Brian was finishing work on another RV at the end of the day when I walked past and asked him how to fix a water heater. He not only diagnosed my issue, he provided me with a RV water heater coupler and explained the replacement process. It worked! The hot shower felt great! Thanks Brian!

We had an issue with our on demand water heater, we called Brian s RV service he knew exactly what the problem was. He fit me into his busy schedule and drove 2 hours to come to our campsite. Brian brought the almost impossible to find part and had it fixed in an hour! He is a super nice guy, very motivated to do the best job possible and took care of all the warranty claims. I would highly recommend his services and will only use his company from now on! Thanks again! Bob Graf

Brian offered some troubleshooting advice over the phone. While using his advice I found the problem with my inverter. It was a simple fix. He was willing to drive an hour to help me diagnose and fix the problem late in the day. Saved me lots of money and headache. Thanks Brian.

I can't say enough positive about Brian and his Wife they are awesome business owners. My AC in my family travel trailer stopped working and they went out of the way to assess the problem same day I called. Scheduled me for a new install within the week but then with a cancelation they called me and had me up and running with a new AC same day. It wasn't just the speed it was the honest and professional way they worked that made me write this review. I hope if anyone needs RV work in the area they see this and call.

Great Service!Brian was super great.We had a awning problem in camping Lake George NY, 1 of the arm broke we dont know why.Brain came around 20h30 a sunday night, change the arm, lucky he had one like mine at the shop. We were leaving the next morning with a big stress off our shoulders. not cheap but very efficent, Thanks again Brian!

We are in a state park and our refrigerator stopped working on gas the 3rd day of a 14 day stay. We called Brian and he fit us in the same day and saved our trip. He s coming back while we are still here with parts he needs to order. We cannot thank him enough or recommend him highly enough. Thank you Brian. Wayne and Barb

Brian and Robin make a great team. I first talked with Brian last fall regarding my leveling jacks. He wasn t able to come to me but did some assessing over the phone that was helpful. As a result, I called him this spring. He recently completed extensive work on my 2021 motorhome slide that I took to him. He kept me posted on the status of the slide which turned out to be much more involved than anticipated. Needless to say not happy that the slide malfunctioned on a quite new mh but in conversations before and during his work, I am confident that he is knowledgeable about how the slide should work. Robin followed up making sure any dirt that came in during the process was cleaned up, (think she ended up cleaning some of ours ). They were both great to work with and will call again if needed. A big thanks to them!

Slide out cables came apart, he fixed it tightened the cables made sure everything worked the way it was supposed to perfect!!! Then my water heater broke he came back and fixed, replaced that also , Brian is the best RV repair man around, would recommend him to anyone anytime, my camper was far away from him and he arrived on time fixed everything, I would never hesitate to call him if I had another problem!!Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

I called Brian as a referral. My fridge stopped. He is quite a distance from me but he knows there's no one in my area to help me. We talked a few times about what happened n we tried to troubleshoot over the phone. He asked me to send pictures, n we talked again. He did come to us after a couple days to look at it on a nite I didn't expect but he was 1n half hr. away n if he didn't come then it could go into next wk, so here he comes. When he gets here, he looks at fridge, asked his assistant to get something from his van. In 15 minutes my fridge was working. He had a power panel that I needed in his van. He told me that during down season he orders things that he figures his customers will need. Why don't more mobile rv techs do this. Brian is amazing with his knowledge n explaining what's wrong. I had to call him again n he offered help n would have come to me but that wasn't necessary. He is willing to help. I do recommend Brian to any n all who need repairs n want someone you can trust. We could not retract our slideout on our RV. We called Brian on the 4th of July. He told us he could take care of our problem and immediately came out and took care of it. I would recommend him to anyone. If I lived in his area, he would be my go to man.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I found Brian's Service searching for a Certified Norcold refrigerator technician for my RV. My fridge had not worked properly from the start when I purchased my Class B 6 months prior, but with COVID, I was told by the dealer in San Diego that nothing could be done with the shutddown. After moving to New York in June, I reached out to Brian and he was able to get a warranty replacement going with Norcold less than 24 hours after dropping the fridge off. I expected manufacturing delays from Norcold, but Brian was persistent in checking in with them and keeping me up to date. Last week the replacement came in and Brian installed it for me, without issue. Compared to all of the "big shops" that I have brought my RV to, the results with Brian were much more reliable, fast and personable. He will be my first call for repairs from here on out!

Brian came out to our site and fixed our "new to us" fifth wheel's waste valve issues...issues that we inherited, unbeknownst to us until we were on a seasonal site. He was prompt, courteous and accommodating to our circumstance and we appreciate his knowledge and ability. Highly recommend & have told everyone around us about him, should they ever need a fix.

I called about their mobile service. I ending driving out to the shop to pick up the parts I needed. This should be your go to place for all your RV needs. The drive there was not disappointing with lots to see along the way.

Brian did a travel trailer repair for us on short notice when we were on a cross country trip. He showed up right at our campground and did a quality repair in a few hours. His work really saved our vacation.

Brain was fantastic. 4th of July weekend I was camping at Cooperstown KOA. When I got to the site I realize that our hot water heater wasn't working. I tried to get a hold of the dealership that we had bought the unit from but got no response because it was a holiday. One of the workers at the site gave me his name and number. He was able to get us the part we needed and come out to help us. Thanks Brain you made our weekend a little more relaxing.
