The staff at this dealership go truly above and beyond customer satisfaction. Shannon provided top notch service, the attention and detail left a great impression. I highly recommend Mercedes in Southampton, they have exceptional service, quality vehicles and passion.

Christian was a phenomenal salesman. He guided me through every step of the process and was able to get me into the exact C 300 I wanted for a great price. He s extremely knowledgeable and responsive. I definitely plan to do business with him again.

Fabulous ! I knew that I was given a very good deal but more than that I knew my salesperson Candece was on my side all the way! Her pleasant manner and knowledge and her sincerity helped me decide that I wanted to do business with Mercedes Benz of Southampton. She is great and I have dealt with many salespeople before but none at her level of competence.

We bought a CPO vehicle that smelled like cigarette smoke. Today we picked up our smoke odor-free car and are very happy with the ultimate result.As soon as Frank, the GM, and Andy, Service Manager, smelled the car themselves, they realized we were right and something had to be done and treated us with the courtesy and respect you expect from Mercedes. They did whatever was necessary and rectified the issue.Thank you.

Where do I start? This is probably the easiest car purchase I have ever made. From start to finish Bentley made this process so effortlessly simple. He had answers to all my questions, so professional and just an all around true gentleman. Thank you Bentley you have a forever customer!!

Mercedes Southhampton was by far the smoothest transaction I ve had leasing a car. Big thank you to Anthony and Candece. Everyone there was amazing as well as Shane the finance manager. I would recommend using this dealership to my closest friends and family anytime.

Candece D Avino was a gem to work with, Hand and hand every step of the way. Never any pressure to sign extra documents for more money or purchase the unnecessary from the finance manager Shane. Do yourself a favor and work with this lady, and dealership. Oh and No, I m not local, I m from Michigan so that should tell you right there that she s definitely (5 Stars).

The worst Mercedes Benz service department I ve ever dealt with. Had our car towed in for a blown tire. I get in the car after they charged me an outrageous price for the tires and they didn t even fill the tires fully with air. I had to stop at a gas station immediately after leaving. I ve also had friends of mine deal with their service and sales departments and they also agree they re the worst dealership to work with. Take your business to a different Mercedes

Very bad experience, no one contacted us over a week since we signed lease last Saturday. My husband called a lot times over the week to check the status of delivery since sales Jennifer permitted the car will be delivery in coming either Tuesday or Wednesday. We are very upset the car had been sold last Tuesday and. No one in their store to let us know, if we don t call in we will never know how s going on there.disappointing for being ignored and forgotten. No internal communication at all. The sales is hiding,the manager is buck-passing.

Shannon Vargas,Andy Byers and everyone in service in Mercedes Benz in Southampton are simply wonderful!They are always very friendly and helpful,Everyone!.We go there very often because of the cars we get.AMG s and cars with performance tires etc,that need service more than usual.I can say that service in MB of Southampton is exeptionl,timely and curteous.Higly recomend!

I dont think you can find a worse place to bring your sprinter van for service . Andy is burned out and to him you are just a another van to be fixed. I would not let Oscar change the battery on my watch. He had me wait 3 weeks to get my van in and when I came in he had no one to work on it. said i need it leave it because it will take 2 or 3 days to diagnose the problem. I stopped to see Carlos at Empress muffler and lube in RiverheadHi fixed my van in 10 minutes No charge Highly recommended
