Nolan was great to deal with. He delivered on everything that was promised and did so quickly and efficiently. Great guy to chat with, a true car enthusiast as well and very informative regarding various niche insurance products. If you're looking to insure a specialty or collective vehicle, give them a call and ask for Nolan.

SIMPLY AMAZING!!!They did everything in their power to get me into an Audi R8 that I was trying to get.I was expecting only $55k approval, but some how Nolan got me in at $72k!!Here's the kicker... due to some speeding tickets, I was unable to get approved for Agreed Value insurance, but they helped me secure a loan through GM for my brand new C8 Corvette.Tamatha literally stayed on the phone with me and even talked to the finance manager at the dealership directly to make sure i was being treated properly and getting the best possible deal.That type of service will earn you a customer for life with me!!!When these speeding tickets fall off and i decide to trade in or sell the C8, I'm coming right back to you guys for my exotic!!Thank you both for your amazing service and all of the effort you put in.

I rarely leave reviews but I wanted to take the time to recognize Digital AutoFi for a great experience. Tamatha and Nolan, thank you for all that you did to make this deal happen. You went above and beyond what any consumer would expect with after hours messages or phone calls and always prompt responses when questions were asked. The process of buying this car took much longer than expected, which had nothing to do with Digital, but never ever did I feel forgotten or slighted. One of the very best Customer Service experiences I have ever had. I would not hesitate to recommend Digital to anyone looking for a loan and I will use them in the future. Nolan, thanks for putting up with me and for your professionalism and understanding. Tamatha I can t thank you enough. It is so refreshing to see a car lender / finance company value their customers rather than treat them as if they are doing them a favor. Don t change your values you and your team are doing it the right way. Highly highly recommend this company to all of you!

Like most things in the world today you are given the greatest experience up until you sign the contact. Once the money changes hands you are quickly forgotten and put on the back burner. I purchased my car back in December of 2021 and I have not been able to drive it yet because I still do not have registration. (Today is Feb 11 2022). I really enjoyed talking on the phone with Nolan, he is a car enthusiast. The initial buying process was awesome but I will not use them in the future unfortunately because of the lack of any real support post sale.To respond to Tamatha.... It took well over a month before I was even approached about my registration initially. So clearly we know there is an issue...

This was the easiest car we ever purchased. It was a smooth transaction due to the knowledge and expertise of Tamatha Carbone and her team at Digital Auto. She was easy to talk to and answered all of our questions in a manner we were able to understand. She kept us apprised every step of the way. We will definitely be using her services again and will recommend her to our family and friends.

Nolan O'brien at Digital Auto Finance was such a pleasure to deal with.He guided me patiently through all the necessary steps and kept me updated. I must say, all my questions were very promptly answered via text and phone calls. ( much better than wasting my time at a dealership finance department). He was very personable and very professional throughout our entire interactions!From the very first time we talked on the phone, I felt like he was a friend working on behalf. All the necessary documents were easily up-loaded securely. I can say that I could recommend him and his company for any financial needs without any reservations.Thank you Nolan!!

I was looking for a way to finance a Porsche Turbo because traditional auto loans aren't really designed for a purchase like this, and I almost gave up not realizing I had other options! I contacted Digital Auto Finance and was very impressed with the professionalism and overall responsiveness. I worked with Tamatha, who was excellent! In January this year I was in search of a new vehicle. After scouring auto websites from my home in California I was excited to find an amazing vehicle in absolutely pristine condition, a nearly new Mercedes CL 55 AMG at CCS Motors in Oyster Bay, New York. Excited for my new find, I went looking for financing. I had always been told that Credit Unions are great places for financing vehicles. However, this was an unusual vehicle purchase, as the car was 17 years old, a 2002 but with barely 13K miles on the odometer, it was nearly brand new. Unfortunately the credit unions would only finance a small percentage of the price for the vehicle; so after talking to three credit unions, I was pretty sure that I wouldn t be able to secure an auto loan. That is when I was referred to Tamatha at Digital Auto Finance. After my first call with Tamatha I was sold. Not only did she understand the problem, explaining why traditional financing would not work, she was able to secure the best financing terms that met my needs. She has extensive experience in the auto industry, and shares a passion for automobiles. With the financing secured, I had to start thinking about shipping the vehicle and getting it registered in California. I was completely amazed when Tamatha offered not only to help me get the car shipped, but also to work with the dealership and the DMV to get the car properly registered. When I told her I had identified a car shipping company, Tamatha took it from there, made arrangements with the dispatcher and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Once the car arrived, Tamatha continued to stay in contact with me even up till the day when my new license plates for the car were delivered. I have purchased and leased more vehicles, cars and motorcycles than I can count, and this by far, was the best and most enjoyable car purchasing experience from start to finish. Thank you Tamatha!

I recently purchased a vehicle that required a lender that understood the collector car market. Tamatha at DAF did a stellar job at getting me the financing that I needed and made the entire process at seamless as any professional would expect. Everything from the personal one-on-one contact to the rate I received was top notch! I am have excellent credit and found that Tamatha and DAF were the far superior choice for financing my collector car versus mainstream banks. 5 Stars and 100% Satisfied!

Purchasing a vehicle from out of State is complicated enough, because you don t see the person you re dealing with. But despite this, Covid 19 and a personal family crisis, Digital Auto Finance was user friendly, responsive and performed very well. The vehicle also arrived ahead of schedule and is in great shape. If the future of business is virtual, it still has to have a soul. That is when good and real people on the other end of a phone or email is important, it makes the experience less complicated and scary. I reflect back on everything and realized that I was always in good hands with this company.

Can t say enough about Tamatha and her team. I ve bought 39 cars in the last 20 years and my only regret is that I didn t have her to work with until the 39th. Great communication, service and rates! Will do business again!
