Called AAA for a flat battery at the house, so not a real roadside emergency but still a hassle. I figured I d wait a long while on a holiday weekend. But no. Service was prompt and efficient. So I posted on the local Facebook page first to give them a thumbs-up there too. Nice folks!

I found out about this shop because I was towed there by AAA. It was late at night and the staff seemed friendly enough and replaced a flat tire free of charge. One of the mechanics also noticed my car was sputtering upon start up and quickly diagnosed the issue free of charge which made a good impression on me. A few weeks later, when the time came to contract a mechanic for more repairs, I thought of this shop and brought my car here.The first actual major repair this shop conducted on one of my vehicles was done right overall. It had major issues with its brake system and up until now it does not have problems in that area. Also, other minor problems were fixed free of charge.If only this level of service had remained consistent...I returned with my other vehicle months later to conduct major repairs on it. Without getting too specific, I was charged around $1200 for a repair and I happily paid for it thinking the repair was conducted thoroughly and completely. Another month or so later, that same car is having issues and I bring it back to the shop (all the while I'm dealing with Milan - I think he is the owner of the store) and I'm told the issue is solved. (Granted the car had several issues and the "easy" issues were fixed.) I was again charged around $1200. A month or two later, I bring the same car back a third time for the same issue. I expected the car to be done in a few days all the while I kept getting excuses every time I called saying it wasn't ready for x and y reasons. I ended up getting the run around for a week and half and I finally decided to just go pick the car up. When I arrive at the shop I see my car parked outside and that it had collected a ton of pollen dust because it wasn't even looked at or worked on! Milan didn't charge me (why would he though, nothing had been done to it) and told me to come back when the parts had arrived.Instead of going back again, I decided to have a mobile mechanic come check out my car and he informs me that the job I was charged $1200 for was botched (he showed me exactly how). Aside from being down $1200 for a repair I still need to do, I have also wasted many months dealing with this place.I understand delays and issues arrive when dealing with car repairs, but what really bothers me is the dishonesty, and time wasted, and money spent for bad work.

Very friendly people. I just had an inspection done on my car. The guy was very quick to get my car up onto the lift. I was out within 20 minutes. My family brings all our cars here all the time. They do an outstanding job. One of the guy there is also a Marine, who always give me outstanding service.

Very friendly. I had them jump start my car -- they came withing 15 minutes of my call to AAA Automotive. Then, I decided to have the car towed. This time another employee, Nick, came -- also very professional and friendly. He successfully towed my car on a flatbed truck to my mechanic -- 30 miles away. Don't know about their auto service, but if it's anything like their roadside service and towing, I highly recommend them.

The owner of the shop Milan, is a stand up guy. Have taken my car here several times before and they are always able to fix the problem. I had my starter replaced just alittle under a year ago and the other day my car wouldn t start again. I had it towed there and they determined it was the starter again. Rather than make money on charging me for another one, Milan told me it was still under warrantee and fixed it for me free of charge. Not many people in this profession would be this honest! Highly recommend taking your car to Plaza Station!

They are great people. They do the job right for the right price and they don t cut corners. I have gotten a lot of work done by them considering I own 6+ vehicles. They don t do extra stuff that you don t need while still bringing things to your attention that would be smart to fix/update soon. I never left dissatisfied.

I would never take my car anywhere else!!! Milan, Dave and Marco are so nice, honest and treat me so well. I'm always offered a cup of freshly brewed coffee or a cold drink in the summer, they treat you like family. Taking my car for an inspection or an oil change is such a pleasant experience since these guys always entertain you with the funny stories.

We were stranded in Oyster Bay when our car had trouble on Memorial Day. AAA sent a tow truck from Plaza, and they arrived faster than any other AAA tow I've ever had. They had mechanics working (on a holiday!) and were more than happy to take us, a family of 5, to their station and check the car. They were so friendly, helpful, and professional, and were willing to do whatever it took to get us home to NJ that day. If we lived near this station, we would be 100% loyal customers now. Since we don't live nearby, the least we could do was give this station the glowing review it deserves. Thank you!

I agree with the prior review. I had switched to Milan, Dave and Marco after i needed a new transmission. They were more then fair, NO BS kind of guys and that's extremely important to me. I recommend them to anybody and everybody I meet. You will NEVER have anyone else work on your car after you go here.

So upset, I am shaking! I drive a company car and my service appointment was made by the company that manages the corporate fleet. After my inspection was complete, the Owner at Plaza Service refused to accept payment from the management company and demanded that I pay cash or he was going to rip the sticker off my car. When I explained that all he had to do was call and bill them directly, he was rude and cursed at me. I had the company call him to resolve it and he hung up them, and threatened again to remove the sticker. I told him he was going to lose me and the entire national fleet management company as a customer and he said "I don't care- I have enough customers. Pay your bill and don't ever come back here again."I was reasonable and respectful the whole time. He was not. Another customer sitting in the waiting even told him "That's not nice" after he cursed at me. I called the company that manages our fleet and reported the incident. This shop has been removed from their list of providers. Do not give this lying, horrible person your business!

Wow what an amazing group of mechanics at this shop. I went in devastated and filled with worry only to leave 25 minutes later with all my troubles fixed and a fresh cup of coffee in hand! super reasonably priced and such sweet and understanding staff. Will never go to another shop so long as these guys are in charge. Thank you thank you Marco and Demitris you guys are the best!!!

Great place and the owner is honest and went above and beyond. He took my old jeep in to give me an estimate. Looked at it, filled up some refrigerant and then gave me an honest answer on what I needed to fix and what I didn't need to fix. No charge either! I will be going back to fix it up! Thank you

Really, really nice, Honest, good people here, that will take care of your car quickly and efficiently. I had the best experience here today getting an oil change and an emergency tire replacement and I couldn t have been happier with their service!

Went for an Inspection, Owner is a nice Guy, the Old Man behind the counter was great .....but the whole thing got ruined when I was approached by a rude Mexican MechanicHis words " New Wipers or I Fail it !!! wow that makes him God ?"I could have said fail the Inspection, I ll pick up the wipers from Auto Zone from the Down the Road for half the price, but simply put I like the owners.It's the people that work for them suck, think the rest of the world are idiots.....I am sure he must make his Boss really proud by upselling a pair of wipers....I am glad I posted this review.

Every time I come here not only are they polite, everyone is cheerful and smiling. I never feel like I m going to be ripped off like some other repair shops. If they can fit you in on short notice they will. Wonderful business professionals!

Scammers who came to my house to do authorized work to my car. Tried to cut out another auto shop to make extra money. Caught the scammer Milan (the owner of bp plaza) in the act. I called them out and they caused extra damage to my cars tire . Will be suing them. Avoid like the plague!!!!

I will never use them again. Was refused business at first thinking I was a state official. After I explained that I was a previous customer and new the owners name. They put on my inspection sticker crooked and asked for a new one. From there I was physically threaten on yelp and was called a "ginzo". Also, 4 hour wait for a tow that was less than a mile from there AAA shop and tried to strong arm me to use there shop and not my regular shop. They begged me not to tell AAA because it would hurt there business.

Milan is a shady and very dishonest mechanic. Stay away! He charged me for work he did not do, work he actually sabotaged! Then he lied and lied and lied about it!Complete fraud and untrustworthy mechanic. 0/5

My car broke down close to midnight on the side of the road and this place was the only place that saved me. Took my car in, worked on it the next day and i was able to pick up right after work. Affordable and very nice .

I have this place entered on my contacts as "My Friends at Plaza Station" because they saved the day for me once and they continue to do so! Great service, very helpful people, always good for a smile. My first choice.

Do not trust expensive cars with these people. Only bring your car here if it costs 10 grand or less and you want a cheap job done and that's all you care about
