NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED! Brought my car there and workers said they were waiting for parts from dealership..waited 2 days and then another employee told me they just ordered the parts and would take 2 days to get. So car sat for a week unattended to. I was told the cost would be 1073.00 and when I showed up they told me 1395.00. I asked why and was told the other person made mistake..so is that my fault? Its not like its 20.00 its a big difference 300.00 difference! When I went to pickup car they said 10 more minutes so I paid for my services and I'm waiting..and waiting..now the man comes out and tells me they need 30 minutes more. So I said ok and I would come back. I came back 45 minutes later and they closed the shop and had my car locked up inside for the weekend! No phone cal no nothing. Monday I call and they say its ready. I go pick up and get in my car and notice a HUGE crack in my windshield!! I go back inside and everyone looking at me knowing they did it..and as usual nobody knows nothing!!! They say it come there like that! Are you serious!!!!!!????? God as my witness I know it was not there and sorry but they should of taken responsibility! And not showing me the video of course..they say it come in like that! Give me a break! Very poor professional and horrible work ethic! Take responsibility for your mistakes!!! Horrible service!!Service: Engine repair

I have a rental car business and one of my renters took my Chrysler 300 here to get a tire that was leaking air repaired, the renter was told that it was just a nail then the tire went down again the same day the renter came back the next day when they opened in the morning and then they were told that the tire was leaking from the seams between the rim and the. They charged again another $30 on top of the $20 that they charged for a plug I was told that it's a Hamptons so everything is more expensive there. I would not recommend this place in matter of fact I wish the renter never took it to this place I will definitely be putting reviews in as many places as possibleService: Tires

They told me they d call me with a rate before putting new brakes/brake pads/rotors on my car, but they did not. They held my car for 3 days and used autozone materials (which I was fine with), but then charged me $1500 for the work/materials. I might as well have gone into the BMW dealership for the work . At least they would have provided genuine BMW parts for the same price.Service: Brakes

Went in for an inspection with my Subaru and they ended up taking my car around the block for a joy ride and hit max boost. Guess they thought I wouldn t notice but my computer tells me on the dash, I reset it before I dropped it off. Would not advise going here they tried playing it off like they didn t know what I was talking about. Very disrespectful. Who knows if they let the car warm up sufficiently before mashing the throttle. Won t be going back. No need to drive the car like that for an inspection, it s a brand new car with 8k miles on it.

I thought I could trust this place because they had a good reputation but apparently the old owner left last year. First, they gave me an unnecessary safety inspection because I accidentally removed the sticker from the inspection they performed 4 months earlier. Even though I explained that I could get a replacement sticker from the DMV, they inspected it anyway without permission! I had brought my car in because the check engine light came on. Obviously, it would necessarily fail an emissions inspection because of the check engine light. They called and told me that it failed the safety inspection (not true) and said I had to replace the air mass meter boot. It turns out this was all over a P0420 code. I did a bunch of research after the fact and found that this wasn't entirely implausible as a solution for a P0420 code. But they were incapable of explaining their reasoning for doing it. It's not exactly the first thing you would think of with that code, let alone the tenth, and, of course, it didn't help at all--the light came right back on. I can't be sure it wasn't a bogus repair. When I came to pick up the car I mentioned that I was a little annoyed about them doing an inspection without permission, and they just laughed at me.

Springs Auto, the worst. The owner forgot to put coolant in, melted my Range Rover engine. Wouldn't fix it, said he was broke. Should be out of business. Will take him to court.
