These guys were AWESOME! Willy at the front desk was courteous and friendly and helped me quickly. Service with a smile. They took care of my leaking tire, showed me where the issue was and explained what they needed to do to fix it. On a Sunday. At 5 pm! I needed my car for a road trip tomorrow morning and they saved the day! Thank you!

Ive been back about 3 times for tires and oil changes at this location. I know they don t have a whole lot of staff but they ve gotten me in and out in a timely manner each time. Tory has always very helpful and on my last visit Willie was courteous and efficient as well. Highly recommended.

Brandon and Tory were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They did a great job and we were in and out in the time they estimated. I ve always been happy with this location. Highly recommend.

This mavis always is willing to help out even when we ve gotten there within minutes of closing. They give advice on what will be both good for your car and an economical solution. We travel further to come to this particular mavis when there is one closer to our home.

Excellent service from this Mavis location. Highly recommend this location. I dealt with Tory, he was responsive, very professional and caring with my tire needs. The alignment they did was 10/10 as well.

Amazing service and super friendly employees!!!! I got an oil change and it was extremely quick and they plugged my tire free of charge. They are so willing to get ur car good as new. Truly the best service in town, I highly recommend

Mavis of Glen Head was such a great experience. They were all so helpful and efficient, and Brandon the Assistant Manager was so kind and courteous. I highly recommend them!!

It was very nice and comfortable going in to the location. The service manger was very helpful and understanding. He was very Professional in with his service that he provided for me. I was very happy when I left and will be returning a few months. So that they can service the work, will need to be done. I have already recommended to my friend to come next week. And get her car service at Marvis Tires in Glen Cove, Glen Head, Ny. The best service team I been to.

My first experience here as i just moved to glen cove today! I will never go anywhere else! They took such good care of me. Fixed my tire in no time!! Didnt have to buy a new one!! Run, don t walk to this Mavis! You will not be sorry!!!

By far the best Mavis location and only Mavis I will come to. They are honest, will only fix what needs to be fixed, unlike these other shady places. Make sure to see Tory, he will take care of you. Thank you Tory and crew!

It is a nice business. Very convenient, the wait time can vary but nothing too long. Ever employee at the Glen Head, NY location is pleasant.

when I showed up they took my car in immediately. Mike was really awesome and made sure that I was comfortable while I was waiting. The staff was super friendly and it was the quickest oil change I ve ever had done.

Great service and great quality! Diagnosed my issue, tried to innovate a solution, and ultimately hooked me up with a new oil pan in record time! Take your car to Mavis Glen Head if you want it done right. (And cheap) They also have free air for your tires.

Excellent service, had all of my vehicles serviced here. Tory was the nicest and most accommodating person. Helped me with tires, oil change and rotations. Certainly better than a gas station mechanic

Had nail in the tire so i figured to get it patched. Mavis closes at 830pm, so i called at 630pm and spoke with Chris and asked about fixing a tire, they advised they only do plugs for tires and told me to come on by to the store. Arrived at the store at 7pm, saw that there was 5 staffs in the whole building, they advised my car would need a patch and not a plug, but they're too busy and told me to call back tomorrow. There were 5 guys with 4 lifts, but only 1 lift had a car on it. While they told me they only have 2 techs working and 4 more cars to finish before closing. Why the hell would you tell me to come down in the first place!? Complete waste of time and never going back for sure.

Mavis Tire helped us get home safe for the holidays! We were in and out within an hour with a brand new tire, ready to hit the road. On top of that, the mechanics were so kind and helpful.

Very satisfied with the staff at Mavis Tire. They communicate effectively with the customers and it helps more than people realize. While waiting for my vehicle to be finished, I observe them going over all the options with other clients, instead of just forcing an option onto them.

So happy with the new management and team at Mavis in Glen Head. I called up asking for my tire to be plugged due to a nail and they did it within 15 minutes. THE BEST!!! thanks guys
