I had an amazing experience with Optimum Auto Group! Gabby was very helpful and went out of his way to find me the perfect car in my price range. He called me the day after to see how I liked the car and answered any questions I had! He was always accessible and for right back to me. Such a smooth experience! I highly recommend them!

Mohamed and Yan were brilliant throughout the entire experience of leasing a car, which is often a horrible experience. They listened to what I wanted, paying attention to my specific requirements and delivered the car I truly wanted, without any of the stressful discussions you usually have at a dealership. I worked with Avi at Optimum and he was absolutely wonderful and easy to work with. He listened to what I was looking for and options that I wanted in my car. He was quick and got me exactly what I wanted within the same day. He personally delivered my car the next business day.Avi is great and I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

I had the most seamless experience leasing my brand new 2024 Mazda cx5! Mohamed is professional, accommodating, and will work hard to make sure you are relaxed and happy during the whole process! I am a first time leaser and I had the pleasure of working with Mohammed! He is an expert -- has been in this business for years, he knows the trends and the protocols. You are in great hands if you choose to work with him. All I had to do was relay my information through texts, never had to spend more than 5 minutes of brain power on this process. I received my car within a week of connecting with Mohammed. I am so happy my older siblings referred him and I can't recommend him enough to anyone interested in buying/leasing a car.

I ve been working with Yan and Optimum Auto Group for more than 15 years. Leased more than 5 cars from them and the service is amazing and keeps improving every time. Last 2 or 3 cars I got from them I worked closely with Avi. He is truly a professional in the field and a man of his word. I would highly recommend Optimum Auto Group and Avi! Thank you guys!

I have nothing but great things to say. This is my second time leasing a car with this company. I personally have been working with Mohamed and he s been nothing but accommodating. He always finds me the car I m looking for and in the price range I am able to do. Even after getting the car he calls to check up on me to make sure I love it and that everything is working as should. This is definitely the only way I will be buying a car again is through him and this company!

5 STARS for Mohammed...he was a pleasure to work with. He was able to get us a beautiful car, within our budget and was hassle free. The fact that we didn't have to spend hours at a dealership was a great feeling. Mohammed and his staff took care of everything for us and the car was delivered to our front door. Was one of the best experiences I've had with Automotive leasing service company. I've had various unfortunate encounters with people in this industry but this time it was the complete opposite the staff was responsive, patient, and honest. They helped me get the best price for my Audi Q7. Now Looking forward to enjoying my new 2021 Hyundai. Will be recommending them to all my friends & relatives.Thank you Optimum Auto Grp!

Once again, another outstanding, stress free leasing experience! This is my 4th lease with Optimum Auto and I can't speak highly enough of Mohamed, he is a true gentelmen, extremly patient, a kind soul and has a heart of gold. My lease is always up right after Christmas and it's aways the last thing I want to deal with. Mohamed did all the leg work for me, I didn't even know what kind of car I wanted, I just told him the price range I wanted to stay in. I was in the office under 10 minutes to do the paperwork and poof....all done! Everyone at Optimum Auto is fantasic but Mohamed will always be my guy!

Mohammad and staff are amazing! Mohammad was true to his word with the pricing and what he was going to find you based on your preferences. He truly is a great guy to deal with. He got me an amazing upgrade to what I drove before. Brand new smoking hot new Mazda CX9. I m so happy. I would recommend them to all. They work fast and cater to your needs! Need a car. I finally got rid of my migraine after I met and dealt with Yanik. I call him my car savior!! I had four months shopping around wasting my time going to dealers- with just one call he was able to accommodate me in a gorgeous car and add some more. I am beyond happy and I will recommend his services to all of my friends and family. He s amazing !!! What a pleasure to speak to.

Very happy with the service of Mohammed and the team at Optimum. They got me the exact car I wanted quickly and without having to step into a dealership. Considering all the current demand and stock issues they really came through, I highly recommend their service. Avoided hours spent at a dealer! So happy with my new Jeep!

2023 Review: Went back to Mohammed for the lease renewal since his service and involvement were amazing with my prior lease. Very happy with the convenience of it all, and will continue to use his service in the future.I was helped by Mohammad. Very professional and courteous, got me a great deal, and basically took care of everything. He had the car delivered to my apartment, swapped the plates, had me sign the papers, and was gone in under 10 min. Very happy with the efficiency, and especially not having to deal with a car dealership. Going to have my retired parents use this service when there lease is up for sure.

Probably the smoothest and quickest lease-signing process I have ever experienced. Mike made the entire process smooth with prompt answers and great deals. I will be referring him to all of my friends and family. Got me the car I wanted the same day for the cheapest price of all dealers. Definitely will deal with him again.

Love this leasing company! They had the best prices as compared to all the dealerships. Gaby was amazing and helped me find my perfect car for the perfect price, even in this car shortage. I had a very complicated situation with my old car and gaby took care of it without a problem! I m so thankful to gaby and optimum auto group for the amazing service that was provided. I was searching for Mazda CX-5 I went to Mazda dealership but price was expensive and I got recommended by a friend to call optimum auto group and with an hours I got excellent deal and more upgraded car than the dealership quoted me thanks to michael I highly recommend excellent serviceSincerely ilanThree weeks at least Mazda and today I came back to optimum, and I got my second car in three weeks. Michael gave me the best deal then anywhere I shopped around. It s unbelievable they do magics I highly recommend.

I've used optimum twice and have been very happy both times. The first time I told the rep the exact VIN they and got it for me. The next time, I gave my general criteria and they hooked me up with a good deal on a beautiful Pathfinder. They do all the paperwork and make buying a car a truly effortless experience. Cannot recommend enough.

I had never used a leasing agent before and I was extremely pleased with my experience. I was fortunate enough to work with Ashley who was attentive, detail oriented, listened to what kind of car I was looking for and worked with my budget. Once I had made my car choice, Optimum was able to get me a GREAT deal that I likely wouldn't have been able to negotiate better on my own. The entire process was expedited and I had a car within 48 hours delivered at my doorstep. I was able to handle all of the paperwork at my home and did not spend a day at the dealership negotiating and processing paperwork. Overall, the experience surpassed my expectations and Optimum Auto provided me with a great deal, a great customer experience and a seamless delivery of the vehicle. Highly recommend using Optimum Auto Group.
