Highest recommendations for this reputable, friendly, hometown shop. They provided excellent customer service before, during, and after the work. My daughter had a car issue days before leaving for ten days on vacation. The staff called and explained what needed to be done in plain language and gave us a very fair price. I was able to pay via text from out of state and pick the car up when it was done. I was kept appraised of everything along the way. They reached out after the fact to be sure we were satisfied. If you need car repairs in the Geneseo area, this is the place to go.

Fantastic service. After a 360 mile drive from Long Island to Geneseo, I noticed a grinding noise coming from the rear tire of my automobile. I pulled into Scorsone s Service Center 3 hours before closing on a Friday afternoon and explained to Debbie that I needed to return to Long Island later that evening. I was hoping they could diagnose the problem and let me know if it was safe to continue my trip. They pulled my car in to the service bay, installed a new set of rotors and brakes and had me on my way in a little over an hour. They turned an untimely break down into a seamless repair. At a time when it s hard to find great customer service Scorsone s went above and beyond. You guys are awesome. Thank you.

What a fantastic group of human beings. Everyone is so kind, they smile, they seem to enjoy what they do, and they don't over charge. They're extremely fair and willing to work with you. Have questions? They answer them without making you feel stupid. You're great! As long as I live in there area they will be my go to. I encourage you to bring your business to these folks. I meant what I said! I love you guys!

My son needed break pads, rotors, and calipers. Scorsone's was half the price of another repair shop. Everything was fixed well, and customer service was great.

I'm working with Scorsone's right now on having my engine replaced in my 2013 Dodge Avenger. These guys are great. I've taken my car to them five or six times over the past two years now. Mike, the owner, is highly knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He promptly responds personally to phone calls and takes the time to explain everything fully and makes suggestions that benefit the car's owner without trying to upsell and is flexible with different possible solutions to your issue. His hourly rates are the cheapest in the area. His shop and property are clean, well kept and modern. His technicians are highly professional and very good at what they do. Their uniforms are clean and neat. The parking lot is always full of cars that people trust these guys to work on, and they turn around the work quickly. Debbie, in the office, is very professional, friendly and helpful. I've been in a bind a couple of times now and they've gone above and beyond to help me out and get me back on the road. My step daughter goes to Geneseo and her check engine light had come on. I googled mechanics and based on the reviews I chose Scorsone's and I am so glad I did. It was right after Labor Day so they said it may not be til Monday and said drop it off though early if she can and maybe they can squeeze her in. She dropped it off Wednesday evening and by Thursday I had been in contact with Brian and Mike and they found a couple problems, kept me updated and by Thursday afternoon they had it all set at a very reasonable price! I wish they lived in my town because they would be my mechanics! Thank you for taking care of her and her car!

My family has used Scorsone's for years, but I moved out of that area. My son goes to college in the area and has had a couple of issue with his car. Mike (and Debbie doing the scheduling) have been outstanding in both instances and saved us BIG TIME! The work was excellent and has helped keep my son's car on the road and driving smoothly.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I called Scorsone s Monday afternoon having just had a horrible experience at another shop and explained that I needed my rear driver side wheel bearing/hub assembly replaced. I advised them that I already had the vehicle diagnosed and also already purchased the part. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very polite and got me in just two days later. This morning I dropped off the vehicle and less than 4 hours later they called and it was ready to be picked up! The car is riding just as smooth and quiet as the day I bought it. The entire process was great. The customer service, the speed and quality of service, and a great price as well! We will definitely be bringing our vehicles here from now on! We have been with Scorsone's for years and have never had a bad experience. They have always been fair and honest with us, and have been great about getting us in quickly when we do things like let our inspection expire (oops!). I feel that we can trust them completely when they advise us what repairs really need to be done right away, and what can safely wait. They also always take the time to explain repairs and answer any questions we have. I would, and do, recommend them to anyone who needs a good, reliable repair service.

I finally decided to try choosing a local mechanic after moving to town two years ago! So far I'm impressed with this place. The mechanic who looked at my car gave me an honest assessment and recommendation on which repairs he'd do personally. He was not pushy at all. I also noticed they have a few customer testimonials posted in the reception area, which give favorable reviews and helped me feel more comfortable with my choice. They have Saturday hours twice a month, which is so helpful for someone who doesn't have a backup vehicle or a schedule that allows for repairs on weekdays.

We've had our cars services by Scorsone's for years and continued to be very satisfied with the quality of the service. I particularly appreciate Mike's knowledge of the new technology in our newer cars. He also works with us to figure out when we're better off going to our dealer for service (which is not often). I trust the diagnostic and quality of the service Scorsone's provides us.

We have used Scorsone's for years and have always been happy with the service. They can get you in within a day or two when trying to make an appointment. They are honest and have fair prices. The mechanics know their stuff and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend them.

I was in the area on work and needed a shop to take a look at my work vehicle. Debbie(front desk) was very pleasant to converse with and treated my issue with care and attention. I felt like a regular yet it was my first time there. Mike(owner and mechanic) got my vehicle in promptly and got me back on the road. He was very communicative on what was wrong with the vehicle and my options to repair. The reception area was clean and comfortable. The shop was very clean and looked high end and well organized. You can tell these guys take pride in what they do. Id recommend them to anyone in the area!

I have been bringing my vehicle to Scorsone's for about 1-1/2 years now. The facility is always clean, and the staff always friendly and down to earth. My first contact with them was two Christmases ago. My heat wasn't working and I didn't know why. Mike diagnosed corrosion along bottom of radiator core where I never would have seen it, as I have some disabilities. He recommended replacing radiator, but said it would probably hold a while longer if I needed to think about it. I decided to have it replaced and he quoted a price that was $250 less expensive than places in Rochester. He did a great job and I've had no issues with it since! Have also had NYS inspections done there. They take vehicle in right on schedule and have it back to me ASAP. Best place I've taken a vehicle in 25 years!

Their attention to detail is amazing. They take the time to explain any issues and make it a more comfortable experience. The office staff is great to work with and makes you feel at home. Overall great experience and a pleasure to have an honest local shop to go to.

**Highly recommended .After a 6 hour drive, I noticed the front passenger floor carpet was very wet. I narrowed it down to probably a clogged a/c drainage hose. I didn't want to get dirty uncloging it. This mechanic was recommended on Facebook so I gave them a try. After a 5 minute conversation, my car was on the lift, clog was cleared and water draining on the floor. I was there only 10 minutes. When I asked how much, he said no charge. Gladly he accepted my offer to buy him lunch. Great place because they fixed my problem quickly. Thank you. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We were on our way from New York City to Toronto when we heard a wobbling noise coming from the rear. We searched for mechanic shops in the area we were driving and chose Scorsone's because of the good reviews. Debbie, the service adviser, was very helpful and accommodated us in this stressful situation. The service we received was excellent, honest and efficient. Within two hours we were back on the road. Exceptional service! While traveling with the family, our vehicle needed immediate repair. They fit us in, and had us back on a the road in excellent time. There was hot chocolate and tea, which was much appreciated on an icy cold day. Quite a blessing! Thanks to Mike and team for high quality repair service at a reasonable price.

Excellent work. Have always done what I've asked, no more and no less. Honest when they tell me I could fix it without them. The mechanics have always sat down and talked with me to explain what was wrong and how they were going to fix it if I couldn't. Highly recommended. Very friendly people who do quick and efficient work. I have tried multiple service centers in Geneseo (M&R, Greased Lightning) but Scorsone's has been the best.

I had an engine cylinder misfire. The staff was phenomenal! Called in to see if they could help, they took my car in right away. The mechanic got back to me within 2 hours or so and explained step by step the process of how he diagnosed the mechanical issue, and outlined exact parts / cost ect. Price was very reasonable, and they will pick you up and take you back anywhere within the Village of Geneseo! The replacement cylinder was in stock, and they were able to repair my car by the time I was done with work. I will take my car no other place except Scorsone s from now on!

More than excellent automotive service! This place not only provides excellent service, they go out of their way to be responsible and also kind. And they are always able to accommodate your needs whether automotive or personal. Our family went through a very trying time recently, and the people at Scorsones gave us excellent service in terms of the repairs on our vehicles (yes, plural!), and were also understanding about various timing pressures we faced at the time. Thanks Scorsones for helping us get through a tough time when everything was going wrong, not just automotive! I trust this place to not only repair my vehicles, but also to be ethical and even go above and beyond.

Happy to find a fair, up front shop. Mike is knowledgeable and experienced. He called and explained my options, gave me his expert opinion and what the costs would be for each one. Service was fast, same day for me. If you need a car guy this is the place.

This is definitely the place to go if you are in the area. Everyone who works there is super nice and honest. They have a very good hourly rate if you need work done and if you're a student they give a very generous 10% off. Only needed an inspection but was wonderfully pleased with service and will return. There are only 4 seats for waiting area so keep that in mind if you dont plan to be picked up. If you're deciding between here and Monroe dont even think about it this is the place to be.

I was driving home to Long Island from geneseo and my car sounded weird. Turns out my muffler broke off. Stopped by and within 20 minutes they fixed it and sent me on my way. Extremely professional and incredibly fast. I Would recommend going here for all your car related troubles.

I came back to Geneseo in 1988 and was told to have repairs done at Scorsone's. I have never been disappointed. Its a family business whereby the team is not related to each other and yet they are. They know each customer. They serve you. The staff is the same yesterday, today and the future. Continued Blessings on their success.
