George snd his team provide excellent service. I trust him thoroughly to repair my cars. I appreciate that he explains the issue and how the car can be fixed. Auto 911 went above and beyond! Nobody really enjoys having to take their vehicle in for auto repairs and these guys performed some major surgey on my vehicle and took the time to hear my concerns and addressed the issues that the car dealership completely dismissed. They had to pull out the engine to complete the work but it was still done on time as promised, and at a price that blew away the dealership prices. They also made sure to follow up on my repair, my vehicle now runs without issues or noises. The staff is extremely professionial and courteous. Highly recommend!!

Amazing service! Our daughters car broke down while she was away at college and George, Misty and Tommy took Excellent care if us! They did the right thing by us and were trustworthy, full of integrity, responsive and friendly. I highly recommend! George and his crew are absolutely incredible. I ve been going to Auto 911 for all my auto repairs for about a year now and will never go anywhere else as long as I live in Rochester.Every time I have an issue, a diagnosis is found quickly and the repair is done shortly after. My check engine light came on, so I went to Auto Zone to find out what the cause was. I've had bad experiences in the past with auto repair shops so I always stop there first to understand what the issue is. Auto Zone referred me to Auto 911 for repairs. George and the team were so friendly, informative and accommodating. Within a few hours, my car was fixed and for a very affordable rate! Highly recommend!

Wow 5 star service! Really helpful staff and generous pricing!! I am definitely coming back and will recommend to friends.I can t say how much of a relief it s been after getting my issue fixed in literally one day.I m not a car person so idk what the problem specifically was, first place I went to said I needed the whole exhaust fixed and then second time I went they changed their quote to only certain parts including cylinders. This place was straightforward and honest about what I needed, no extra bs to swindle some extra cash out of me. Very sincere service!Thank you to everyone there! Service: Exhaust

Very open and honest. Owner is always on site and walks you through what is wrong and why things need to be done. For my older vehicle, I trust them more than the local dealership garage. Prices are reasonable compared to other places and I have never been asked for them to do work that wasn't needed.Make sure you call early because appointments can be difficult to get since they have a lot of business coming in.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto brake repair, Vehicle Inspection

Best shop in Rochester. George is very honest and helpful. He doesn't cut corners and walks you thru everything making the experience very comfortable that you're not being ripped off.

The air conditioning was not working in my 2017 Chevy Impala. After talking to a dealership, they said that my car was out of warranty so I took it to George to take a look at. George did the troubleshooting and thought it was a leak in the core but then George researched on line and found that this was actually an issue with 2017 Impala's. As a result, George recommended that I take it back to the dealership and even printed out what he had found along with all of the diagnostics that he did. As a result, the fix was covered and saved me a great deal of money. He really went above and beyond and I am so grateful!

I highly recommend this shop for great service and customer satisfaction. They replaced my battery and even did an inspection afterwards- without an appointment. Caught the fact that my radiator fluid was quite low. Good job!

Great place to get your car fixed. Went in with a broken clutch in my 2002 mustang. Left it at their shop late at night and got a call the next day saying it was fixed and ready to go. Runs like a new car. Very pleased. Lowest price in Rochester for my repair.

Just wanted to say "THANK YOU" to the wonderful people at Auto 911! They took time out of their busy Friday to put my son's car on their lift to repair the splash guard AND didn't charge us a dime!!! We didn't have an appointment & stopped by while in town visiting our son who's a student at RIT. Your kindness will not be forgotten!!!!!

I was recommended from a guy at Mavis Tire to go here to get my license plate screws out. I called to schedule an appt and she said feel free to stop in anytime. First when you go in the waiting area smells very potent & the lady at the front desk Kim doesn t care to wear a mask during Covid. As soon as I get their, ironically the guy that would fix it George left for lunch and she said why don t you come back in 30/45min. So I came back and now this guy George isn t wearing a mask and helps the customer that came in behind me first before. Did give me an expected time & it was a very uncomfortable place to be at. Decided to get my keys back and left.
