My overall experience was great at the end of the day the car came out amazing. It took some time but it was all worth it, they made sure to pay attention to detail. Dealing with the crew was good and I would do it all over again .trust in them to do the right job.

I will absolutely give them 5 starts!!! Their service went above and beyond. Since I started the process with rental and dealing with my insurance. Joel and his team were very patient and understanding about timing. My car looks like a brand new car they even gave me a detail cleaning I was not expecting that. Our car was unfortunately crushed by our Neighbor s tree. But thanks to Reality Motors they were able to send a tow immediately and made the entire process seamless. Wonderful coordination with our insurance company and the rental place. Plus our car looks brand new. Shoutout to Jason and Joel and the rest of the crew. Highly recommended!

Jason and Joel are the best! They help you with insurance, rental and they get your car fixed without hassle. They keep you informed from start to finish with everything ! The best customer service whenever you need your car fixed. I have had 2-3 accidents in the past couple years and so has family members. What a great shop, they greeted me with kindness and they even offered me fresh coffee while I waited to get my car inspected. They were nice and fast. Not a long waiting time like other places. I found my new place.

I've been dealing with Reality Motors for 2 plus years now! Their services are unmatched which is why I could only trust them with all my claims . Not to mention Joel & Jason truly have their customers best interest at heart , and they have exceeded my expectations many times!!

One star because I cant give 0. Worst car experience ever! Got into a car accident and they towed the car here. WORST PLACE. They returned the car back and less than a week later the Engine light was on, mind you this is a new car, they had no idea whats the issue. WHAT KIND OF MECHANIC DOESNT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO? they said insurance didn t want to cover the damages that were still there because they didn t do their job right!!!!!. I had to take the car to my preferred mechanic shop where they found that the transmission was messed up because of the accident and I needed to purchase a whole new one (used)for $2400 after even paying this stupid place $8000 insurance and $1000 out of pocket to fix the car plus the insurance going up $200 more a month. WHAT MECHANIC DOESNT REALIZE THAT THE TRANSMISSION IS BROKEN? AND they didn t even check the tire, it was still broken that was another $150. AND THEY LOST PIECES OF THE DOORR HANDLE because they were trying to figure out where they messed up because now the doors indicated they are open while they are completely closed. Done real dirty In conclusion dont take your car here please, they dont know what they are doing!!!

From the moment I spoke to Tom on the phone right after my accident I knew I was in good hands and right away felt like I was being take care of. They immediately set me up with a rental so I didn t have to miss any work. Throughout the process the staff kept in touch with me the entire time with updates on my vehicle in a very professional manner and when it was time to pick it up it looked brand new. 10/10 recommend. Tommy, Joel Jason and the rest of the staff did an incredible job. Thank you Reality Motors.

This was my first time using Reality Motors. I couldn t of been more satisfied. All of the staff was very professional and super friendly. They took care of the insurance part and kept me in the loop step by step! My van came out of the shop looking amazing from the inside out! Bought a car @ Reality Motors (Freeport, NY) and their services were excellent. They provided all services big dealership offer and then some. Car was detailed and I even had them install tints that matched the rear factory windows. Overall 5-stars for my experience and I highly recommend their services that extend from regular oil changes to Auto-body work, + much more. Thanks Team @ Reality Motors!!

I had bought in my car to get painted because someone scratched it. As soon as i arrived to reality motors their customer service was great. They took care of me upon arrival. They gave me no issues and got the work done immediately! The outcome was amazing! Painted the entire side of my car that was damaged for an amazing price! Ive been to many body shops but none like this! From the boss down to the workers everyone was super helpful and explained everything to me well. And got it done in no time! Reality motors thank you for leaving my car looking brand new! Will definitely be sending everyone i know to you and only you! super happy with my results!!!

Reality Motors was superb from the customer service down to the car repairs. They handle everything that I needed after my car was hit. NIGHTMAREFirst and foremost, the communication at [reality motors] was abysmal. I had to constantly call to get updates on the status of my vehicle, and even then, the information provided was vague and inconsistent. It's as if they had no regard for my time or concerns. lack of communication, poor workmanship, and high prices make them a place to avoid at all costs. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and advising everyone I know to do the same.

Took my Range Rover to Reality Motors after a BAD side swipe to the passenger side and they took care of everything from insurance to my rental in a timely and professional fashion! Beautiful work, looks like nothing happened at all! Very communicative staff who kept me updated on the timeline and process. Ok, finally took the time to say that Reality Motors and Jason did an amazing job on replacing a damaged driver's side door and painting several parts of the car to perfection. Shortly thereafter I had engine trouble and they replaced my radiator. They were busy at the time, so it took a bit longer than projected, but the work was above average.
