Dave is always willing to help and is timely with his service. He has been caring for my vehicles since I moved out to Boston 3 years ago. I love the fact that he will give me a ride home if it s too long to wait! That s awesome!His follow up is always great! Best auto service follow up I have had. After visiting, he always follows up with texts making sure my vehicle is working properly. If it s not, he will get me in to fix it asap. Thanks you Dave!!

Very helpful and fast service. I thought it would take a while with how many cars, trucks, and other vehicles they take care of. Big shout out to Greg and his team for helping me out after I had a flat tire. I had a work assignment in town and wanted to find a place that could hopefully help. Greg and his team had every thing all set by lunch time. Bonus points for the great dog helping out at the front desk. Highly recommend for anyone in the Boston/Hamburg/OP area.

Every time I go to North Boston Garage I always have a great experience. I ve been going to them for years now, and so has my father .They re not like other mechanics that I ve been to. I trust them with my car and I know that they will do the job right the first time. Between the great staff that they have and the two dogs that they have it makes for a great experience. I recommend North Boston Garage anytime.

100% recommend Dave and the crew out at North Boston Garage hands-down best facility in western New York that is privately owned. They do amazing service in a very timely manner at a very affordable price. I have never had an issue at the North Boston garage. They have always been able to help me with whatever problem my vehicles have had. They have worked with me and my busy mom life of schedule in order to make getting my vehicle repaired and maintained as hassle free as possible, like after hours drop off and pick up. As a single mom, knowing i have someplace dependable that is there for me whenever I call gives me peace of mind in every vehicle emergency I have had. They have always been there when I have had an emergency from my tire literally exploding to my window not rolling up right before a week of rain in the forecast. They have always given me honest feedback on the maintenance my vehicles have needed, more honest than major automotive businesses. I trust them with my vehicle, especially since my child will be driving it this year.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I went in with a slow leak in a tire. The shop is very cool with lots of vintage memorabilia every showing history of the industry! I talked with the owner while my car was being repaired and learned a lot about his shop and the area. They are a fully certified and licensed shop to do any work you need done. I have already recommended this place to my coworkers and will definitely go back. Fair prices and quick to get in!

North Boston Garage is truly one of the best repair shops I've ever been to. Their service is top notch and their staff is friendly and honest. I commend the crew at NBG, they have been true heroes throughout this Covid pandemic and they are taking the necessary steps to keep everyone safe and healthy. I highly recommend taking your vehicle there for both service and all your maintenance needs.
