Great experience. Friendly staff explained everything in terms i could understand. Loved the system they used to show pictures and explain repairs along with the level of urgency for areas thru out my vehicle.i have used their services prior and Def will continue to use them for future work.

Once again Bob Kaiser s has knocked it out of the park!They were able to get me in and took care of everything I needed done on my work van!Everything was handled perfectly and professionally and was completed faster than I expected!They are the ONLY garage I trust!

Would NOT recommend going to Kaiser automotive. For starters, they misdiagnosed and overcharged me on a repair for my vehicle that I didn't need to have done. In addition, on my son's car they replaced a brake caliper and failed to tighten the banjo bolts on the caliper. As a result, my brakes failed while driving as I lost pressure in the brake lines with all the fluid leaking out of banjo bolt in the caliper. I called them about the issue and left a message. Nobody called me back. I ended up going to Mike's auto in Hilton instead. He was able to get me in right away and fix the issue without even charging me. TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO MIKE'S AUTOMOTIVE...650 Lake Ave Hilton NY.

We were up visiting the Rochester area when our check engine light came on. Although they were booking two weeks out, given our circumstances, Bob Kaiser s got us in right away and repaired the issue. I would highly recommend them for any service work. We have all our auto repair done at Bob Kaisers - today they indulged me and checked my brakes, for a second time, because I was worried that they felt funny. The brakes were fine & Brent even showed me pictures that showed that they were perfect. I don t drive the vehicle that often anymore & was worried with the kids home & driving it in the snow. Service was quick and problem solved. Prior to this, had to bring car 3 times to have air put in tire as pressure was low. Each time the tech was most accommodating - very much appreciated.

Exceptional customer service which rarely exists any more in our society (unfortunately ) I will continue to drive the extra 25-30mins to Hilton for all my car service needs because I trust the two Bob's (original owner Bob Kaiser - who still working there and new Owner Bob Conant). They did an awesome job! I will be using them for anything in the future! I Love that they take pictures of everything and keep you updated throughout the day. Amazing customer service and they made everything convenient for me to drop it off pick it up. Drop boxes with envelopes for keys and they have a pickup box with a combination for you to get your car if it s after hours! Thank you !Services: Auto brake repair, Oil change

This was the third time that Bob Kaiser s Repair Inc. worked on my truck. In all three visits I found the quality of work, speed to completion, and interaction with the staff to be better than that of some of the Chevy dealers, and far better than some other Chevy dealers, I ve used in the past. If your looking for repairs done right, quickly, by friendly staff, Bob Kaiser s Repair Inc. is the place to go.

Kaiser's has always had an excellent reputation as far as we have been concerned, and that has not changed even with new ownership. They do what they say they will do, and the job is done when they say it will be done. You get the best service here, at the desk, and in the shop.

Bobs repair shop is exponentially different then other shops. Upon getting my truck dropped off from a tow truck by surprise to them, they were very informative with the process they planned to follow to diagnose everything wrong and included pictures of what is good and what is not so good. Mike is an excellent mechanic that I met when he previously worked at Firestone. The picture is prior to fix, I didn t get to take an after picture but can assure that the wheel doesn t look that way anymore. Highly recommend going here to get your car serviced or repaired. My go to mechanic!!! These guys are fantastic. They are trustworthy and honest! I've been going to Bib Kaiser Repair since 2003 and wouldn't go anywhere else!!! They are able to service my foreign vehicle and my RV! I highly recommend them!!!!

I ve been bring my vehicles to Bob s for years. I fully trust them in servicing my vehicle in whatever needs to be done whether it is an oil change or the brakes or whatever needs to be fixed. I appreciate that they will pick me up if I need a ride to pick up my car or drop me off when I drop off my car. Very thorough and competent mechanics. They post photos of all aspects of the job and potential problems to your cell phone before doing the work and don't do work that is not necessary. Labor rate is about 25% less than dealer labor rates.
