My brand new car had a scratched bumper from my work parking lot. I was literally sick. I stopped in to Auto Glass & Collision, Hamburg on my way home right after it happened. Vince looked at the bumper, said, "I think I can take care of that, give me 5 minutes." He buffed out the scratches and polished the spot where the marks were, fixing everything for me. He did not even allow me to pay him. I would definitely recommend this business. Not only was he professional, but his kindness was incredible. He saved the day.

About a year ago this location was Schmidt's Auto & Glass. Now it is Hamburg's Auto Collision & Glass. I recently had an experience that is deserving of 5 stars. Vince was cordial and professional. Work was done quickly at a reasonable price. I just found out this is where my grandson's collison repair was done, and it to was 5 stars.Service: Electrical

We had our windshield replaced here after it got a crack they got us in quickly, price was decent. When I picked up the car, it absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke to the point that I had to air it out the whole 20 minute drive home. My husband drove our 8 week-old home so that he wouldn't have to be subjected to it. Not sure exactly how much someone has to smoke to completely cement the stench into the fabric of a car over a few hours but it was absolutely terrible.

Fantastic work done by very friendly people! They were very respectful, kept my car inside over the weekend so it wouldn't get dirty, and explained everything they were doing. They definitely have a customer for life here!

At Schmidt's your car is in the best hands possible during a stressful, time-sensitive, scary time...following an accident. Peter and the gang will be there for you through the entire process. My car...looks...not a single hint of having been crushed by a monster ! Beyond service!!
