Really like The Tire Store of Freeport. I have been going there for a couple of years now. They are honest, professional and work fast. Nothing but positive things to say about them. Keep up the great work .

Everyone is so nice and helpful. I made an appointment with Jennifer & she got me in right away to change my car brakes. Jorge did the brakes for me I thought I needed pads and rotors, but he said I was fine with just pads. Not only did he do a great job he also saved me money. They truly deserve more than 5 stars. I will definitely be returning in the future for any brake or tire needs. Thank you!

Needed tires for my car stopped here quick the girl on the front who was very polite and professional quickly got me some prices on new tires. I was short on cash. She was able to work me a deal, including the alignment. I was able to get tires and alignment done without an issue. I recommend you to go here if you need tires best place in town.

Good spot for mounting and balancing tires, been going here for many years. This review is for Wheel Alignment. I brought my car in to have two front tires mounted and front end Alignment. Tire mounting went fine other than they lost my factory valve stem caps, they put on ones that were too short. Had to go to Cadillac to replace the ones they lost.Wheel alignment was not done properly, the mechanic said he was unable to align front end to spec and basically I had no improvement after he attempted to perform his work. I explained this to the woman who runs the shop, yet I was still charged full price of $125, which is top of the mark for this service. I don t usually pay for trying, I pay for succeeding.I went to another shop and they had no problem aligning car to spec. Car left, it was perfect. They explained everything to me and showed me where this shop went wrong. Big difference from a factory certified technician to a neighborhood kid. Please see picture provided which shows the before and after results. Please note the before was the after of this shop.I ended up having to pay twice, I would not recommend having alignment performed here.

What great service. First of all the staff is very friendly and eager to make you happy. I went in for a simple tire patch, however while I was waiting I noticed how helpful they were to all the customers. The repair person who helped me not only paid attention to the tire he fixed but afterwards made sure the other tires were in good shape as well. I am very happy.

Live in the neighboring town and never thought to come here but I'm so glad I did! First visit was for a used tire replacement on my 15' Mazda 6 that is going back on a return lease soon, as I pulled up I was greeted right away by one of the workers who brought me inside to go over pricing with Jennifer, this woman was so friendly, informative and professional! I asked if she was the manager and she told me the store is a family business so that's why she takes pride in what she does, she gave me such a great price on a used tire that was like new, they got to work on it right away and even adjusted the tire pressure and rotated all 4 of my tires at no extra charge! and within about 15 minutes I was on my way! Now that's service! Before I left I asked Jennifer if they are a full-service shop and she said yes, they have a beautiful garage right next door, so about a week later I was pricing and oil change and brakes for my car and they came in the lowest! Especially with a $20 off coupon right at the front desk! I got semi synthetic oil for only 35 bucks! And front brakes were 105 but discounted to only 85 bucks with the coupon! Unbeatable deal and the job for both came out great! This will be my full service shop for many years to come because of Jennifer and her staff along with the great pricing offered and efficiency!

I have purchased tires here as needed for the past 20 years. This week i needed a tire and rim repair, i dealt with Jennifer and Joe. The tire and rim was delivered as promised rhe next day. I had a problem with resetting the tire sensor and they fixed it right away. You never wait long providing the tires are in stock.i recommend them to all my neighbors and coworkers at trader joes, and everyone is always 100% satisfied !

The Tire Store took us in without appointment on a Wednesday evening (no waiting), and we were done with five tire replacements in less than an hour!The price was reasonable.They weren't aware of the necessity of proper and equal torque on each wheel nut, but were able to produce a torque wrench in short order.Overall, the service was good and we were quite satisfied with our experience.

They mounted some drag radials for me. The guys were very courteous. They did exactly what I needed. The prices were less than I expected. There were 5 customers ahead of me and I was done in about 45 minutes. All in all great service.

Very slow operation team, the front desk customer services has confused us on purpose and everything was uncomfortable, really bad experience and not recommended at all.

Very good service. Very good workers. Very professional. They had me up and going in 10mins. They are pretty fast, also very convenient compared to the other tire shops in the area. But definitely would highly recommend this tire shop.

Needed major work on my car and they handled my situation with priority, professionalism, and gave me the best price around. I was surprised to learn that they also did alignments and great car repair service. The lady (Jennifer) at the counter was so knowledgeable, understanding, and provided me with solutions to the problems I was having at the moment. I will forever return there for any issues I encounter with my vehicle. This tire store is not just any tire store!! My car to this day has been running like new, thanks guys!!

A terrific local business! I had a flat tire on my Porsche (no spare) on a Saturday morning. They temporarily patched it, and ordered me a new one which was installed on Monday. Great service at fair prices. All very professional and courteous! Thanks!!

Having only one power gun to remove the tires from the car in 2018 is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they have hours in their day to waste away.I am surprised and pleased to see a response from the Owner. Thank you.It gives me confidence that business such as this is listening to customers.I stand by my earlier comments and hope to see improvement on my next visit. Thanks again for your quick response.

UPDATE: June 2, 2018. 2 weeks ago I received a call from the sales associate because they saw my review. She apologized for all the trouble I went through and even sent me a check for $45.00! I have not cashed it as yet because the insurance company finally reimbursed me after the better business bureau came after them. I greatly appreciated this place looking to make things right way after the fact. They didn t have to do that.This place is horrible. I first went on May 3 2018 with a flat tire. The salesperson told me that she had to order a replacement and it would be in the next day which was Friday May 4, 2018 and she would call me that morning to come back in. She even gave me a loaner tire to drive around on so I could get to work. I thought everything was going to be great. Next day (Friday May 4) comes around and she does not call. I work nights so I got up early to get the work done. She never called, I had to call her, "Oh it will be here tomorrow instead" (Saturday May 5). Long story short, the tire did not arrive until Monday May 7, each day in between I had to call, never got a phone call from the business. Then on May 7 I find out I needed another tire (other side had a bubble on the side wall) which actually did arrive on May 8. The story gets even better because I have a wheel and tire protection plan that is to reimburse me for these types of situations. Since the salesperson mentioned earlier did not itemize labor in either of the invoices, the protection plan company will not reimburse me. So now I am out almost $45.00 (I've had to file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau against the protection plan company. Thanks for nothing The Tire Store, I will never come back and I recommend to all you reading this never do business with them either!

I must say that I was impressed by the level of service that I experienced there this past Tuesday. Jennifer who handles the front desk was great. Purchased 2 new tires for my 09 Charger and I'm completely satisfied. Going back to get the front 2 on Monday. Thank you guys!

Excellent customer service by Jennifer, she went above and beyond and is very helpful and charismatic. We have bought tires here in the past but when we bought fuel rims from an online company and they sent the wrong rims she was able to call a local retailer and get the rims same day and even held the wrong rims for UPS to pick up the next day event though I never bought them here or was responsible for them. Highly recommend.

i went to 3 different shops to get an alignment. since my car was slightly lowered 2 of them made up excuses to why they could not do it and the last shop said they would do it but almost tripled the price. i stopped by this shop i told them my car was lowered they looked at it told me not to worry and did my alignment with no issues and charged me the normal rate. they made every thing easy and took my car in the same day i stopped in with no app. i would strongly recommend this shop.

This is clearly the BEST TIRE STORE in the area. Consummate professionalism and knowledge of all tire products and services offered at extremely reasonable prices. Large Waiting Lounge, plenty of seating/vending and outdoor corner lot available. JENNIFER at front reception will quickly and efficiently process your every need, while service (MARIO is Awesome) cranks out your tire services in no time flat... NO PUN INTENDED! Thank You, and KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!

I very rarely write a review, but people should know that there are many tire stores where I live. The cost, service and people are Amazing; with that said, the main reason I have been coming here for years is because of Jennifer at the front desk. Jennifer is by far the easiest, most pleasant, reliable person I ve dealt with at any store/service department!

Javier did my alignment. Courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. Even showed me things the last shop did wrong after he got it on the lift. Definitely plan on going back

Purchased tires here about 6 months ago and had them mounted and installed here as well. Whoever they had servicing the car over tightened every lug nut as well as stripping multiple on the installation causing me to have to rip apart the hub and reinstall new lugs. Save the headache and go to a shop with employees that know what they are doing. 0 stars if I could

Absolutely outstanding! Suffered a flat tire basically from a sinkhole by the Southern State yesterday. I called and they helped me right away. Fixed my rim and replaced my tire for the day until the new one arrives tomorrow. In and out within 25 minutes. I was shocked how friendly and efficient they were. I never write reviews unless services rendered are above and beyond. The Tire Store more than qualifies! Thank you Jennifer and Alex!

Great prices and by far the best service around. I have been to a TON of shops, but The Tire Shop is always very well-priced, extremely fast, and always friendly. Plus they do more than just tires, pretty much everything except inspections (I think). Would recommend to anyone!

The best tire store. I have been here multiple times. They get you fixed up. They will try to salvage your tire and get you the best value. The are fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Jennifer is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Go here! If you get AAA get towed here, it's worth it.

Many years I've been coming here. NEVER had a problem. Sitting here now waiting for two new tires. Jennifer is the person I spoke with and she's excellent. This place is that good.

Don't fall for this place - They sell tires at a small discount from anywhere else but you get what you pay for. Recently got a brand new set of high end tires from here, and not even 1K miles and one already has a bubble. Continental's warranty covers it and all the lady does here is keep putting me off since it doesn't make her no money. I've been waiting 2 weeks now calling her constantly and she does it put me on hold and meanwhile I'm driving my young son in a now hazardous vehicle.Every other tire shop that deals with the continental tire warranty can have the tire the next day. Lady here tells me "Oh its going to be in on Tuesday next week, oh its going to be in later this week, oh I got to order it for you on the (same day it was supposed to be ready)." On top of that she wants to charge me over $40 to put a single tire on (same price I was charged to put all new tires on originally)- just because she's not making a new sale.
