Very friendly and convenient. I actually paid less than he originally quoted me because he got the job done so quickly. I live right down the street so him and his wife actually dropped the car off to me when it was done so I didn't have to walk. I would highly recommend Phil and plan on going to him for any future car repairs I might have.Services: Tire rotations, Brakes
