WORST $61 EVER SPENTPaid for a hand wash and VIP service and these were the results. Never doing this again, rather pay the street car wash $25 they definitely do a better job then this.

Couldn't even atleast take care of the Matt alittleLike whatI just got a car wash the week before so it wasn't too bad. It's just the snow and salt I focused on but still!!!They never even opened the back doors to vacuum!!!Didn't even touch the trunk.It still needed a vacuum to swipe over alittle.Worst service ever. Will NEVER go back

Would give establishment 0 stars if I could. After waiting on a long 20 minute car line , I give my car in when was asked to put vehicle in park. They explained service list options and Ofcourse I d opt in for a VIP 50$ car wash.. they start with spray my wheels and driving it into the wash. I go in to my service and as I come out I realize everything inside of my car was SOAKED. Let s also address my CLOTH SEATS. The owner or worker left my sunroof OPEN. To then explain to me that client is responsible for all windows yet NO PRECAUTIONS or protocols are measured prior to soaking vehicle in a car wash ? The response to my complaint from the owner was underwhelming and this car wash was way over priced for the service. The car was still soaked inside and there was clearly still dirt inside my car from the interior VIP vacuum NEVER GOING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. First and last time.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Great car wash. Attention to detail. A bit pricey but worth a go. They also have service wash which can be cheaper if kept on going there, so if you go to a car wash steadily that should be your go to. Amazing customer service

Very pricey for a really bad job. Light scratches and doesn't even clean the car well. I do not recommend this place. Better off washing your own car.

Watch out and don't waste your time.After 10 minutes of waiting, they tried to charge $50 for washing some stains on my car. I denied and visited another car wash and they washed it perfectly for $20. I don't know how well they work but they'd try to charge extra money if there's anything they can find.Don't get unnecessary stress by visiting greedy company.

Not sure how this company is still in business. Paid 30 for a car wash and the interior looked exactly how I brought it. I checked my trunk after it came out of the wash and it was exactly how I brought it. Not vacuumed at all. The gentleman in the front assisted me afterwards but once I drove off I noticed the interior wasn t even touched. Nothing else was vacuumed or wiped down. It was like I paid them to do an exterior wash but there was dirt still on my car on the outside. The rims were exactly how I brought them in before the wash and there was still dirt on the car. You d expect better service considering the last person that said the same thing was 5 months ago. Clearly they haven t changed. Surprised this place even gets business. After the car wash was completed the gentleman wiping it didn t even notify me that the car was ready they just walked away. I regret even giving a tip. Will not use them ever again and don t recommend it.Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

This car wash was everything to me at one time. You can see there maybe new management. They charge you extra for hand wash, and I get that, but get the car clean. I still had Bird doo still on my car, and i had pointed that out before they washed my car. I always tip . But that soon going to stop if the job is not right I'm on a fixed income . Maybe a senior citizen discount would be nice.

I got option #3. Very little effort put out by the staff drying the car. It makes me wonder if they are being compensated appropriately because they seem to just not care. There weren t very many cars for them waiting on line, for them not tospend time on the car. Look at the tires, the shine is haphazardly placed , shiny on one half and drip marks are very apparent ! Overall, very sloppy finish. The plus of a hand wash is that no machines are touching the car to ruin the paint but the drying is bad. Im wondering if the drying is so bad because the car wasn t cleaned well ! There are a lot of streaks meaning some type of residue mustve remained.The hand wash brought me to visit this business despite low reviews but the reviews and ratings were proven accurate.

This was our first and last time coming in to this car wash place! First time, they damage our outer tail light passenger side! And we asked for the manager their excused was oh he stepped out you guys have to wait for an hour then after an hour oh he stepped out again. Don t ever come to this place if you don't want your car to have damage.Services: Polishing, Auto interior vacuuming

Great customer service, friendly staff, thoroughly cleans your car inside and out, fast but efficient. Great prices, not over priced. Better than just the plain drive through car wash. Well worth it to get your car washed here.

The workers are nice. but make sure to keep your receipts if you are planning to get the free wash as they promise. I had a receipt showing the next Elite wash is free. $30+ for a Wash that barely cleans anything. You're better off spending 10 mins quickly hand washing the car yourself. Dirty spots left all over.They apply the tire shine in globs so when you drive off it splatters all over the car. It leaves an oily residue on the car so you'll have to wash the car again anyway!Paid extra for rain-x and seemingly got none applied to my windows.Steer clear of this "car wash"Edit: 11/15/22 Car wash never reached out to try to make anything better. They only left a comment to seem like they are responsible. THEY ARE NOT. Run from this place.

Went for a second time today and got the VIP package and my 2013 black Santa Fe looked like new. Will bring my car back for detaining but very impressed with their service, customer service and attention to details. The negative reviews on here seem to be for attention bc they were so good the first time, I had to come back again and still love everything about this place.

The car wash was so good, I added them to my favorite list. I live out in Long Island and I come to the city fairly regularly. I will only use this place from now on. Fantastic vacuuming because my car had a lot of sand and they not only have a car washing machine but 8 people were involved in the cleaning of the car for only $25. Great great job I will use them for detailing in theHard working, very friendly and never asked for a tip. I gave them $13 because it was such a great job and they did not expect it at all.Services: Vacuuming, Car waxing

Do cheapest service only which is exterior cleaning. Other services cost more money, but they still not going to clean inside of your car. I did excel service, they sprayed on my dash and passenger s window, they don t even wiped

Poorest service of any car wash, stain all over the car that I easily removed when I got home, deceptive pricing - the signage stated tax included in the pricing and I charged extra tax and overtly expensive for a mediocre service.

I had a free Autocare Network wash from my dealer. The wait was pretty long. They did a good job though.

I used to go here as a kid with my first car, and they just went downhill since then.10 years later Prices went up while service went down. Terrible menu options, it's built as a trap. $8 to put your matts through the machine. Outside comes out pretty clean but inside is horrible because they use cheap chemicals. Same rag and chemical for dashboard-doors and leather which runs out very quickly. Car doesn't really come out smelling good. And FAKE ARMOR ALL runs out and tire shine is cheap looking and doesn't last. Sorry not worth over $50. AND I ALWAYS TIP

Definitely not worth it, subpar service for the price you pay.When my SUV made it to the drying station it had several dirty spots on both sides of the car. I asked the person drying it if he could take care of the noticeable dirty spots and he suggested talking to the manager about it, after doing that nothing was addressed. In addition, vacuum was not even attempted on the 3rd row seating area.

They USED to be good back when they did hand washes (now you have to pay for hand washes). After COVID they went down hill. Car still looks dirty, waste of $30. 2 star because the staff is friendly.

SAVE YOUR CAR AND YOUR MONEYI went to this car wash right before Chistmas and they broke my rear light on my car. The manager said they would call me back right after Christmas (12/26/17) to review the video and pay for the repair if they were at fault. I still have not received a call.It was obvious the workers did it because when I returned about the matter that afternoon two of them ran and hid. Don't bother going here even with cameras there is no accountability on their part. My son was even worried about our holidays given the new expense. Truly horrible experience!

HORRIBLE customer service. Please do not give your business to this car wash. Not only are the washes over priced and the quality of the washes substandard, the management just wants your money! They do not care about helping the customer with any issues. They only want to collect the pay check. Here's some simple advice to the management - do your job! Reward your loyal workers and actually care about your customers. Maybe if you followed this business model you wouldn't get horrible reviews from everyone... derrpp

I chose the VIP package so with the cost of that and tip it was $50 and I still had to clean my windshield! As I'm driving home it was streaked on the passenger side. When I looked at the backseat, it wasn't completely vacuumed! I should have known when the gentleman working on the car was on his cell phone and just kept walking around the car with a rag. I will NEVER go back.

After a long day at work a quick car wash was all I needed howerver after paying $30+ for my car and tires to still be dirty this was definitely not worth it. Also...to top it off once I got home I noticed threads from the towel all over my wipers and a part of the plastic by my window was snapped off and I know %100 that it was not like that before. They obviously care less.

Worst car wash ever paid 30 bucks and they didn't even properly vacuum the inside if my van dirt all left all over and in between the sides of the seats. Unbelievable and when i showed them the car they tried to get me to get back in line to wait so they could re-do it. Just crazy a total waist of time and they only have me 5 bucks back for the vacuuming I didn't lose my cool cause my kids where in my van. Dont ever go here!!!! EVER!!!
