The team at Monro always takes great care of my vehicles. I have all of my regular maintenance done here, as well as unexpected issues. The work is always accurate and efficient. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Will absolutely rip you off on labor expenses!!! I work next door so I thought it would be convenient. $17.00 in parts total bill $405.00. This was a " Bandaid" for my exhaust. Take your vehicle ANYWHERE else! Worst customer service also! Lots of honest mechanics in the area.

We were out of town and our car was over heating. The heat wouldn't work in 20 degree weather! It was a Sunday and monro was the only shop open.We brought the car in first thing the morning and John the tech was able to get my car right in and called within the hour with the diagnose. He gave us the price and was able to get it done before the end of the day even being short handed. It certainly helped my wife and I out of a jam! We would recommend monro for sure

Highly recommend. I had to schedule an unplanned service call. The technicians quickly diagnosed the issue with the car and corrected it right away. Staff are welcoming and attentive and through in their attention to vehicles. They provide great explanation of points of issue & the work done to correct it. Staff conduct a courtesy inspection on the vehicle & explain the findings. Very helpful to address current and potential service needs and great help for motorists traveling for the holidays - which we were. Very glad we chose Monro Auto Service in Geneva.

Amazing shop and amazing employees. Went to them for 8 months with all kinds of repairs, and they fixed all of them super quick and did an amazing job. Always worked to give the cheapest deals and discounts they could find, and for the pricier repairs they'd knock off several hours of labor so it would be a bit cheaper. Super super friendly and charismatic guys. They explain the issue and solution in a clear and understandable way, and they don't dumb it down which I really appreciate. Helps me learn and understand my car better! When relevant, they'd let me come over to underneath my car and show me exactly where the issues were. Love them, I recommend them to people all the time.

I would like to thank the guys at Monro again for their amazing service! I m always greeted with a smile and leave the same way! The guys there are honest and have never tried to over sell me because I m a woman. I also love how convenient it is to take my car there! I can drop it off on my lunch break and pick up after work. They even offered to shuttle me if I wasn t able to get a co worker to take me. See you all my next oil change!

We travel full time and I needed an alignment on my towed car. John the manager was able to work me in on my schedule and did a thorough job of explaining how they work, what they charge and wanted to assure me that my satisfaction was important. As a former mechanic who has not let anyone else touch my car since I've owned it over the past 15 years, I was delighted that not only was the work done quickly, it was done right and I didn't have to bring it back. Highly recommend.

PHENOMENAL service!Dylan and "J" handled a sudden mishap with our vehicle due to a frozen emergency brake which caused a malfunction in our rear brake caliper on our Ford Escape. We were "out of towners" headed home and they made sure our potentially dangerous problem was resolved in short order! We are so very grateful to them both and hope they will receive well-deserved recognition from Rochester Corporate HQ

Crooks. Wife's inspection. 680.00 quote on front brakes and rotors that she didn't need. I replaced the pads that still had life on them. She took it back for re-inspection. It passed without rotor change. WOMEN, STAY AWAY. Reported to NYS CONSUMER Bureau. Waiting for response.

Jonathan and the guys at Monro were a huge help replacing a tire on our car after we got a puncture while on vacation. Very friendly, chill, and a great sense of humor all with some fast service. Very appreciative of them!

I noticed a bulge on the side of my tire last minute and needed it fixed ASAP. I was already having a horrible start to my morning and this just added to it. When I tell you the service was phenomenal I called prior and the guy told me to come on down and he had me in and out within 45 minutes with two new tires and no added fees as many people like to stereotype maintenance guys towards woman. He was professional, straight forward, and very helpful! I can t say enough great things about this place. Absolutely recommend.

My experience is far from what s been posted.Went is at 8:30 Monday and was told by John that the inspector wouldn t be in until 1:00 and I should come back. I did.He ends up being the inspector and can t pass my cars inspection because of brake issues that he can fix for $1200.00.(another shop passed my car and said there weren t and brake issues)My mechanic quoted me $500.00 for the same job.

My name is Tiffany Brewer, and I have had an the most amazing experience with Phil at Monro in Geneva! After the Newark location failed to fix my car, and put me in danger, Phil did everything he could to fix my Jeep in a timely manner. Him and his staff were quick and efficient with my vehicle. It only took a couple of hours to fix the mess that Newark made. He took me right under his wing and took amazing care of me and my car with no cost. He is extremely polite and great with communicating. That is exactly how a manager should be! Thank you so much Phil for all of your hard work and Eric the regional manager for assisting with this as well! Best experience I ve had. I would rate it 100 stars if I could! I will definitely be going back to Phil with any problems in the future! I highly recommend this place to everyone. They take great care of you :)

Monroe wouldn t pass my inspection and removed my tag until a purchased brakes I didn t need for $500. I had refused the brakes and they did the inspection without my permission. Even the mechanic there said my car would have passed the inspection without the overpriced brake job. My car smelled heavily of weed when I got it back. I m working it out in court. This isn t the first and probably wont be the last scam they ll try. BUYER BEWARE

I ve had consistently good experiences here. Jon is incredibly helpful, friendly, and happy to explain things in more detail. I was having a lot of battery trouble over the winter, and he went out of his way to get me in quickly, troubleshoot the issue, and save me money where he could.

Great service! I am not from around here and was originally attracted to Monro because of the great prices for oil changes. The price does not even match the quality of the service they provide. They are always quick, thorough and kind! Most recently, I showed up accidentally a day early for my appointment. They decided to squeeze me in anyway, simply because I was there! It was so so nice, and definitely not required of them at all, because it was my fault for showing up on the wrong day. Thanks again!!!

The website says they have the lowest prices, but once you go in, you will be given the highest quotes you can ever hear. Very sad. Avoid this location at all cost if you have other options.For example, I was given a quote of $198 + taxes for a single tire of GoodYear Assurance All Season 195/65R15. Can t find such high price anywhere onlineNot just the price, but the repair done is sloppy. I had the work done for $1000 and once I got on the road, within 30 minutes, my car started shaking and back to square one. Now I have to take it to the mechanic again.

Needed an oil change and they were great with working around my schedule to get me in. The day before my appt for my oil change my taillight blew. They had me in and out with my oil change and a new taillight within a day! Got me right back in to have the new one put in with absolutely no problem. Amazing service, will definitely be going back, and would recommend them to everyone!

Had some car trouble on my way in to town for a long weekend at the Finger Lakes. Misfire of sorts. Dropped my car of early Friday morning at a busy, and undermanned shop. They couldn't have been more professional and courteous. They drove me up the street to pick up a rental car. Called me 2 hours later with a diagnosis and a very fair price. They were very straight forward and honest. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the area. I am in the auto repair business myself, and based on the symptoms I experienced, thought the job was going to require more then it did. Big thumbs up!

The staff was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. They gave me my estimate on the exhaust system and then proceeded to fix the immediate problems that came with my car this day! And it was quite a busy day for them! They were down a mechanic and yet went out of their way to provide the needed repairs that kept coming up on my car. I will definitely visit them again and will highly recommend them to all my friends and family! Thank you for the great work, guys! This was at the Geneva Monro Muffler/Brake.Sincerely,Linda

Had a problem with something scraping my tire on the driver side. Walked in and explained the problem. I wasn't sure what the problem was? The guys at the shop, pulled the car in and found the problem. They were quick and very professional. I was on the road in 15 minutes. Thank you! Out of town traveler.

Outstanding service. Had a flat tire and pulled in just after 6PM close. They finished job ahead ours, and then pulled our car in the bay. They couldn t plug the tire because the hole was too large, but they had the right size tire and installed it promptly. Reasonable price and great folks. We re from Virginia and we re due to go home early the next morning. Can t say enough about great service we received.

Adam at Monro in Geneva,NY provided excellent customer service and reliable, honest work on our car. He went out of his way to communicate updates on the car repairs and was courteous and helpful in all interactions.These guys are great- highly recommend!

Very nice guys. If a student works on you have a manager check the work, they support local schools and take apprenticeship students, which is a huge service to the community. The man mechanics and managers are very nice and happy to explain and even show you what is going on. If you think you're being fleeced bring it here, they're in it for the service, love of cars, engineering, also their reputation and repeat customers. They treat you right.

I have been bringing my car in for various problems over the last year. The manager and I have built a good friendship and has always been courteous. No upsells, tells me exactly what needs to be done, ensures it s done correctly, offered me plenty of advice on how to keep my car maintained. I know if I have a problem, they are just one call away and will always have an answer for me same day.

Was in need of a quick fix before a long drive home to get my splash guard removed after it got bumped and was hanging loose. The guys stayed open an extra 5 minutes just to help me out and were extremely knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

What a wonderful experience we had at Monroe. A few months back Ray took a look at our vehicle and helped us out a ton. He was so helpful and kind. The great thing is I felt like they actually cared about our experience there rather than making some cash. Ray is the reason I'm going back!
