We would give our salesperson David at Tradition 10 Stars if we could! We found the perfect car at Tradition and ran into a family emergency in the middle of the purchase. David was very caring about our situation and went way above and beyond from start to finish. Everyone on the Tradition Team has been great making sure we got our perfect car. I bought my first car from David in 2022 when I NEEDED a new car and just traded it in for the car I WANTED! David knew what I was looking for and when it landed in their lot, he got right in touch with me and helped me make it mine! Super smooth process and I'm very happy with my purchase! I have already referred friends and family to him and will continue to do so! I also get all my service done there and have been 100% satisfied with their service dept!

David Scherer and this dealership has been absolutely amazing to work with! I have leased my vehicles from Tradition for several years and have always had a positive experience, including any oil change or maintenance in the service area. David most recently helped my daughter purchase her first vehicle and was patient and helped answer all her questions and provided us with lots of guidance. We both highly recommend David for your next lease or purchase!

Dave and Cliff made our experience totally relaxed and pleasant!!! We drove 1.5 hrs to look at a specific used vehicle, it was right out by the door, detailed and inspected. The price was fair and the vehicle was immaculate. We actually had a slight issue as we started to drive away, we went right back and they are going to make it right. Great customer service!!

I would like to thank everyone at Tradition for helping me with the purchase of my new to me used car. I haven t had much luck in the past with cars or dealerships so when my check engine light came on once again I was really dreading going to look for a car. Iam extremely pleased and happy with this dealership. Iam pretty particular where my vehicles go and this dealership has won my approval. I dealt with several staff members, from the gentleman who actually did the work on my truck to the manager. They were very respectful of me and my concerns and got me in and out as promised. Friendly atmosphere too.

I just bought a Chevy Trax and I was so pleased with the constant effort and communication that I had from David. He tried and tried to find me the exact car that I wanted with the features that I also wanted. He was so friendly and has a wonderful personality.....all along with doing a great job. I couldn't have been happier. In the future we'll be going back to David at Tradition because we love Chevy's...we have 3 of them. THANK YOU DAVID at Tradition in Geneva!!!!!!

Every time I walk into Tradition Chevy I feel welcomed I have been using Tradition for approximately eight years, and I had never felt uncomfortable with Tradition Chevy. This is my second vehicle through Tradition, and just like the first vehicle I purchased I was kept in the loop on all information. I will continue to use Tradition Chevy and Geneva as long as I am able to drive. Good job Tradition team. Well done.

I started going here for service with my leased Chevy Trax. During a scheduled service appointment I asked to speak to someone regarding my lease. I was connected with Jeff Bradley and I have never had such an efficient, straight forwarded and easy going process! I ended up with the vehicle I wanted and Jeff really made sure that I understood everything and all of my options. He was professional, friendly and so informative. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go see Jeff! And continue up with service because the team is always great, too! Thank you so much to the entire staff at Tradition.

Super friendly team here, especially Bud. We stopped by to charge our car and turned out to be the first users of their pristine new fast charging station. It was a different type than we'd used before, but Bud helped us figure it out together - there aren't really any instructions on the machines, but just download the Livingston Charge Port app and you'll be fine. If his friendliness is any indication of the experience you'll have getting a car here, you'll definitely be in great hands!

Traditions Service Dept is top notch. Super friendly and the service was fast. Diagnosed and repaired a problem that caused the engine light to be on. This is the same problem that another garage attempted to repair 4 times. I would highly recommend Traditions for all repair and routine work.

I can't recommend this dealership highly enough. Buddy, the sales manager was so kind and helpful. Kyle, the finance manager worked with me to make a deal to fit my needs.
