Jeep Wrangler had corrosion still under warranty. Brought into East Hills on Dec 14, 2023 and Dean Vardakis serviced me with complete transparency and courtesy. Top notch service rep. He continued with open communication. I had my vehicle back by Jan 2, 2024. 5 stars and more if I could. Thank you Dean for taking care of me.

I have been dealing with Michael Casey in the service dept. since buying my 2015 Grand Cherokee pre owned at this dealership. Michael has been straightforward with any repairs needed, never overselling and he knows the vehicle. I've found service costs to be reasonable and always done right. Service has been done exclusively at East Hills. I really feel that everybody at this dealership wants their customers to be satisfied.

Went for an oil change and a software update for my jeep compass. Dean helped me out and he was absolutely wonderful. Super polite, kind and answered all my questions without making me feel silly for asking them. I had to be out by a certain time and he made sure my service went as quickly as possible. Even offered to have someone take me home so I didn t have to wait there while the work was being done. Had a great overall experience and will definitely be back for all future work needed. Thanks again Dean!

I do not know where to even start. My reviews have been pending since day one but I'm finally here to tell my story.I bought my car from this location back in March of 2019 and every time I've came here for any issues or my service, the transparency and support is completely unmatched. From the service manager Rafael to the Service representatives. My last experience was back in March of last month and Dean helped me with my car as well as ensuring my car will be cared for. With forgetting to even mention about my OBD port he even fixed that for me as well. I have been here more times I can even count, we are practically family at this point lol.But overall when it comes to everything to get your car cared for, this is the place that will give the best white glove treatment you will ever had in your life from owning a car.Did I also forget to mention ?, I live in a different state and I still come here to get my car service everytime. I go to no other place but here.Thank you Dean & East Hills Jeep for the best customer experience I could ever receive.

Ingrid Newman made my car leasing experience exceptionally easy a few years ago! When it came to buying my lease out, she was very informative and helped me through the process. It s very difficult finding a dealership you can genuinely trust. It seems like everyone is out for themselves and doesn t really care about the buyer. Recently, Ingrid helped us buy another car for my girlfriend too. And just like the first time, she was very up front with everything and made the buying experience pain free! We will definitely be repeat customers in the future because at the moment East Hills is the only dealership we trust that has taken care of us! God bless people like Ingrid Newman and the caring staff at East Hills Jeep!

I recently bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee L from Eat Hills. I had done my homework and was shopping around for the best price. I discussed my requirements with Mike Kennedy and he did a great job in explaining my different options. He helped me choose what was best for me and gave me the best price I could find compared to other dealers. All in all it was a very positive experience.

Battery scam or incompetence in in action..Purchased Grand Cherokee from here around 2018.. I have LIFETIME CERTIFIED PRE OWNED MAXIMUM CARE on vehicle.. Recently starting seeing the service 4wd light and that being case I an appointment 2 weeks in advance and for 2/28 with the request that they diagnose the four wheel drive system and let me know if it's covered under insurance. My Service Advisor was Dean. Dean stated that there is a $225 diagnostic fee that will be due if the diagnostic finds that the service 4wd light was caused by some uncovered item like a racoon chewing on wires, otherwise as I should only have to pay the $100 deductible on my warranty. I understood that and left car with dealership.. After several days passed I heard nothing and inquired as to status of said diagnosis with Dean. As on Monday March 4th no one even looked at car.. Why did I bother to even bring it in 5 days earlier? That was a minor annoyance but not critical. What was shocking was that I received a phone call later that day saying they ran diagnostics and the battery failed and I would need a new battery. I mentioned this is highly unlikely that battery was defective and that I did not want a new battery, I want the problem I brought the vehicle in for to be diagnosed and repaired. Dean informed that unless I purchased a new battery they could not move forward. I inquired what cost was to which was given a $629.00 cost with labor before tax.. As I felt that was excessive for a 700 amp AGM( you can buy 850 amp with greater AH for around $300 at Autozone), and I have not had any issue with car before I dropped off, I requested that I wanted to pick up car and they told me that then I would have to pay the $225 diagnostic fee. They emailed me a test showing the State of Health (SOH ) was 100% and State of charge (SOC) of battery was 36% and then at bottom it said failed. see attached. Pretty shady as it technically is set up for wrong battery. At this point I requested that they install an 800 amp Mopar battery and gave them specific model I wanted, to which Dean stated they did not have and so it was this point he offered to waive the $225 and pickup car. That is what I did. So wasted 2 trips to dealer and about a week with no car.. They gave me writeup which is attached. Says battery failed because of SOHNext day purchased new battery as per recommendation. I also kept the old one and ahd it tested. .Not only was the battery good, it was exceedingly good. State of Charge (SOC) was 97% at 1st AutoZone, SOC was 99% at 2nd Autozone. And it passed all tests at third location which was Advance auto.. All tests attached..So here a couple thing worth mentioning1. On the report they show battery as 650 amp- whoever was running test entered wrong info on the GR battery tester used for test or worse they showed me someone else test. This is either fraud or incompetence, Either way not good2. On diagnostic report form on the state battery failed because of SOH- if that is correct battery, they report shows 100% on SOH. That doesn t make any sense3. If they tested battery while attached to car then it s possible that there is sin another problem aside from battery4. If they removed battery or even looked at it carefully they would have know they have the wrong data on the report5. The battery is in extremely good condition with a SOC of 97% on min reading6. The dealer tried to sell me a battery when i definitely did not need one, as demonstrate thoroughly by 3 independent tests7. The dealer wasted 2 trips, plus 6 days, plus caused me to purchase a battery for $285.00 when I did not need one8. My service 4wd light is still on.I had given the dealership the opportunity to refund me for the cost of battery I purchased on their recommendation and on my two trips at their rate of $225.00 but as of now they have declinedWill be reporting the incident to DMV. Customers should not be taken advantage like this.I hope the battery was worth the loss of a repeat customer..

Highly professional, he communicated all the necessary details regarding the repair and stayed in contact with me regarding its progress. I was grateful for his excellent help. John at Jeep was very efficient. My car was in and out in the time frame that it was promised. He explained everything that needed to be done thoroughly and patiently answered any questions I had. I brought in my Grand Cherokee to East Hills after having transmission issues. They installed a brand new transmission in a shorter time than originally expected and it's running great. Jon was my service advisor and was always responsive and communicative!

Visited East Hills Jeep with my son in early August 2022. Was looking to replace my 2008 Commander (with 180K miles and still going strong) that we purchased from Wast Hills in 2009. Our experience with the first purchase was excellent so we decided to return for a second vehicle. I should point out that the dealership is 45 minutes from my home with several other Jeep dealerships in between.When we arrived we were met by Frank Bachard. I was initially looking for a Sahara Unlimited with a standard gas engine but Frank showed us the Sahara Unlimited 4xe (hybrid electric) and I was sold.Frank was thorough, professional and patient as my son and I were texting / calling back and forth with my wife about features / preferences. Ultimately we decided to factory order a model and once again Frank couldn t have been more helpful!Fast forward to this past week when we picked up the new Jeep. Frank was waiting for us when we arrived with the Jeep parked right in front of the dealership waiting for us. It was prepped to perfection! He thoroughly explained all features / options on the vehicle before turning us over to Arnie in the Finance Department. I ve had prior experiences (not at Wast Hills) where the transaction goes sour when meeting with the finance team. Not so with Arnie and East Hills. There was no pressure to upsell items nor were there any surprises in the transaction. Arnie was engaging and professional throughout the transaction.The day after we took the Jeep home, I reached out to Rafael the service manager for the dealership. I had questions about his recommendations for cleaning and maintaining the vehicle. He responded promptly to all of my questions and couldn t have been more helpful makes me feel confident that we ll be well taken care of when we bring the Jeep in for service.If you re looking for a new Jeep, Dodge or Chrysler product, make East Hills your first and only stop! Thanks again to the entire East Hills team for a totally satisfied experience!!!

i had a great experience at east hills Chrysler Jeep. i previously went to a dealership before going to East hills and i had a horrible experience. they tried to get over because i went alone. they saw me as a single female who probably does not know much about cars and they were mistaken. i spoke with Ingrid Sanchez who reassured me they could help me find the best deal. she made me feel safe, she made me feel comfortable, and she walked me through the entire process. Dean Blaker finance manager explained everything thoroughly with a smile. He made me feel secure and safe with my decision to come to east hills. i must say they set the bar pretty high for me. from start to finish 10/10 recommend. thank you east hills for such a great experience!

Made an appointment for routine maintenance, recall and other issue on line. I gave specific instructions as to what was needed in the comment section. When talking to the service advisor he knew nothing about what I needed. I was then informed that they did not have the proper technician to perform the recall (this was a Saturday) but all of the other work would be done. This was a 9:30 appointment. I called at 3pm to learn that the service advisor that I spoke to was gone for the day and that my car would not be worked on that day. I then got my car with no work performed. First and last time I will be at this dealership. I would give a negative star rating if I could. Horrible customer service and communication.Your response blaming me for the dealers inadequacies is ridiculous. I took my car to Hempstead Jeep the following week with no appointment and all my issues were addressed and completed in less than two hours.

It may have been a simple oil change, but Dean Vardakis treated me very well and gave me all of his attention when going over my wife s minivan. It made me feel like more than just a customer, the entire service staff as a whole were very friendly and honest people. I also wanted to thank Rafael Campos, Danny Son, Jon Piansky, Michael Casey and Elia Malzone for making me feel so welcome there and professional nature. Further, Gareth and Ish who worked on the vehicle were easy to talk to and also very friendly! Dean pointed out some problems that I wasn t even aware of, but was very transparent and showed me exactly what safety issues needed attention. I will very soon be returning to this location to fix these additional issues. Great job to all the staff. It is because of everyone above that they will have me as a customer for life.

I would like to thank Mike and Dean for their hospitality and great service. They did an amazing job on my 2016 Jeep Rubicon. I came in to have repairs done on the front and rear calipers, brake disk, brake pads, a few sensors and the check engine light. They sent me on my way with a courtesy vehicle and I received my Jeep back in just a few days. I m grateful for their help and would highly recommend this place!

At the time I scheduled the inspection for my vehicle. I also had a recall notice. I was told they could not do the recall at the same time they did my inspection. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrive for my inspection unbeknownst to me they did do the recall, and I was ecstatic. Mike was a great help as well as the two gentlemen when I pulled up to drop my car off out front they were extremely nice and courteous. So far I find a East Hills to be top notch in customer service.

Worked with the team at East Hills after a terrible experience at another dealership misadvertised their special & refused to honor said ad. Our sales & leasing consultant Sid was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and helpful in getting me into my new lease. I was offered comparative model/prices to base my decision on , and he worked in full transparency with the finance department to lock in all the features I selected at numbers I was comfortable with.

It was my first annual inspection visit since I purchased my wrangler here.The entire process went smoothly until I got the car back. When I came back home and browsed through the engine room, two bolts were not assembled and one bolt from the engine air filter cover was missing. (would there be any issue with this?) I believe the mechanics need to check carefully and make sure to finish what they have started. attaching a picture that I took when I opened the hood right after I got home. I spent close to $400 ($200 was for the labor) and was not satisfied with the service I received here.

I recently bought my jeep here. I am super excited to say I will be going back. He really helped me with the items that needed to be taken care of . Thank Dean for your great service. I visited east hills Jeep on 3/3/23 to look at few different Jeep Grand Cherokees I saw online. I wasn t expecting to leave with a new car that same day but I DID! Syed (Sid) assisted me through this process and I never thought I would say this but the whole process of leasing this car was rather quick and NOT stressful at all . I told him what I was looking for & my price range & he was able to give me exactly what I wanted . He was very helpful and attentive the whole time, he took his time to explain the differences in the models I was interested in & made sure I knew about all the features on my new car before I left. My whole experience from the time I walked through the doors until the time I left in my new car at East Hills Jeep was Great , everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful in every way they could be . I have nothing but good things to say about this place !
