Matt was incredibly nice, was thorough in discussing details, and made the process of getting my car fixed pleasant! I didn t meet any of the other mechanics, but my car felt brand new when I picked it up. I highly recommend and will continue to give them my business for future needs of my car!

I truly enjoy going to Steve Shannon tire &auto center here in geneva because I trust them with all my vehicles. They have never tried to charge me for work that was not needed. From the counter person to the macanic, I've always been treated like family. I would recommend them to anyone who wants fast and reliable service.

They have always done a great job. I have peace of mind knowing they are there if I need them. They are courteous, trustworthy and get the work done in a timely manner. The guy behind the counter, Matt, is very cheerful and it is a joy to listen to his banter with the customers while I wait. You can tell he knows what he is doing and enjoys his job.

Had worked with Matt on selecting Good Year Weather Ready tires for my Honda. These tires were his top choice for my car. I compared his quote with two other dealerships in the area, and found that Matt s quote was the best. Service to install was arranged a few days later, and the tires along with a needed oil change were done in prompt fashion. I am very thankful to Matt, and all those at Shannon s tire on Exchange Street in Geneva. Merry Christmas!

Nice local feel. I shopped a basic set of tires. within 20 miles. and theses guys gave me what I needed and super fast same day service. Almost half of the other local guys.

The staff was helpful and honest. They fixed a minor problem at the same time I was there for a routine appointment and only charged me for the scheduled issue. It wouldn t have been much money but it is still really appreciated it.

Top notch. Scheduled a tire rotation. Went fast and got me in when I had the appointment. Super friendly and professional at the same time. Also my daughter had a flat last night and the Penn Yan shop squeezed her in so she could take a road trip with hotel bookings and such. Great folks all the way around.

Called to replace a battery, did all necessary work to check to see if faulty battery was the problem before starting any work. Replaced battery and everything was a reasonable price. Will consider them next time I have car needs

Called them on a bad tire told me to stop in after work. Did so and need new tire then he told me I had dry rot on a couple other ones. So I got 4 new tires and they brought my car right in n got it done. Very fast efficient and very friendly. Would highly recommend them. Thank you so much. Casey Robson

Ive been taking both of my cars here since I moved to Geneva and I have to say they are the best shop ive ever used. They are honest, fast, efficient, affordable and they dont try to rip you off.

A little back ground: I have been mechanically spoiled for most of my life! My father was my mechanic. He fixed all my vehicles issues for me until he passed away in 2016. I always felt safe with him working on my cars and would occasionally just take hundreds of mile trips without a thought or worry about the mechanical aspects of the trips or daily rides. With that said I've used many different garages since and have been sadly disappointed by most of them in the recent years.Until Steve Shannons garage in Geneva, NYIve been taking my car here for at least the last 4 years. The staff is AMAZING, pricing is with in reason, and the workmanship is the biggest plus!If you are looking for a garage I definitely would recommend this one 10 out of 10 times!!Thanks for keeping me on the road!!

Best Shop In TownUsed to bring my car here when it was Trombley Tire, and I am glad to see the transition has been seamless to new owners.I had an issue with front brakes that were making a noise. Of course when I get there for my appointment the noise stops. They were very kind and patient with me and assured me we would figure out the problem if it would pop up again. Within an hour the noise was back. I immediately got in touch with them and they did all that they could to fit me in first thing the next morning. Always a good experience when I need a reliable mechanic.

Aaron & Matt were very accommodating with Convenient times to schedule recent appointments for my two vehicles.They completed needed repairs and installed two front tires as their inspection determined they needed to be replaced.I am very satisfied with the friendly employee s, service and prices at Steve Shannon s Tire and Auto.

We thought the service in Seneca FallsWas exceptional. We had a flat tire andThey replaced it and had excellent customer service from beginning to end. They offered to replace the other tire s however we live in Geneva so we contacted them. My husband scheduled the appointment and had the worn tires replaced however he forgot he had a tire replaced in JuneAnd Shannon never contacted him to tell him he only needed two tires not three. They replaced the three tires and put the tire we had replaced in June in our trunk. Why? No follow upNo contact from the service department. Now we have a tire for a car which won t be used. No calls from Geneva Shannon. We are disgusted.No telephone calls regarding the work done or problems no call when job was finished. Very unprofessional. Not happy

Matt and his crew were wonderful to me. I dropped off a tire site unseen. They fixed it and let me pick it up in the morning great crew. They are now my new garage.
