All staff was great very friendly and knowledgeable the folks in the office were great. Can't remember there names than when car as finished they got the tech Mike and he told me what he had done in detail and spent a good amount of time on the phone walking me through his diagnostic and the repair.

Fulton is a small town where people go to the same mechanic for years because generations of family used them.Times change, garages change hands and mechanics can lose your trust. Detor Automotive is a rarity. Professional non-grumpy mechanics and reception. They go above and beyond. I had an inspection on an older car, a money maker for mechanics. Detor didn t pressure or scare me to upsell or push services. Amazing communication, real time status updates online with explanations and photos. I work on my own vehicles and don t like to go anywhere for repairs. Sometimes I have to. Detor Automotive - people. Change your mechanic.

It was my first time at Detor, and every aspect of the transaction was handled with grace, courtesy, and care for my understanding of what needed to be done. I had not had my car serviced in almost a year, so the inspection cost was larger than I would have hoped, but the ride I experienced this morning on the way home was worth it.

I can not say enough wonderful things about my experience with Detor Automotive. Kyle was so sweet and professional and she squeezed me in for an inspection the same day I called, even though I had scheduled and had to cancel before. My 2007 Nissan Versa has 300K miles. I had been told by another franchise automotive place that it had too many things wrong with it and it would cost thousands to fix. The car has always run well, but it does have 300k on it. When Detor called me a few hours later and said I was all set and I owed 3197, I thought they meant $3,197.00. I had to call them back and ask "when you said 3197 did you mean $3,197 or $31 and 97 cents? He laughed and said $31.97. I actually cried. It was like a pressure valve released. Life has been very hard lately, and they have no idea how much their simple act of kindness truly blessed my heart today. I really needed something to go right, and had prayed for the car to pass and be something I could afford. They could have fabricated unnecessary repairs, told me to come back in 2 weeks, or said they were too busy. Instead they were honest and kind and professional. If you need your car repaired and want an honest professional, go to Detor Automotive. You won't be disappointed. I pray God blesses them in a very big way.

Every interaction I have with Detor Automotive is very positive! Mike and the staff are professional, friendly, they keep the work flowing and they keep me informed of the cost of any repairs before they do them. No surprises when they complete the service! I just had my wife s car inspected. They did it very quickly, communicated clearly with me, and worked with me to do exactly what I wanted them to do. We continue to deal with them because they are professional and reasonable.

Detor Automotive never misses, they are always putting you and your needs first before anything else and they really look out for you and your vehicle's maintenance. They are honest, straight forward, and very reasonable when it comes to pricing. I've been going to them for almost a year now and I haven't any complaints whatsoever. I highly recommend anyone to go here! Even if you have to drive thirty minutes to an hour, it's worth it.

Great service and top notch communication about my vehicles service. These folks were very friendly and straight to the point. They were not pushy in any way and went out of their way to explain what they were doing and what they did on my vehicle. As always, Detor goes above and beyond! Dropped off Jeep for oil change and they did a courtesy inspection! Kept me up to date on the progress! Didn t try to sell me on anything I didn t need like the the quick lube places try! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I missed my appointment, and they still squeezed me in the afternoon. They chit-chat with you while you wait. There is no pressure for sales after your free visual inspection. I bring both our cars here.Update: 10/13/23 - Yeah, DON'T bring your car here. It was $150.00 for just an oil change and one headlight. What garage doesn't top off your fluids for free when you get an oil change?

Looking around for the best price for a serpentine belt, requested a quote they gave me the best quote. They also said how long the job was going to take and the lady that is in charge of scheduling was really nice and very professional.I walked in to drop my vehicle off.I got good vibes from the place. I also said that I knew I needed other things done with my vehicle but that s all I want done that day, and they honored my wishes,they quoted me a price, and that s what I paid no surprises no additional charges.Service: Auto maintenance

Recently had my 22 Silverado Rst Redline in for a leveling kit, alignment and exhaust work. Work was done in a timely manor and the staff was very friendly professional. They also happen to be a Rough country dealer which was already my choice for the parts I wanted. Mike and his staff can take care of you for most any car or truck repairs. Highly recommended. Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto exhaust system replacement, Wheel alignment

I would recommend this shop to everyone. They are an awesome group of people. They went way above and beyond to accommodate me for my appt that was basically a routine visit but turned out to be much more. Moved their schedule around to really accomodate me and help me out at a very stressfultimein my life. They also text/email detailed updates including photos.
