I never used Rockland County Car Service so I decided to give them a try. Richard was my driver. He arrived 15 minutes early. The car was beautiful; very clean with water and snacks provided. I was very pleased and will use them again and would recommend them. Richard was very professional and a great driver. Thank you Richard!!

Everything about our experience with this company was above and beyond excellent. We booked a car to take us to the airport and to pick us up on our return. Our chauffeur Richard was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, professional, courteous and took such good care of my elderly mother. He knew when we had landed and sent a text to assure me he was there and waiting for us. This was the best and most stress free airport pickup I have ever had. Thank you Richard and RCCS - you have a new devoted customer.

This car service company is great to work with. Super responsive on text, responsive and professional driver who clearly displayed his vaccination card and wore mask. Clean car with water and snacks. Will definitely use again. Richard our driver was awesome and Kevin who we coordinated with was super responsive and sent booster seats for my kids. All around great service.

Wonderful experience using this car service! They were on time, clean cars, friendly drivers, and good drivers! My ship was arriving 4 hours earlier and emailed them the changes the day before and they adjusted the pick up time with no problem. Highly recommend.

Our driver Richard was phenomenal and extremely professional. He texted his contact info and a picture of the vehicle before I even landed at the airport and remained in contact to arrange a meeting place. Great communication. Nice clean vehicle and an smooth, easy ride home to Rockland.

I used this service for a trip to and from the airport recently. The drivers were very professional, had well kept vehicles and arrived promptly. They confirmed 24 hours in advance and even texted the evening before to ensure we were able to get in touch when we landed from our flight. I would highly recommend their service.

From the booking process to my ride to the airport the experience was very good. I liked that it was super fast and easy to book and payment was taken care of before the ride. The driver Richard was professional and friendly and he drove very safely.

This was my first solo trip and I was concerned about using a car service unfamiliar to me out of state. One phone call to the office gave me a comfort level that I was in good hands. Thank you, Maria. Now, Richard is there and waiting and delivers me to my destination. He was professional, courteous and concerned about how comfortable I was. Called them for the first time to take my finance to Newark Airport from Chestnut Ridge.The driver was prompt, polite, and very professional - neat and personable, as well.Price included tip and tolls - no hassles at all (the driver even reminder her that there were no extra charges or tips required).The woman who I had spoken with that made the reservation was great as well, and very helpful.I highly recommend using them, as I will again and again.Thank you, Rockland County Car Service!!!! I called Rockland County Car Service at midnight the morning of a cancelled flight that altered my ground transportation plans. By 8:30am they arrived with a car big enough for my family of five, and let me keep our toddler's car seat with them for the week. They met us on time and stayed in touch with us when we landed at the end of our trip. The best!

I have used this car service three times in the past few weeks and I very highly recommend. Richard is really great, very reliable and extremely professional. I always appreciate the luggage assistance, and it s great to have the opportunity to charge a phone - with water and snacks available too! Really awesome car service experience overall, and will definitely continue to use again for future car reservations!

I use this car service every time I travel for work (which is quite a few times per year) and I have absolutely no issues. My driver Richard is always on time, very professional and courteous (has a charger handy, water bottles and snacks); has always been a pleasure. I have and will continue to recommend!!!

Our wonderful driver Richard picked us up at the Bayonne NJ cruise port yesterday. In the past we had to wait for 30 minutes in freezing weather for our driver to pick us up. When we got out of the cruise terminal yesterday Richard was already there waiting for us. His driving was as good as it gets. He was a pleasure to talk with and we look forward to having him pick us again on our next trip.

This car service is absolutely amazing! They took my family to the Cruise Port in Manhattan and were so timely and Jeffrey very understanding when disembarking took a longer than expected time. Richard even called me to check to see how our vacation went and if we arrived okay!5 stars all the way!!!

HIGHLY recommend! Booked very last minute (10pm for a 6:30am pick up), process was quick and easy, and I received my confirmation email immediately. Shout out to Jeffrey he showed up 15 minutes early ready to go and got me to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Car was in great shape, very comfy, and I was provided a nice little water bottle. Thank you, I will certainly book again.

This was my first time using this car service. I was really impressed! Richard was right on time for my transport to and from the airport. He was friendly, courteous and the drive was ultra smooth. I would definitely recommend this car service and will be using it again.

It was our first time with Rockland County Car Service and I was having doubts whether to book a round trip airport service to and from JFK.My husband and I were glad we did and Richard was the driver who picked us up and he was punctual. He offered us bottled water and snacks and made us welcomed back to NY, a very courteous and professional man.We will count on Rockland County Car Service for all our future travel transportations for this reliable service they have proven to make us trust their business.Thank you!

Fantastic service from start to finish! Booked transfer from stewart international airport to white plains. I emailed on several occasions to ensure the booking confirmed (nervous mum of 4) - each time I emailed I got a prompt response. Driver collected us from inside the terminal and took us to our destination. Nice clean cars and friendly staff. On arrival I booked our return journey back to the airport and again this was flawless! Thanks again - keep doing what you are doing and we will be booking again in the near future :)

Excellent service, Richard my driver was already waiting at the airport eventhough the flight arrived early. They check the flight info to make sure they are there waiting. I was offered water and a snack. Great communication. Highly recommend.

We booked a car home from JFK airport and our driver, Richard, was prompt and courteous. The car was very clean and stocked with water and snacks. I would highly recommend Rockland Car service as well as our driver and will definitely use them again.

I needed transportation for my son to come home from the airport when his flight was delayed. My son did not have a working cell phone with him and was expecting his father to pick him up outside the terminal. Rockland County Car Service came to my rescue!! They were able to provide a car to pick him up at the last minute. The driver, Richard, took a picture of my son with him and located him! From booking the trip until my son arrived home safely was made so easy for us. I would recommend them highly and will use them again!
