I purchased a front grill, for my 2004 Grand Marquis, after I received the part it wasn t the right part for my car. I called the customer service and started a return. Their customer service was scary quick with a response.I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. I was refunded a full return with no problem. I will buy again with this company for future purchases of car parts.

This place is horrible!! I've placed my order twice now. The first time, it never shipped, and they told me it failed order authentication, even though I was emailed that the order was placed and my card was charged. I placed the order again, still hasn't shipped, and now they won't answer my calls, texts, or emails. As a business owner, I have lost tens of thousands of $$$ waiting for them! Their shipping dates advertised online are garbage. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I previously had wrote a review off of emotions and no facts. I ordered a wheel and when they didn t answer the phone I started to question their motives. Days went by without no update besides one phone call saying I ll be receiving the item in a few days. Out of anger I just wanted a refund, and when I got emails and no phone call I honestly thought it was a scam. I had placed the order on Tuesday and by Friday morning I received my wheel. I feel so bad and want to apologize to The Autoparts Shop. I m sorry and thank you!

Ordered A front bumper, after accepting payment 2 days later I was informed that the part wasn t in stock. I was told the refund would take 5-7 business days to hit back into my account. Well on the 8th day I called and emailed customer service. No response. I even got a confirmation email stating that they ve received my email and would get back to me within 24 hours. That never happened either. They have a number that they text you from. Ironically they stop responding to my texts as well. I ended up explaining all this to my bank for a refund which I still haven t received yet, and we re at day 11 .customer service sucks I don t recommend this business

This place is literally a scam! I would do zero stars if I could. After I placed an order for a part, I never got an email confirmation. I called their customer support number and it went straight to a voicemail system never to get a return call. I also tried to contact them via "live chat" which just went to an email, and I got a generic unbranded email thanking me for contacting customer support. Do not put yourself through the headache of working with these thieves! Run far away!

Don t buy from this place!!! They will pretend to ship your item even if they oversold and don t have it in stock for a long time (weeks) until one day you get an email from some completely random spam looking email account that has no link or ties to the business saying sorry your item is canceled cause it s out of stock. They completely messed up my schedule to have my car painted and now I have to wait 4 more months for their schedule to open up to get it in When the summer is most of the way over. Very very very disappointed in this company and I will be informing everyone I know to stay away. A company shouldn t take weeks of pretending they shipped your item just to tell you sorry you ll get a refund in a while eventually.

The worst service ever. Upon ordering a part online I then found out the part wasnt in stock. Which typically isn't an issue until it came time for the refund. I sent and email requesting one which they responded it would take 3 business days. On the forth day I sent an email letting them know I never recieved it. I recieved an email back saying "thanks for for update". I did not receive it until after I started a case on PayPal. I called 10 times in 3 days and never got an answer nor a response. Avoid doing business with these people at all cost.

Update: Now they are saying they have not received any calls or emails from me aside from today. When I have left messages and called several times and have emailed them. Don t give this business the time of day.I ordered a couple of light connectors, found out a few minutes after I bought them I did not need them. I tried to cancel the order and it was within plenty of time before they shipped it and they took my money and sent it anyway. Now I m being told I have to return it at my own expense, which I wouldn t have had a problem with if I hadn t tried to cancel it before it was even shipped. It was hard getting ahold of anyone through phone or email. This is a very shady business.

I purchased a product that I needed quickly. they shipped it fast. Unfortunately, it didn't fit my make and model. I called the business and they resolved my issue. There are some things they cannot control, but they went through every effort to make sure I received the right product. Very accessible. Excellent customer service.

Shop elsewhere! They show in stock items and estimated delivery dates. I ordered such an item and still waiting on ship date no less delivery. Oh... they took payment and thats where, from what I can ascertain, their obligation ends. They do not answer the phone or emails, the live chat option is just a version of junk email also. Dont waste time or money on this company!

The low price of the bumper cover I ordered prompted my purchase. Unfortunately, the part was out of stock. Was notified on the 8th of April and was told 5-7 business days it would be returned to my account. It is the 6th of May and have yet to receive. So if they don't have the parts in stock, be prepared to wait a month or more before you get your money back.

In May I ordered the drivers side front grill for my sons car. The order went through and the part was delivered as promised. It turns out they mistakenly sent the passenger side. OK, no problem. So I contacted them about and exchange. I did get a reply in under a week asking for pictures, etc which I provided the very same day.Now, I completely understand that we are in the midst of a Pandemic but electronic communication does not spread the disease. I have not heard a word from them since May 26, 2020. NOTHING. I have attempted twice to get a reply but even this week NOTHING.I am deeply disappointed in this vendor and do not understand why they refuse to work with me to exchange the part.

Ordered some parts for my car on TheAutoPartsShop.com and not only did they have the best pricing from several other sellers online, they had great customer service. As there were a few different options for my car depending on the sub-model, their customer service rep helped walk me right through it to order the right one. Parts came well-packaged and arrived much quicker than I had expected and everything fit my car perfectly. Will definitely be using them again! Highly recommended!!!

A little confusion on the order and used chat function (really an email) to leave a message. Got back to me fairly quickly and resolved the issue with part being delivered the next day. Good customer service. Would order again.

I ordered an air deflector / valance for my 91 Chevy truck with fog lights. The valance fit, but the fog lights holes were not tall enough for my factory fog lights. I emailed customer service and as shown on my photos they answered me and then ignore me completely. They wanted me to pay to send back the part that was wrong. What kind of bs is that. First and last time I buy from this place. Save your money and time and buy from somewhere else.

I sent a part back in June. Almost 4 wks later I've not heard a response about my return or have been refunded. They just keep saying Covid delays, even though they were able to deliver the part within a week time. But, I've notified BBB.

Waited 8 days for a shipping confirmation and nothing so I reached out and they said item was not in stock. I appreciate them responding so quickly but I should not have had to wait 8 days or take the initiative.

Do not buy anything from these people. Worst customer service ever! Never have I ever experience customer service this bad. Bought something I never received and had to go through hell to get a refund. Absolutely awful company! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!

Ordered a grill for a 2001 Corolla. Never notified me the part was not in stock. The part never shipped out. Took one month to get my money back. Horrible customer service.

WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH. STAY AWAY! They don't have a customer service number that works and when I tried to communicate via email for a refund and sent back the part per their instructions, I never heard back or got my refund. big scammers , stay away!

Absolute waste of time - they charge your account without having the part in stock - then it takes them a week to refund the money only after you call or email every day - they should not be in business very dishonest - be aware
