Absolutely terrible customer service. We went there Fri evening 2/2. We told the young manager working that we needed a front left driver side calliper. In the course of the conversation we reiterated 3 times what one was needed. He said yup got it. He then proceeded to tell us we had to buy clips because it doesn't come with them. So now clips are $10. We got it home and putting it on and there's clips in the box..bought clips for no reason. The calliper He sold us was a Right side one that is for passenger side. It won't fit obviously. So, have to disconnect what we did. We drive back to the store and tell the guy it's the wrong calliper he sold us. He proceeds to argue with us that yeah in our system the right front passenger side is correct. I said no we told you front driver side which is left. Do you people not know their left and right? I told him we told you 3x. I asked to be compensated like a small discount back or something for his screw up plus having to drive back. He refused and I told him we will never shop here again.

Good service but their counter people could be a little more knowledgeable about cars and inventory. Have been told they don't have parts a couple times but I could see their inventory online and they were wrong so always double check.

Gave 5 stars a year ago and still 5 stars today. Any problems I have they fix, and anything im looking for they will find even if they have to cross reference something totally different the right parts will come up. Knowledgeable and always happy to help me , i never go anywhere else i always go to autozone fulton, thanks

AutoZones prices aren't the lowest, but my check engine light went on while I was driving today, so I stopped to have that checked. I was able to park right in front of the entrance door. This is probably the fourth time I've had this done at various AutoZone stores. Once again, the employees were extremely pleasant and helpful providing this free service. They brought out the code reader and in less than a minute were back in the store, printing out a report for me. There was a small evaporative leak; the technician told me to start with the gas cap, clean it and see if that fixed the problem. My mechanic charges $99 to do the reading, without the printed report or free advice to avoid their services! Also, I have found AutoZone gift cards online discounted as much as 20% in the past.

These guys are awesome specially the manager who will help you and is old school so he knows a lot of other vehicles that may work with what your trying to fix like a boat, I spent easily almost 10 grand at o Reilly in fulton and had great service till they had one person do me wrong, this place just awesome thank you guys

Great service. Associate was able to test my boat engine starter and confirmed it was bad, then was able to find a replacement. Nice!

Best place to got to in town Dan C went above and beyond to help me find the right part for my vehicle being a special order part which any other place couldn't get but he did it and I'm back up and running and the best part about it was it didn't take him long at all I was in and out of the store within 5 minutes he gave me a call 2 days later as soon as the part walked through the door if you need help talk to Dan C he knows his stuff and a very fast and hard worker

I was in the middle of moving, glad they had padlocks when I needed them in a pinch. Staff was nice enough to cut the blister pack open for me. Will return when I need anything for my car.

Gave them a chance. Even though their price was higher then their 2 competitors in town. Figured I should try to support any local business. Since I use Advanced and Napa regularly i assumed they were as reliable. I WAS WRONG. They are NOT. Apparently a quality assurance program has skipped over this location. However, when working with a person like myself. (Im going to check your work for you). I could clearly tell you dont know what your doing......When ordering parts they should be double checked if not tripled checked before giving them to the customer. Ive been around vehicles and working in shops my entire life. To have a part ordered, shipped and then passed to the customer as the right part.......is poor work practices. Your business will fail. There are people like myself. Who now. Will not even step foot in your place of business. I dont care if you offerd to serve my parts list on a golden platter. You will never get a single red cent out of my pocket. Im now glad ive shy away from your establishment for so many years. Rest assure ill leave this earth before ever stepping foot through your front door. Only the wise will follow. Thank God i did not pay for your irresponsible decisions. Would highly advise to seek help elsewhere.....Would highly advise to take your part with you like myself to avoid any issues.

Stopped in to get a battery and oil for a little 4 wheeler. Greeted by cl(j)erk behind counter who immediately says "I close at 7, so you have one minute to get what you need, I'm not staying any later!" Yes it's Sunday July 4th, but seriously? I just walked out. He then literally locked the door in the face of 2 other people trying to walk in. This will be the last place i spend my money in.

When they opened the store I went there for advice and some parts. As a girl doing it myself most the time it was nice to have a girl who knew her stuff. Plus recently I've been sexist shamed at Advance Auto Parts; So I wont go anywhere else but to Roxanne at Fulton Auto Zone. Even if my car has a engine issue and the shop needs to do it, I refer them to get my parts at Auto Zone. They're more reasonable pricing. They're awesome just nothing bad.

Fulton Location is a complete mess. Employee turnover is insane, and the employees that are there have no mechanical knowledge what so ever. They read their prompts from a screen, and often negate OEM warnings.Shawn and Gokhan are the only employees that really know what their doing.

I went here today and there was young kids working and they didnt know nothing at all. All I was looking for was bolts for my running boards I just bought he was looking for bolts on the computer which I dont know why and it said on his computer that they dont sell bolts so I said ok so I walked around and seen bolts that I needed plz hire people that know what they are doing I will never come here again

I usually shop at this location when I need aftermarket products like lighting accessories or things of that nature. There parts themselves are average. Most parts I have purchased in the past have not been percent, as far as fitting correctly. For example a brake caliper or break shoe. I have always had to make some kind of modification to any part to make it fit like the original. I have never had this issue buying from Napa for instance. So in my opinion if you need an aftermarket kind of thing, I would recommend buying it here, other than that if you need parts in general I would go to Napa first, then maybe Advance Auto Parts. Employees here have always been helpful friendly and courteous which I appreciate.

I was looking for a specific hardened bolt for a transmission mount. Home repair stores and other auto stores didn't have it. Autozone had it. Nice store with hard to find items.

They were very rude when I went there at 7:30 a man told me that e don't open until 8 I said your website said 7:30 and he yelled at me I don't care what my website says so I said no problem and will NEVER go back there again

Tried to purchase a front Pass caliper for My Nissan Frontier, Got a Drivers right hand in a left box.Ok go get another Got the second one , same thing a left inside right box at counter So ordered another next morning. they just gave me a 3rd caliper for the wrong truck, But yeah it was a right side. Charged me more for it too, Getting a full refund now. Sorry guys 3 trips for the wrong pasrts, rockauto wins now,
