Unfortunately, I was recently involved in a significant auto accident with my Outback and needed the services of an auto body shop. Based on reviews and closeness to my residence I decided to go with Village Auto Body. It was definitely a decision that I haven t regretted. Anthony and his team were excellent with outstanding results. They are extremely personable and helpful right from the start and I always felt they were doing their best to help me with my unfortunate situation. When I brought the car in, Anthnony looked over the vehicle and then called my insurance company while I was there and arranged to have an adjuster come out quickly. He provided me an estimated timeline for the repair and they met it despite a few parts supply issues they encountered. I was very impressed with the resulting workmanship and definitely would use Village Auto Body again if needed (hopefully not ).

Note the date of this review, because it's important (written in May, 2021). WAY back in May of 2008, I had a pretty bad car accident with my then brand new 2008 Honda Accord. Village Auto Body was the shop that was called for the emergency tow, and they did the repairs, which were extensive. Insurance covered it all, and they did a great job. Now, 13 years later, we noticed that the paint on the rear bumper was faded and chalky (the paint manufacturer apparently had some issues in 2008 and 2009). We contacted Village Auto Body about it, and they HONORED their work, no charge. Yes, 13 years later, they repaired it again, repainted, and it's ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. Not only that, we asked them to fix a couple of parking lot scratches and repair/repaint a front bumper, and provide a full detail... that 13-year old car looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. What a great job, and amazing professionalism, all at a fair price. Tony and Linda are fantastic people. Even though they're more than a half hour drive from us, they have loyal customers in us forever.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my wife's Alpha Romeo here for repair. Very professional and clean auto body shop. They say what they're going to do and communicate weekly till the job is complete. My wife's opinion "they did such a good nice job cleaning the inside of the car. They made it like spic and span. I m very impressed by this."

Absolutely loved their service. Jim, Tom and the crew are rockstars who care about what they do. Communication is their best quality. They were always keeping me in the loop and confirming any updates. My car was hit from behind and when I got it back it looked brand spanking new. Thank you everyone at Village Auto body!

The whole experience was outstanding from start to finish. From walking in and getting an initial estimate I felt an extremely friendly, honest, and kind vibe from the staff there. Throughout the whole process I was kept updated with insurance and repairs. The time frames for completion were met. I also must say the quality of work is outstanding, it looks absolutely amazing as if nothing happened. The car was also cleaned extremely well. I highly recommend this body shop for the friendly, welcoming customer service and quality of work. Would give 6 stars if I could

My nearly-new vehicle was recently damaged in an accident. I chose to have it repaired at Village Auto Body and I'm glad I did. Jim and Tony treated me very well and kept me updated during the process. They dealt with the insurance company and arranged the rental car. The car was repaired perfectly! I went to Village Auto Body after being rear ended and I m glad I did. They delivered amazing customer service, they were fast efficient and overall a pleasure to work with. Our family has a history of playing bumper cars on the road from small dings to big bang ups and everything in between. Anthony and his crew at Village Auto Body in Greenlawn, NY have been taking care of our cars for decades. The prices are more than fair and the attention to quality sends us home feeling like the car is better than new. They will advocate with your insurance company and then communicate with you clearly every step of the way. We wouldn t trust our cars with anyone else. Tony and the staff at Village Auto Body provided much faster and better service than their competition. In addition to doing a great job repairing damage from a collision, they identified and handled mechanical problems at no additional cost to me. I wanted to get the door handles on my FJ Cruiser color matched to the truck. Tony and his team gave me a very reasonable price, better than what competitors quoted in the area. Their customer service and communication was excellent. The actual paint job was spot on and they had my door handles back to me in less than 24 hours. I m very glad that businesses like this exist, especially in the auto industry.Service: Painting

My father was in an accident and he reported to me that He didn t have to do anything. This nice shop did everything for him and he was completely satisfied with the work. These guys are doing great work with ok d school professionalism and attention to detail. Tony in the shop, Linda in the office. Had a small but expensive self inflicted damage to my truck. First off they were cheaper than the other guys nearby but what stood out was the communication, the workmanship and the ease of them handling the insurance claim. I basically just dropped off my near mint Escalade and they restored it and fixed issues I didn t even know I had. The car came out showroom quality and they detailed it also. They communicated via text and phone and a week later - as promised - my truck was back to mint. Love these guys. Trust them!

Tony and the team are so good at what they do! Three different family members have each brought their car to Village Auto Body for different reasons -- big jobs, small jobs; and each time we've received attentive service and quality work and they're always willing to find a way to get it done right at a reasonable price. When my dad passed away while his car was still in the shop, Tony went above and beyond as we needed extra time to get through red tape with estate, DMV and insurance issues before he could finish the job and test drive it. When all was said and done, the car looked amazing!! Five stars!

My truck was brought in when I was t boned. The van was totaled out but this place was in constant communication with me on what was going on unfortunately we could've salvage my vanbut being a business owner i felt horrible with my vansitting there but they were more than patient with meallowing me to go there and unload all my stuff into my new truck and I couldn't take the ladders at the time so they allowed me to leave then there until I could get back with s bigger truck. I highly recommend this place nothing but professionalism and very friendly. My adjustors were slow with relaying what was going on but they were on top of it. Thank you for your patience and I will be using them in the future if ever needed.

If I could give Village Auto body 10 stars I would!!! They did amazing work and my car looks better than brand new!! The passenger mirror has a camera and when they replaced he mentioned I might have to go to the dealership to have it reprogrammed. The owner Anthony called the dealership and figured out a solution for me!!! I can't say enough about their professionalism, workmanship, and true kindness. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!

I have been bringing my vehicles to Village for years and if it weren't for Anthony and Tom, I still wouldn't know what to do with my truck that got hit in a parking lot. They helped me deal with the insurance company who was trying to force me to go to another body shop and not fix the vehicle the proper way. They pay attention to every detail and my truck looks like it just rolled off the assembly line. They compounded and polished the rest of the truck to make sure the old paint looked just as good as the fresh paint. I have never and will never bring any of my vehicles anywhere else. Customer for life.

Fantastic auto body shop! They did a fantastic job fixing my wife s Highlander. It took a major scrape from a snowblower and now it looks like new. Excellent customer service, and a detailed car, inside and out upon return! 5 stars!!!!

Great experience with recent repair. They promptly obtained a replacement part for an old car. The repair was done in the time predicted and the cost was fair. And they did a kindness of also fixing another problem they spotted. The staff is friendly and the site is clean. I would use this business again.

Just recently dropped of my car. Had a small ding in the back rear quarter panel. They gave me the lowest estimate of anyone around. Extremely quick turnaround and they cleaned my entire car, looked brand new. Thanks guys, I will be coming back. Highly recommended.
