They never disappoint. I've had all of my collision repairs done by them. Recently a deer caused quite some damage and left my car undriveable. They had it repaired in under 2 weeks.

Brought mu car in with insurance estimate. They said it would be a couple of weeks before they could get it in but they would call me in a day or 2 after they looked over the estimate. Didn't hear anything for 2 weeks. Called them back. Took 3 calls before they called me back. Then I was told it would be over a month before they could get me in, that since I was I, they had a couple of tow ins come in. Read between the lines. Those that they towed in after I was in would be more money. Even though the insurance company said it was not recommended that I drive my car, that didn't matter and it didn't matter that I had been there before the others with a promise I would use them. Poor customer service as far as I'm concerned. Took it somewhere else and I got right in. Hate poor customer service from people who just don't care.

I was backed into in a parking lot a couple months ago. I called Geneva coach to schedule for them to complete the repairs and they were fantastic. They made sure things were quick and concise when checking my car over for what was needed before they ordered parts. Once they had parts, they made sure they were fully prepped before I brought the car to drop off for a couple days so they could squeeze me in amongst their already scheduled work. I will be taking my car back to have some front end things re-repaired from another body shop soon!

Great customer service staff was very friendly , and did perfect job on my 2021 GMC Truck. I will definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you Geneva Coach for taken care of my vehicle.

Hit a deer Nov 10th, our insurance company recommended Geneva Coach, and I'm happy to have taken their recommendation. Geneva Coach had my Jeep fixed up and back to me by Nov 27th, a week earlier than scheduled. High quality work. Have been driving again for a few weeks now and no issues. Friendly and professional staff. Thank you sooo much Geneva Coach!!

Rolled in from out of town with car troubles and looked up repair shops near me. I am glad I went to them. They were extremely accommodating in helping me out and resolving my problems quickly. Very nice people and the mechanic educated me on my car as he worked through resolving my troubles. Thanks from Indiana!

My husband and his family have purchased their cars from here for years. I even ended up purchasing a car for my husband from here because I was so impressed by them. When there was a minor issue with the car after we bought it they took care of it, even taking it to a dealer to be repaired on their dime. Very honest people, quality cars, and fair prices.

Geneva coach was fantastic to work with. We drove from NH to buy a work van and the service was exceptional. Upon leaving Geneva the sales person noted that there was only one key for the van. A week later they mailed me 3 additional keys that they found. They absolutely went above and beyond.

Everyone at Geneva Coach made this the most pleasurable and possibly the easiest buying experience we have ever had. Sully was professional and approachable from the moment we arrived. The small business feel of the lot and office was warm and inviting. Brian was extremely helpful and available for all of our questions. We will certainly check out Geneva Coach the next time we are looking for a vehicle!
