Fireplace Auto Collection repaired the extensive damage to my car quickly with attention to detail and good workmanship. Paint matched perfectly. They explained the mechanical and body work required and handled the estimate for my insurance company professionally. Staff was always responsive, competent and courteous. Thank you so much to Manuel. I popped into Fireplace hoping to have help opening my car door due to a significant dent. Without hesitation he took the time to completely rid the dent, fix the car door and buff out paint scratches. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you.

Fireplace Auto Collision did a great job repairing my rear bumper. I appreciate that they were able to get this done faster than expected, there were text updates throughout the process, and processing the transaction was easy. Top notch - FACTORY PAINT JOB QUALITY! You won't believe their workmanship. It's been a week since we picked up our Subaru, which had body work done on all four doors, both rear quarter panels and the rear bumper. It has the more complex pearlescent paint and they did a perfect match. If you think you have to pay more money for this quality work you're wrong.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

While visiting the nearby area, I was involved in a fender-bender and my car was not drivable back home. Our insurance company listed Fireplace Auto as a partner and I am happy they did. Fireplace did a great job with the repairs. Car front was partially demolished by a deer dash, and it was towed to Fireplace. We had never used them before. They did a great job from intake to pickup, car was delivered as promised, kept us in the loop with problems getting a part, and it was clean and sparkly as could be. Fireplace Auto Collision gets high marks for quality of work and punctuality.However, the receptionist does not wear a mask and continues to transact with the customer after leaving her plexiglass protected area.Everyone else at Fireplace wears face protection.The business owner really should address this.

I left my brand new Porsche with this business to troubleshoot an electrical problem. The owner took my car out for a joy ride and was clocked at 100 mph on Long Lane during the evening when my car should have been parked on the premises. When confronted the owner told me to "calm down and that he was only having some fun".

Great people. Work...not so much. When I received my car there were a few paint runs. Car was painted the same day I came to pick it up. Was left out in the rain. Not very detail oriented.

Everyone here is always so professional and willing to help out. Lilly at the front desk is the best. If you ever have an issues go to them! No games, no gimmicks-just business
