on his day off. I would highly recommend upstate to not only my family but anyone looking for a used car.

I live 3 hours from Holland and found the perfect truck for me so I couldn't just drive and see it. Called up Mike and was incredibly impressed with his service. I mean it felt like a real place of BUSINESS and not some corporate world where people don't have the same investment in their work. He sent me videos of the truck. Sent me all the info I needed to make my decision. Answered all of my questions. Really was positive and patient. After I decided the truck was right for me, they also came and PICKED ME UP AND DROVE ME TO THE DEALERSHIP. Thats right. thats called Customer Service. Thats called real people. When I arrived I loved the small town feeling and I met all the mechanics and everyone was just so real and nice. I'm SO so so grateful and would recommend this place a thousands times

I am glad i came across this dealer and mechanic shop. I bought 2 vehicles from them in less than 6 months ( jeep and kia optima). My experience was great, everything went smooth, employees are nice and great to talk with. I now have a mechanic shop and dealership i will go to.

Bought a used tire from Holland NY and the tire had a nail in it. Paid to have my oil changed and they never even changed oil and filter but I got charged for it. My son in law changed it 2 weeks later when the vehicle started to run bad. I will never buy, lease, or get service done at any of their locations. I wonder if they do background checks on any of their employees. A 2 yo could do a better job

A friendly man helped me in the lot and showed me a couple cars. He seemed to know what he was talking about but the prices are a little high. It's definitely a sellers market now on used cars so that's to be expected.
