Kenny is an absolute gem. Maison was very professional. Christopher did great work. I was back on the road in no time - same day service to order parts and install. So grateful. Recommended to all my friends. These guys care and go above and beyond!

Overall great experience. Kenny ordered me a set of tires on Friday, and they came in earlier than expected. They got me in the same day and had them installed with an alignment in about an hour and a half. It was also cheaper than they quoted!

Came in for an inspection and one of my calipers was no good and seized. The amazing staff took the time to call around to get their hands on a new caliper and got one in and installed within a few hours. Super friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend this Mavis to others!

This Mavis is awesome. Super fast and friendly and accommodating and helpful in making things work out. My family always goes here no matter what work we need done. And the pricing is excellent. 10/10 recommend!

Got my breaks and tires done here. Ken is great he worked with me on pricing and getting these things done quickly. Shop employees worked fast and got it done quickly and correctly. All around a good experience

I bring my car here all the time and I ve always had great service! My car is getting old and definitely has its fair share of problems, but I can count on the guys here to get them sorted out. My regular oil changes are quick and efficient and I m never waiting too long.

Saying good service would be an understatement! The staff went above and beyond to help me find what I needed in my price range so I could get back on the road safely and quickly professional and courteous Jeff and all the staff that I dealt with had the knowledge to advise me and the patience to explain everything to me as well. Thank you very much for the help and service i will be a customer for life!

Went in for new tires and alignment and left with unbalanced tires and could barely keep between the lines. Called and had to make an appointment to bring it back and they weren't flexible at all with the time slot, forced me to leave work. The manager admits the work was done Incorrectly and offered nothing for my time except sorry we messed up. The alignment should have been free when they botched the whole job.

SUNY Geneseo students- this is THE place to go to with car troubles. I typically HATE going to get work done on my car because I do not know anything about cars and am scared of having to pay more money because of that and my age. At Mavis, they are not only so understanding of my lack of car knowledge, they also do not take advantage of my wallet because of it!!! I have talked to countless Geneseo students and we all agree that Mavis is very Geneseo student / People-who-know-nothing-about-cars friendly!

Ken and Chris helped me out in a pinch. Litterally came in with smoke rolling out of the back of my dually ford transit and zero brake pedal. My van was in the shop and on a lift 20 minutes later. New caliper, pads and rotors. Needed an oil change too and they added that in as well. They had it kicked out quickly. Cant say enough great things about this Mavis and the guys running the show there!

Excellent service. Quoted me for 4 tires that they had in stock. One tire was mislabeled from the manufacturer, and they did not have an extra. They upgraded all 4 tires to a better tire for no additional cost. Quick and easy. Will always go here for tires.

I went to this place with $700.50 it was all I had to see if they could get me any Tires for my car. The guy with the name tag Ken was very rude and said he could not help me for that price I told him it was all I had and he did not even try to get me any help at all the young lady that was there said let me see if I can help you find something in this price range I did not get her name but I said ok ty she looked and was able to find me a deal that would work with out going over my budget but Ken told her we can't do that so I had to go somewhere else and because of him and how rude he is they lost my sale and I will never go back he is one rude guy to talk to people like that

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and don't try to sell you something that you don't need. Also, great tire discounts that weren't available at Walmart or any other place I called. 100% recommend.

I will never use this mavis again! I got two new tires from them with a mileage warranty of 40,00-50,000 miles i got only 22,000 miles out them, and I rotate my tires every other oil change and had an alignment done in August of this year on my vehicle, I offered to drop off the old tires for them to inspect but they wanted the whole vehicle to check alignment again :. I m not wasting my time after their tires didn t even last the warranted mileage and I just wanted a partial refund since it didn t even reach bare minimum warranty they refused because they wanted to do another alignment. Never never use them again

Went in for inspection - said my back brakes were not wearing enough and suggested I needed new rotors - even though rotors had only a little surface rust and but much wear at all - so I left without an inpeftion sticker because I had a feeling - took it up to the city - absolutely nothing wrong - had no clue why that would not pass it - pain in the butt but when you know you know

Outstanding, needed help with a 20x8-8 tractor tire. Setting the bead. Everything i tried. Was failure. Lucky for Kenny and josh got it in 5 tries!!! Finally i can mow again.
