Waited almost two weeks just to replace tie rod and get front end alignment. Now I'm waiting just for them to take it for a test drive. Been waiting over 3 hrs just for this. This place is a joke. Don't ever breakdown near here, they will take a LONG TIME!!!!!

The staff is good they gave my truck in timely manner but not even one day passed and i m getting towed again to the dealer spending just 2600$ in 2 days for towing to dealer for same kind of job how trucking going to get better God knows please who all say they r freightliner dealer please do job professionally so once the truck is out of the dealer shop dont need to go back year and a half we know it mechanical ;thing but please have some proffesionalism ad no one is earning free money every one is working hard to earn money

They are terrible. Parts guys don't put in effort and if you want parts get there a hour before they say they close because I got the at 4:51 and pars door was locked and Noone around these guys suck I will be looking for another dealer

The Tracey Road team treated us very well when we had a small problem with our Motorhome. They were quick to find a way to get our coach in right away, even though it was over a holiday. They cared about treating us fairly and went above an beyond to ensure we were happy. It feels good to find a company that treats customers like a neighbor or friend.

First time trying them and was not satisfied at all! Thought going to the larger company would be better and wanted to not deal with the fly by night guys. So I dropped my vehicle off before the holiday in which I was told it might take a few days. Understanding Christmas was coming they might be behind especially if parts were needed. After the third week I asked for a manager to reach out to me in which they never did, (but seemed like the service writer was not going to tell him anyways). After reaching out to them multiple times to check on the status I finally got my truck back after 5 weeks. Which in that time the price they gave me to fix it was now hundreds more from what they told me. Was told 1 week to fix and took 5 weeks. If someone had followed up throughout the process better maybe things would have been different. The comment I received was; "well we figured you would be slow this time of year so we did other customers trucks first"! Thanks, check engine light is off so far only been 30 miles thoughFirst time I have ever posted a bad review on a single person or company. It's hard enough for businesses now a days they don't need extra BS.

Made a warranty appointment 5 weeks ahead of time. I was informed that, if I was there 1st thing in the morning it would be done in an 1.5 hours, and the part would be waiting for me. I was their early, 6:45 to make sure I found the place. 3.5 hours latter I went down to see how things where going. I was told they didn't have the part yet, and it was on its way. 1 hour latter the part just arived and it would take another hour for the repair. It was not fixed in the 5 hours that I was there. I couldn't wait any longer and had to leave. I will not be returning, can't risk this happening again.

The company I work for has an account here, and they're knowledgeable, but really lazy. If your order is going to be small they just don't care. Four calls over a 2-day period to get them to look up a part is completely unacceptable. Sometimes the phone just rings thru, and you get transferred to a different Tracey Road location because the Rochester one doesn't want to deal with you. Terrible customer service if you aren't ordering something they can make good money on. Makes me not want to use them for our big orders.

We buy tons of parts from them, ill admit 5 years ago their parts department was lacking on some quality parts guys but they have a great team now and are very helpful to us!

Called Tracy in Henrietta, NY this morning to see if they could look at my truck after having bad expierience in Buffalo, NY with Fleet Maintenance. Talked to Jeff Gietzen who told me to bring right in and they would look at it. Explained situation to Mike Eyrle who is the service manager and Jeff the mechanic. Within an hour they had my truck going down the road with no problems. They fixed a situation in one hour that another shop could not find in 4 days. Excellent people, would recomend 100%, price very fair. Thank You for your service.... Art

I got to my destination early and decided to try to get my truck atleast diagnosed and if parts were needed, ordered. I called and Mike said he could take a look at it and we'll go from there. They found the problem, fixed it and I made it back to the shipper right as they were closing up my trailer. BZ!!

Went there to have a liftgate fixed paid the money and then found out later they couldn't even fix the problem. The truck had to go to a different facility to get the liftgate fixed. We feel like we wasted $120 for nothing. Bummer.

I've have other Freightliner service companies that didn't have much in stock or only one good technician on duty but here the part was in stock and the technicians answer my questions with ease.

brought a cascadia in for shifting problems they had the truck 2 weeks, got it back used it one day and it broke down again with the same problem. they had it for another week plus got it back on a Thursday and on Saturday it broke down again!!!

They didn't have the part I needed but took the time to try and cross reference it for me! One of the counter people even want into the wharehouse to try and match it up with what they had in stock!

Towed in my box truck for emergency work and they recommended me to do 10k of work and then told me I need a new engine for another 20k very misleading and deceiving practice in my experience don t recommend anyone going there unless very small work light bulb change or oil change

What a joke had to have my truck repaired there and they did not even do what they was asked missed diagnosed my inverter and charged me for it and call and asked them about it and said they did what they could told them that the issue is when the truck is off and they looked at it when the truck was running
