This shop will scam you be careful!!!11/13/21 I was in a motor vehicle accident the Nassau county Police called Villa towing to pick up my van.11/16/21 I informed them that I was having my vehicle moved to a different body shopWhat they did was hold my vehicle Ransom by charging $800 a day for storage and $1500 for a tow from Merrick to Freeport.So by the time I had my vehicle picked up and moved I had my insurance pay them over $5,000 for 4 1/2 days of storage.

If there were ZERO stars, that's exactly what they deserve. Never, I repeat never use them. Our car was towed and we accepted them for our collision work. They held the car for two months with no work done, than charged the insurance company 11,000 for storing fees. That money was taken away from our work being done. They are a SCAM!!! Never let them tow your car!

This place was the best experience I have ever had with a collision company. They took care of all the details with my insurance company, arranged for my rental and did everything they said they would and more. My car was ready when promised, their work was impressive and my car was immaculate when I got it back. I definitely give them a 5 star rating and would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.

Had a car accident a few years ago and Nassau county called them to tow my car been using them since. Just had a simple oil change and tire plugged last week always nice and quick. No complaints.

Very helpful during a tough time with my vehicle. Communication was great. The guys took care of all the contacting the insurance agent and got me the answers very smoothly and quickly.

Unfortunately had an accident in the middle of the night they arrived quickly and made sure I had a way to get home. Was contacted by Nicole first thing in the morning and was in a rental car before lunch. Car came out perfect with zero imperfections can t be happier thank you Villa crew!!

My car was towed there and then fixed by Villa. Everyone was amazing!! So helpful and very nice. The work to my car was prefect. I would recommend going Villa Towing and Collision for your auto needs. Thank you Villa!!!

I had a flat tire one of there trucks was passing the truck stopped and the driver helped me change my tire with the spare. wouldn t charge me but i gave him s $20 tip. Very kind of them.

As a rule you shouldn't get your car fixed by a company with black unmarked tow trucks with back window stickers that say "STRAIGHT OUTTA YOUR DRIVEWAY" they fix cars by day and use the tow trucks to repo cars at night.. not a company i would trust my car to..

This business is terrible. I booked a tow with them, and it took 45 minutes to confirm a pickup. They said it would be about 1.5hr until the truck arrives. After 2 hrs the driver calls and says he's 45 minutes away. 1.5 hr later I'm calling the dispatch and the driver and no answer. I gave up after 20 total calls without an answer. They never showed up or called tolet me know.

I was recently in two accidents and villa towing did the body work on both my cars. Not only did my car come out perfect but they completed the work in a very quick manner. Thanks villa!
