The owner, Roy, is an honest and hardworking mechanic who loves his job and treats each car and customer with care and respect. His turnaround time on work is very good, usually repairs on my '04 Jeep have been done same day, or the next day if the job was a big one. I highly recommend this shop.

Roy has been fixing my trucks for 30 years. He is a fantastic mechanic and I don t trust anyone else with my trucks. He s honest and always gives me a fair shake. Thanks for everything you do for me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!Went to his place for I had tints in the front driver and passenger windows and he asked for $150 dollars to pass the inspectionThis guy is a class A NUT!!!Prices are out of this world as if he is a Mercedes dealer.Stay far away from this CLASS A NUT

Roy is professional, honest and helpful car expert. He helped me figure out what was wrong with my car, and fixed it for a fair price. I now recommend all my friends to go to Triple R Auto Repair. I honestly will not take my car any other place.

I broke down on broadway and walked along and found Triple R Auto Repair. Wow. Amazing guy, came and got my car started brought it back to his shop and diagnosed that I needed an alternator. I called Autozone and they had the part but I would have had to drive there and Roy, the owner who came and got me was able to order the same exact alternator and have it delivered for the same price S it would have cost me. Amazing. He saved me in a big way and I promised to tell my story because I felt that it was necessary because mechanics always get a bad rap. Not this one. A real straight shooter and really appreciated. Thanks a million Triple R Auto Repair.

Triple R Auto repair is an Automotive repair shop in Hicksville, NY. The owner Roy is truly a one in a million mechanic and businessman.Top shelf repair work at competitive pricing. He has and continues to service myself and my family s cars and trucks for over 20+ years. If you don't know mechanics, be careful if you bring your car here. I should ve asked for information before I fixed my car in this place. The owner looked straight in my eyes and told me, the new part will cost $600.00, so the total for the entire job is $1,500.00. After that I went to parts authority and they told me that the brand new part is $190.00 the cheapest and $230.00 the most expensive. He overcharged me really ripped me off!! and lied straight to my face without hesitation! No knowledge of HONESTY I m not coming back to this place.

This is literally the ONLY mechanic and auto repair shop to fully TRUST!! The owner is really a wonderful guy and takes pride in his expert ability! His prices are SO FAIR and affordable and he is patient and kind, explaining everything!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Triple R!!

Roy is excellent. He fixes your car the right way. Fixes only what needs to be fixed. Never pushes unnecessary work. His prices are very fair and the work is done in a reasonable time.

Roy is awesome! I have taken my car there twice, once to get my radiator changed and another to have my egnition fixed. Both times were very hassle free. I dropped my car off in the morning before work, Roy gave me a ride to my office, and then picked me up. All the repairs were top notch and Roy is a great guy. I will definately be going back!

Excellent place to get your car inspected, tires replaced, replace car batteries any work done even oil changes. Great and reliable. Thank you for great work on my car and daughter's car too.

Wouldn't recommend this shop. He would tell you to replace things that don't need to be replaced just so he can make money on it. Wouldn't go to him again.
