Grand Prix Subaru is excellent. Service Advisor Dan is the BEST! When I unexpectedly needed a loaner and wanted a similar size car to drive, he was patient, understanding and accommodating. The car was fixed in a timely manner and Dan s communication and follow up should be recognized and commended! Shout out to Molly at the front desk and to Jennifer as well.

Great experience dealing with service advisor Chris. He greeted me with a handshake and a warm smile and explained the details of my installation thoroughly which justified the price and was still able to give me a great deal. Excellent service!!! Highly recommended!!! Working with Chris was an absolute pleasure. Grand Prix is lucky to have him on board!!

I m a customer for almost ten years, and Grand Prix Subaru s service has always been great. This week s visit was no exception. Their advisor Michael Levine provided on point answers to all the technical questions, guided me smoothly and professionally through the entire process. Special thanks for presenting a range of options for each repair issue and, most importantly, not making me feel pressured to opt into a costly fix when a less expensive solution was available. Well, it certainly helps that Subaru cars are pretty solid, and having them serviced is relatively affordable to begin with. I drive a 2016 Outback 3.6 R.

I ve had real bad experiences at other car brand dealers, but I have to say, at Grand Prix Subaru overall I ve gained back the trust and respect for the service area. Nick in particular was very helpful, explained in detail reasons for me to drop the car off until it was checked completely and I got my car back without issue in a very reasonable time. Nick even suggested an oil change. I couldn t be more pleased with the service, professionalism and attention to detail from all.Highly appreciate you all!

Daniel in the service dept. is truly Dan the Man . He takes the time to explain every step of the service process and he actually listens to his customers. I always ask for Dan and not only did I purchase my vehicle at Grand Prix Subaru but it is the only place I have had it serviced since 2016! Thank you Dan. I truly appreciate all you do.

I Had my Subaru serviced the other day and had a great experience. I booked my time online, on the day of service I pulled right into the garage and waited maybe 2 minutes. Daniel was my service rep and he was extremely helpful. Of course I had some major work that was necessary but they performed the service in a reasonable amount of time (Daniel even offered to get me an Uber, but I was fine to wait in the waiting area). Daniel gave me different options for payment. Overall I would give Grand Prix Subaru service a 10 out of 10.

Only good things to say about the Grand Prix Subaru service dept. Dan who is a service advisor went out of his way to check to see if a part for my daughter's car was covered....and it was! Not only was I provided a loaner car but they repaired the car and got it back to us the same day. Thank for the seamless experience and the professionalism! Michele B.

Daniel at Grand Prix Subaru took care of me when I took my car in for a recall last week. He was kind and courteous and helped me inside the dealership (I m 90 years old and walk with a cane).I could not wait the 2 hours I had been told it would take, and thought I would need a loaner car, but Daniel managed to speak to someone who agreed to do the servicing in half an hour. True to his word, he came and got me in the waiting room in half an hour! I couldn t have been more pleased!I would highly recommend Daniel and Grand Prix Subaru to anyone wanting a great car and superlative service!!Thank you,Virginia Jacobsen

Chris was my service advisor and was absolutely amazing. Daniel was the tech that was fixing my car and even rode with me to help diagnose the issue. They both did such amazing jobs! They worked with my service warranty and left me completely satisfied with the work that was done. If you have to bring your Subaru somewhere, bring it here.

Had to have a headlight/bulb replaced and my tires checked. Nick, Service Advisor, was very efficient. He checked my car and made sure everything else was ok. I waited 15 minutes for everything to be done. Nick told me he would have me out of there as soon as possible. He wasn t lying. I have been using Grand Prix service for 10 years.Nick has always been an excellent service advisor. Very caring, efficient and smart. Thank you.

Nick was great. Very professional and accommodating. This is a great dealership and the service department is efficient, not pushy and friendly. Love their service rep text and video when work needs to be approved. Their oil change price is competitive with gas stations so use them.

The Subaru service center team is professional, courteous, and always helpful. Nick did a wonderful job in making sure my car was in and out of the service center in a relatively short period of time. He communicated with me, and I even got a free car wash. I made my next appointment on time . I never have any worries with the team in Hicksville. I love my Subaru
