It' clean, they are friendly, and that's the only nissan dealer I go to Trevor. The sale guy is so professional and honest in the service Omar that he is honest, caring, and professional. I drive all the from Brooklyn because I know when I get there, I have nothing to worried about

I arrived at 7:00am for Rogue recall on key fob. Advisor said the recall will prevent me from closing the key on my fob but it won't affect the car so I didn't let them put a key in my fob.

Parts people are pretty incompetent. Absolutely, no help from parts person clerk. Won t do business again.

We needed a simple battery for our key fob. The gentleman working the parts department stopped what he was doing and gave us immediate attention. Not only did he have the battery in stock... He installed it for us as well. Good service... Even for a small item.

They have great waiting/restroom areas. Customer service is mixed. There is not a proper order of waiting in line. Customers need to sort and moderate that amongst themselves especially when it is a handful of people.

The sales staff especially Trevor is the best in business. He creates a friendly non pressured situation. Always makes you very comfortable. The finance dept will work with you and you WILL walk out with your car of choice every time. These are the reasons me and my wife have been satisfied customers for more than ten years

Had an amazing experience working with Billy Berry who helped me with my new Rogue. If you are looking to deal with a down to earth individual who truly wants to help, I highly recommend going to Garden City Nissan and speaking with Billy and his team.

Wonderful experience with Billy from the sales department. He was a true gentleman and very professional. Im very happy with my new 2020 Rogue. Will come back for more lessons on the technology.

This is why I don't use service centers of Nissan, I find third party service centers have better customer service. Was told over the phone to come in and they would replace my tire. Showed up, stepped in the service area and could see that no one wanted to acknowledge me standing there waiting to be helped because it was close to closing which I wasn't aware of until I approached one of the service people who who referred me to another service person, just to tell me that they are closing. I told them the situation and they asked me who I spoke to on the phone that said they would help me. Idk, does anyone take down names anymore?! It was like an inquiry and they didnt believe me! Whatever. Over 10 yrs as a loyal customer of Nissan automotives!

The service center was very clean and the people were very nice. But when I got my bill for $341 for an oil change, inspection and diagnostic I was completely floored. This place is a rip off.

Had to give a star just to leave a review. This place is beyond horrible. From sales to service stay away from these people because they are a joke! I will never let my Mom get another Nissan vehicle again!

I told the service advisor Mr. Kevin Carr that the right headlight is not parallel to the left headlight and he said he's going adjust it and after I pick up my vehicle it's still the same problem..Im not satisfied to their service very poor and i rate them unsatisfactory

Don't understand the concept of making appointments when they just make you wait on line and then 3 more hours for an oil change and tire rotation just like everyone else.

Horrible. I brought my car in because my windshield wipers just stopped working on my 2019 vehicle. They wouldn't take the car because I didnt have an appointment.
