I utilized this business specifically for an employee to replace my windshield wiper, I was working and did not want to get dirty prior to going to my next client's home, otherwise I would have saved money and spent half the amount at Walmart. I purchased the product and it was handed to me and as it was handed to me I asked if he would please replace the wiper, facial expressions and eye rolls speak volumes, if a person is requesting a service provided, as an employee please do not make that customer feel guilty for asking for said service. Instead be proud that you have a job and that you are actually being productive in society, take pride in that job and be happy to assist with a smile, do not require the customer to ask for the service instead ask the customer if you can be at their service!!!

Only auto part store i buy from. They go out of their way to help u with whatever it is u may need. At times discounts will be giving on some deserving items if u ask them.� . � TODAYS EXPERIENCE � . �� . Fulton, NY 10-30-2020 @ 11:32 am . �I went inside Advance to get an item I order in store yesterday - (yes I only had to wait 1 day for an item I wanted that they didn't have in stock.) - While I was in there I saw visor organizer i liked. When I looked at it was really dusty. But it was nothing that being cleaned off wouldn't fix.. So when I went to cash out I handed it to the cashier & said this looks like it's been sitting on the shelf for a while. I'll take it off the self for u if wanna give me a discount on it. While looking at the item he said Yeah No Problem 10% good with you. I smiled & said sounds good to me. Thank you.There u have it. Simply said & done. Good service as always. � Thumbs Up From Me.

The store is clean and tidy, I needed windshield wipers but wasnt sure which ones would fit my car, as it was new to me. An employee helped me and cashed me out, the employee's are kind and seem to actually care about making sure you get what you need, I will definitely be going here to get my oil when I need to so a oil change and my knock sensor, there parking lot is a plus as its parking spots are put in a way that are easy to park in.

They never have my parts in stock and when I do get parts from them they are always wrong, never again will I spend money here

Fantastic customer service even though I showed up in 36� pouring rain w/my tail light assembly hanging off the rear of my truck. $4 later for the correct sized screws, a little helping hand from an employee & I was back on the road. I'm extremely grateful. Thank-you!

Loved this place. I got in my car that morning to see my display read that my battery was low in my key fob. I had two with me so I was surprised they both registered low and in a little panic as I had no idea how to change the battery or what it took. I went here and the gentleman behind the counter took the time to take them apart, find the batteries, and put them back together for me without once rolling his eyes at the girl who didn't know the first thing about her key fobs, haha. Great service!

The people here are absolutely amazing! I will return here a thousand times over for all the help they have given my family these past few days. They, literally, went above and beyond to help us with tools we couldn't afford when money was tight. I will ALWAYS go back to Advance Auto in Fulton, NY for that superb service. You have a customer for life! Thank you a million times over!

Iv always had good stop at this auto part store* The employees help you find what you are looking for and get the specs needed for your exact vehicle make and model. They also will give you the info needed to get the part or battery replaced in your car or help you put it in right on sight

Do not go here during the day. The store manager and the older day shift employee are lazy, persistent on their misinformed "knowledge" on parts, they also like to jerk people around when it comes to warrantied items.If you go in the evenings you will have better interactions and results.

The counter people are quick to help you find what you need. You tell them what you want. They look it up and get it. You pay and quickly leave. If there's any rebates on purchases they print right out on the receipt which is convenient. On another trip here, they came out diagnosed reasons my vehicle was losing power. Alot of help.

I was in this establishment awhile back, the first time was a good experience, but I've been back a couple times since and in my opinion i wouldn't come back here again. There is a certain employee that is rude and not helpful about finding the stuff you need in the store. There are other places to shop that are friendly and happy to assist you.Stay away from this place

My husband and I had to return a faulty torch, and the manager treated us badly. He implied that we broke the torch on purpose so that we could return it after we'd used it, which was completely false. The product was faulty when we opened the box. He did give us a refund, but he made us feel really bad about it.Also, on a separate occasion, they told us that they no longer run car diagnostics for error codes. Then, we saw them run a diagnostic on someone else's vehicle right in front of us. Apparently they run them for some people and not others. Very unfair. Very dissatisfied.

Awesome place. The staff was super friendly and helpful. One man even installed the new bulb in my headlight in the dark and rain because my boyfriend and I couldn't get it to work after trying for hours. I plan on going back there the next time I need something for my car.

Horrible customer service, someone stole a orange soda and rude manager seemed mad at me for being there, not helpful at all, don't recommend at all!!!!! I'd rather go to Napa and spend more then deal with them

A-hole manager Rob here wouldn't refund a junk idle air control valve that I spent $118 dollars on. The part failed soon after installation out of town, I had no option than to have a shop install a Ford OEM part. He refused to refund me despite these circumstances. Update: They eventually refunded me, but you should know that AA will NOT stand behind their engine electrical products. Avoid buying them here at all costs, from any AA.

Went in for something as simple as a lug nut and they couldn't even give me the right one. Then I try ed to return it and was a there a minute after they closed and wouldn't even exchange it and it was there fault. If I could give negative stars I would for my experience

place is a joke i worked there, the company as a whole is falling apart fast. they have many many many problems that customers on the outside wouldnt see. commercial department is a joke and a half. they have one general manager but yet he uses a sales associate to threaten to fire and threaten you with write ups when he has no authority to do so. i recomend napa, and rockauto parts quality is better and usually cheaper.

Was told I needed a certain bulb and it was the wrong one. (He suggested I bought two as I needed it for both my low and high beam) When I came in the next day to return it, they told me since it was opened they could not return it.
