Bought 4 new tires. They all leaked from day one. No big deal, right. Wrong, you can make an appointment to get new tires, even as a first time buyer. However, you can't make an appointment to get your faulty tires fixed. Waited over an hour, then was told maybe another 20 minute wait until my car was even brought in.The lesson here is, being a return customer is not a good thing. DONT BUY TIRES AT WALMART!!!.THEY DONT TAKE CARE OF REPEAT CUSTOMERS.

Went to get a battery put in as I just didn't want to deal with it. The guy showed me the different batteries that it could take as weren't sure until they pulled the old one which model was needed. (Have the same issue with tire size, many different opt). They ranged 159-179. Of course they put the 179 priced one in without consulting me first. Turned everything off inside my car. Waited almost 1.5hrs for them to pull in for 5 mins. Not to mention when fedex messed up and delivered my tires to them and not my shop they signed for them and were going to put them on their shelves to sell. Won't ever let those wanna be grease monkeys touch my car with a 10ft pole.

Cheap prices, rude front counter person. Seemed to annoy the worker when I asked to buy tires. Overall great product and good job, just need better workplace attitude.

The Worst Auto Shop I've ever visited. These guys have no idea what they're doing. They couldn't differentiate a Toyota from a Mitsubishi. They make up rules, and follow guidelines that are only in their favor. They even admitted to another customer to have their staff trained better. It was a total waste of my time trying to get new tires here.It's because of the Walmart name this location is still in business.I'd never go there again, nor recommend anyone to even think doing so.

Terrible service.Went in for 2 new tires for the front,so they put the new tires on the back,installed my worn out tires on the front and discarded my two good tires.... unbelievable ! Would never go back .

We had excellent service from the manager, Dakota. Even when the staff made a mistake, they made it right. I am glad the department is in good hands. The staff were all very friendly and helpful today even when very busy.

Set up an appointment and they told me that they couldn t take me because they were already behind and two guys still needed to go on break!? What?! Why did you take the appointment then!!! Awful experience! Geneseo Auto Center!

3.5 hours waiting for nothing to be done. They stated they could not get 2 lug nuts off, the mechanic I took it to barely put his impact wrench on and ever lug came loose. The worker just didn't want to do the service because he wanted a break.Geneseo, NY. Highly do not recommend. Previously they left my daughter's oil cap off after her oil change, blowing the engine in her brand new vehicle, Walmart paid in the long run, They have cameras and could clearly see their mechanics error.Service: Tires

I was quoted $1100 for four tires for my Honda Odyssey at Monro Muffler. I paid less than $470 at this Walmart Auto Center. They got me right in and had my van done in less than 30 minutes. Very respectful and courteous. They even charged me less than they quoted me because they discovered my valve stems didn't need replacing. (I would have had no idea.)I'm very impressed with the service I received. I have had nothing but good experiences at the Geneseo Walmart. Tried to go there twice to get stuff done to my vehicle. Both times was told they can t serve me, too much backup. Keep in mind I was just asking for an oil change. I looked in the garage and everyone was just standing around. Fat lady at the counter was very rude.

Last Saturday I came in around 2:45 pm to get my snow tires swapped out and there was a sign that said the store would be closing at 4pm that day (no reason was given as to why). I waited at the counter for a solid 3 minutes before the man behind the counter looked up to acknowledge me. He then rather unapologetically informed me that they were closing early and that they wouldn't be able to fit me in. I wouldn't have minded so much if the man had greeted me when I walked in and at least pretended to care about the inconvenience -- or if the store would allow customers to make appointments.

Absolutely best customer service in my opinion. Never disappointed when I go to the geneseo location for my automotive needs. These guys are so professional. They pay attention to detail and are time efficient. Friendly but careful not to keep you waiting in line while they small talk. I will absolutely go to geneseo Walmart for all my automotive needs, worth the drive just to get it done right.

If it wasn't for the nice old guy named John, I wouldn't have even gave them my business..the other two guys were a**holes. They also said I couldn't mix my winter tires with the ones I was buying. Called my Ford dealership who said they just wanted my money..so know their putting the two tires on instead of Wal Mart getting my money.. employee john treated me exceptional and I very much appreciate his kindness.

It is impossible to get an oil change there this time of year! They are so driven on tire sales and installs that they literally have ZERO time to perform a oil change. I was there yesterday in the a.m. and was told no chance of a oil change come back tomorrow we open at 8. I arrived at 8:15 am and the service associate told me it was going to be a LONG time before i could get it done. Don't call yourself an "Express Lube" if you can't hold up to the name! I use to go there because it was convienant but the last 2-3 oil changes have been anything but convienant! I'm done going there and you should reconsider as well!

This is truly the worst place to get any work done on your vehicle if you care about it. I've had three horrible experiences here. They can't tell the difference between undercoating and engine oil. I've gone there multiple times to have them tell me my engine is spewing oil when it was just the undercoating. The second time I waited for almost two hours after being told the wait was about an hour before leaving without any service. The third and final time I went for an oil change, waited over an hour only to be called and told that they did not have the proper tools to do the job..... After taking it to a real garage to get the oil changed, they told me the last place to change my oil NEVER PUT THE OIL CAP BACK ON. I will NEVER be going back here again.

Loved working with the "Walmart Certified Technicians". They were very professional. The place was very busy and the "Service Manager" (who's photo was up on the board) was at the desk doing his own thing for about 5 minutes. He was the only one at the desk while other employees went out to check on vehicles. The "Service Manager" didn't make eye contact or talk to us. He then walked out and left. The gentlemen behind me said, "He shouldn't be the Service Manager." It was crazy how he just ignored the fact that we were standing there.

Do not go to Walmart Auto. They have regular cashiers taking automotive questions, that I could give better answers to. I was told three different things by three different people and they baisicly told me that it didn't matter what was said toe yesterday!! What kind of service is that? All I needed was a tire change. Three different prices. Go somewhere else!!

Today I went in for an oil change and I asked for 10-40 oil because that is what is already in my car. The workers looked confused and asked me why I wanted that, I said because that s what s already in it and what my dad wants in it. The entire time I was talking with Jason, he was talking down to me because I m a girl. I asked him about a light that is out as well, and he mocked me because I didn t know what kind of light it was. I ended up going to Monro Auto instead, and I am SO GLAD that I did. They were so kind and helped me right away. I will NEVER come back to Walmart for auto services again.

I had a tire blow out on me (Goodyear Viva 2) - still good tread, properly inflated.That aside, I brought it back to walmart on the now severely damaged rim. All I was looking for was them to dispose of the tire/rim - clearly it was all junk at that point. The guys at the auto counter outright refused to dispose of it, on the grounds that I bought the tire at a different walmart location. I could understand not warrantying it possibly, but refusing to dispose of their own crap (which due to the blowout at an inopportune time caused almost $1,000 of damage to my car) is ridiculous.I will not be back to support such a company, and would discourage you from supporting them as well.

Waited way too long in line for help to get my vehicle back after the tires were put on and was told it would be cheaper than it actually was. But they did get me in sooner than any other shop could.

The staff was really unable to adhere to their own timeline. Within our two hour wait we were told 3 different time estimates the first being 30 minutes.

They never answer there phones. An employee that works there told me no one likes to come to work and they can't keep people. Walmart needs to step up it's game. Walmart should be embarrassed for not fixing the problem

Been waiting to have 2 tires put on the back and put the back tires on the front . They can't get the back ones off. Have to put the new ones up front instead of rotating them. 2.5 hours later, still waiting.. was third in line . Place a fricking joke .. taking my business elsewhere
