Service was friendly. They went above and beyond. I did not end up getting the work from them. I ended up just getting the diagnosis because I was already going to see my regular mechanic. I just needed to know what part I needed so my regular mechanic could get a heads up. They did my inspection. They were very friendly and they even asked what my mechanic was going to charge me. It ended up being quite a bit less but I'm very loyal to my mechanic. I would be happy to see this mechanic if mine closed or I could not get through in time and I will recommend them.

Bob and Joe on phones and desk were a pleasure to work with. Crazy reasonable pricing compared to other shops. My father in law has been a J March customer for years so I went there and am SO glad I did. Great service, great pricing, friendly people. Thank you to the knowledgeable mechanics who did all the work I needed in record timing! So thankful to find a great shop so close to work and home! Highly recommended to me by local guys, they replaced leaking valve cover gaskets and did a front end alignment on my 78 Lincoln for a reasonable price. Glad I found them.

I have been coming here for about 11 years. Joe is honest and reliable. J March will not try to get over on ypu. Follow their service recommendations and you will be better for it in the long run! Best auto shop in Geneva NY by far!

One of my biggest dreads about relocating is finding new places to bring my regular business. Joe and the team at J March ended my search very quickly. Their work is top-notch, and pricing is more than fair. That includes their mechanical work as well as their detailing services. We have a large family with a 12 passenger van that sees a LOT of 'kid dirt'. When we picked up the van from a cleaning it was actually cleaner than when we had bought it at auction!!!Can't say enough good about them.

J March has been my mechanic since moving to the area. You may be able to find a cheaper mechanic, but you do get what you pay for in terms of professionalism and consistency. J March has never done work to my vehicle without giving an estimate and obtaining my consent. They have always completed the work in the time they predict. Quick, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Joe is very accommodating. I took a new woman customer that does not understand vehicles..he explained everything to her & was so kind. Work was done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend J March!!

I needed to be towed to J March for a dead battery. I had my dog with me and it was a very cold day. Joe, at J March gave me the name of a place that responded very quickly. J March found the problem and had the vehicle back to me before I could finish a cup of coffee. I like that they only charge you for what you need and not try to get you to purchase more services. My husband and I have been happy there for many years.

We were stuck in Geneva, stuck is overstating it, Geneva is a wonderful town. And our car was making an odd noise due to a bad compressor. They fixed my car the same day! I highly recommend this place for repairs!

I have been going here for years, for new tires, tire rotations, repairs. Yesterday, I had a flat tire, unexpectedly, and was stuck at home, with no spare, no towing service, no ride. Joe first came down to inspect and fill, if possible. When it was realized I'd need a total replacement, Joe freely offered to help transport my car to the shop and repair while I was at work. I got my vehicle back later the same day and was not charged any crazy, extra fees, which I partly anticipated. What a great business, and group of people, here!

It s a pleasure doing business with Kenny and the staff at J March. They ve fit me in when i was in a pinch, and they also make it easy to keep up on regular maintence. They re honest, dependable and very fair. J March is everything you could hope to find while searching for a great mechanic garage.

My mother took her van on 9/18/17 to J March. Don was the person who did the detailing. She was very impressed stating the vehicle looks brand new! She would highly recommend this business.

I have been going to JMarch since I started driving. I bought my first car from them! They've done all of our vehicle maintenance on all of our family vehicles. My Grandfather and my husbands Grandpa both were faithful customers of JMarch until they passed. They are not only reliable and knowledgeable but they are TRUSTWORTHY! I have never once had to worry about them overcharging or doing any unnecessary work. It is a good feeling to know that our vehicles are in good hands. And as a plus, if I ever have any "dumb" vehicle questions (HAHAHA) I know that I can call Joe and he will always take the time to give the advice needed! I'm scrapping my car today after paying this garage 1400 dollars to fix my car. The check engine light came back on for what they fixed a week later and I didn't dare take my car back there. I've never felt so ripped off in my life. Don't take your car here
