My car did not turn on in the shopping plaza parking lot I called Avi a auto repair they sent a tow truck that showed up less then 8 minutes they fixed the car quickly professionally and in a very reprice highly recommended!

12/31/23 (UPDATEAbsolutely appreciate this placeVery honest and great coupons!I am please to say that they are now open to 12 midnight! My one issue was that because they do good fair priced work they became popular and had so much work it was harder to get an appointment. Now they extended the hours till midnight.And, I got a real fair price on three engine mounts . And they NEVER upsell or try to create work that's not needed.11/7/2021Once again I am impressed with the prices from 5 towns auto group! To hear your suspension needs work is scary, At least the cost was very fait. I was quoted $620 plus tax for t right and left lower control arm plus a wheel alignment on my Mazda 6 2008. This is a decent price compared to what the web is showing as averages, as well as what I know of in general. Thank you!As person who self-diagnosed his own car many times I can personally tell you that this place is great.There are three kinds of shopsone that does bad work and rips you offOne that does good work but it's extremely expensiveAnd one that does great work and is very fair with the priceThis place is the third category they're very reasonable they don't make up fake work and they know what they're doing and they're actually very nice peopleThey also sell used cars and my one comment that I wish their lot was bigger do they could hold more inventory. Nevertheless that's not their main thing the main thing is quality Auto Care they are extremely convenient right near the train station and open Sunday as wellSo if you have a problem with your car you can feel safe bringing it there

I had a great experience here. The owner Neil is tremendously honest, kind and very professional. I brought in a car which had a big problem, and Neil took a look and gave me an estimate, along with how long it would take to do the job. A few hours later ( much earlier than was expected) he gives me a call back telling me that the job was completed and that he ll be lowering the price for me because the job took quicker than he had projected. The honesty and straightforwardness of this man is beyond . I know of plenty of others who also take their cars to him and everyone loves him.

I bought a used car through Five Town Auto Center and had some light work done to it. In terms of car buying and fixing experiences this was the most positive I have ever had. A while back I needed some work on my 12 year old minivan and after speaking to some people brought it to 5 towns auto center. Very happy that I did that. They diagnosed the same issues that I knew the car had and gave a very reasonable quote for the repairs. Neil (the owner) was extremely nice and courteous and they had the car fixed up in a day. Been driving great since then.Recently I was in the market for a used car and called Neil. One of my best decisions. Used cars are obviously a risk but I feel much better knowing that Neil and team have looked over the car. Furthermore, Neil stands by his sales and will take care of his customers. Best part is that he does it with a smile. Even though they are very busy there, he does find a way to give you attention and try and help out however he can. He has a team of good workers who seemed really knowledgeable. It did take some time to find a car but that's the situation everywhere right now. Once we found the car the process couldn't have been easier or quicker.Highly recommend 5 towns auto center for auto repair and used car sales.

Great experience....I went for an inspection late at night but they were out of stickers...not to worry though. They said they offer pickup/delivery service so they came to my house the next night and took the car back to the shop to do the inspection and brought the car back to me. Hassle free.

Where do I start!From leasing to buying to mechanic work to body shop this place is a one stop shop for everything car related.The amazing staff (I dealt with a gentleman named Avishai from uprise auto) we're patient and very knowledgeable and we're extremely helpful to me as I went through the process of buying a new car.White glove service with unbeatable pricing.I highly recommend this shop!!

I highly recommend Five Towns Auto Center for their excellent customer service, quality work , good price and honesty.I have found my new auto service centerMy other mechanic told me that to clear the Check Engine light in my older Honda Accord, to pass NY Inspection it would cost me $2,000 plus. I was unsure if it would be worth spending that much on an old car.I went out to explore buying a used car to replace my Accord.I remembered seeing used cars for sale in Five Towns Auto Center s lot, so I stopped in. While I was snooping around their lot Neil came out and offered his assistance. I explained the situation and what I was quoted by my ex mechanic. He immediately told that I didn t have to replaced my car. He evaluated my car and assured me that the Check Engine light can be fixed for a reasonable price even in the worst case scenario.Five Towns Auto Center fixed my car by replacing my engine O2 sensors and clearing all the problems that prevented my vehicle from passing inspection. They saved me well over $1400 from what the other guy wanted. No more warning lights and Inspection passed..Thank you!!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

This place has excellent service. I dealt with Neil who was amazing. He was very helpful in answering all of my questions and very responsive. He even gave me a ride home while my car was being worked on - best customer service I have ever received. An honest Reapir center is very difficult to find - I am so glad I found this one. Neil and his experienced crew changed my Honda Pilot Shocks, control arms, and other suspensions parts. They also changed the brakes, and fixed a hole in my tire within the day. The price was unbeatable as well as the professionalism. I will go back to them all the time for all my service needs. A++ Rating. Extremely honest and skilled people. After discovering a nail in my tire on Saturday night, I made several calls looking for assistance. A neighbor suggested calling Five Town Auto Center in Hewlett. I was told to come in Sunday at 9am and it would be fixed. They did not disappoint! Repaired in 5 minutes with a modest fare. Friendly and knowledgeable. So I got there and was like okay cool, Leo is friendly and very customer oriented. The lady is a bit grumpy and both times I saw her she just looked unhappy and was a bit short and not friendly. The Jamaica guy with the long locs is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He was patient enough to explain things that really went over my head. Neil is amazing. I would be surprised if business isn t booming here because of his customer first approach. A service is being a provided while trying to ensure the overall happiness of the customer! This is all I want when spending my money. I m already spending money might as well spend it somewhere that s going to make me happy. Neil is amazing!! He took my car right away on a Sunday and when he didn't have the piece needed he wouldn't stop until he figured out a solution. Very friendly and professional. Best auto shop around!

Neil's Service cannot be beat!!! He picked up my car and fixed it quicker and cheaper than the Mercedes Benz dealership would!!! Highly recommend Five Town Auto Center!!! Better service than MB of Rockville Center!!! A+++

My go to auto repair shop. I recently went to replace my brakes and was looking for a place near home. Someone had recommended Five Towns Auto Center. I can now understand why. Staff was very nice, courteous and professional. I felt at ease entrusting them with my car. The owner even showed concern as to how I would be getting to work since I had to leave my car. Super nice people and trustworthy. Prices were fair as well. Highly recommended

I came in twice without an appointment in the morning (8am-9am) and they saw me in a timely manner both times. I was in and out in about an hour or 45 mins both times. I bought a groupon online for the brakes ($75 for front brakes). It was easy to use. They took my comments into account and looked at the things I asked. Great service. Would come here again and recommend.Service: Brakes

I used a groupon for synthetic Oil Change and was pleasantly thrilled with the service and overall professionalism. You feel like you are not probed to being ripped off. Very honest communication about me not needing to bring my car in for maintenance since the 21pt inspection that comes with the groupon will take care of it. If I lived closer I feel very strongly this would be my mechanic and my families. Absolutely recommend them even if it is a little bit of an extra distance, and I will be back there again.
