I will like to tell No Limit Auto Body Shop, thanku for providing excellence service . Your staff did an exceptional job with the body work of my BMW X5. It literally look brand new . I am very pleased with the outcome, thanks so much ! I will recommend it to any friends or family members who are looking for a great repair shop . I will like to add that Veronica and Zoraya , are the stars of the shop when it comes to paperwork and communication. These ladies have made my experience so satisfying. They were very patient , professional and they explained the whole process from top to bottom. Who s ever reading this review please don t hesitate to give them a call or stop by for any future body work.

Worst business I ever dealt with. I had a hit and run on my car, they picked up my car in Flushing, NY in the beginning of March. I got my car 40 days laters. First they put on wrong headlights, they put on tinted and not the clear that my car came with. They had my car cleaned up and whatever serviced they used broke the rim around the vent in the backseat and I was never told, I found the piece on the floor. In the beginning I was always calling to get a update as to why it was taking so long , they told me it was delayed due to parts.Finally I get the car and I called them and complained about the headlights and the rim being broken off vent in backseat. They tell me they are ordering it but it's delayed. I still haven't heard from them and it's been over 2 weeks more for a total of 4 weeks. This place is in Freeport and Jose Cardano I believe is owner because they won't give me an straight answer. I am taking them to court and putting a complaint with BBB and Consumer Affairs. So save yourself trouble because they are really unprofessional and prolific liars! and yes It's July and still no call!Service: Body & Trim

Please do not take your car here.Please do not take your car here.Please do not take your car here.This review is truthful.My car was in an accident, and I received a phone call from Tyler (the magician) the next day, mentioning how we are the best in the business, and we worked on plenty of high-end cars. He also stated that we will have your car back to you in a month. That was a lie. After your car is at their shop... he vanish completely. You will not hear from him.My car - instead of them being truthful about them never working on this model car before, they will simply put blame on parts and dealer. The pandemic was 2 years ago, and parts are accessible now. They had my car for 4 months, and my insurance paid them over $25K to repair. I called every week, and they still couldn't give me an answer to when I would get my car back. They promise to give you a loaner until repairs are on done, and it is even on their website, too. They told me to go through your insurance. We at No Limit Auto Body don't give out loaners. I said that false advertising! It says it on your website. I even wrote to the company, and Anthony (Owner) wrote back 1 day, saying he would look into it, and I never heard back from him. After having my car for 4 months at their shop, it wasn't even programmed correctly.1. They lied with the timeframe of the job2. Communication is poor3. They got paid and had me wait 4 months for my car4. The owner doesn't care. Don't be fooled by their videos on Instagram and their websites as I was.5. They don't even honor their word that is on the site6. They are not honest and reliable.7. When I finally got my car back, it wasn't even programmed correctly.8. They don't bother filling your car with gas. I got my car back with less than a quarter tank of gas.9. A gift card or filling my tank would have shown some accountability and appreciation for having me wait 4 months on my car.10. THE WORST EXPERIENCE OVERALL!!!SOME may read this and still take their car there, which is fine. I just hope your experience is better, and if not, don't say I didn't warn you.The entire No Limit Auto Body at Freeport is not trustworthy for anyone business. DONT BE FOOLED BY THEIR INSTAGRAM PAGE AND WEBSITE!!!!

Took my car to No Limit Freeport after an accident. The staff is so helpful and very communicative with any updates. My car was done fairly quick. I went back for some touchups and again, very helpful and Jose always answers any questions and gets back to me quickly. 5 star customer service. I recommend this shop to my friends and family all the time. Tank you No Limit! My car looks brand new :)Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

Definitely not the place if you got a manual car, got my sti clutch basically welded to the flywheel. No care on costumers car at all. Clutch only had about 3k miles on it

Jose & the entire team of #NOLIMITUSA has taken care of my issues and concerns I had with my collision! When I went to pick up my vehicle it looked better than the showroom it came from! They went above and beyond with helping me with my vehicle after I was in a accident. They got me back into my car in a reasonable timeframe and also assisted me with finding a rental vehicle.

No Limit Auto Body in Freeport NY is a great place to take your vehicle for service.Nice , friendly, competent staff, clean office space. My mom s vehicle was returned looking brand new. It did take a while, but the end result was good. Definitely recommend No Limit Auto Body. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Awful paint job! "No limits"?? Should definitely have its limits!! Can't be trusted EVER AGAIN!!!.., if the 3rd time is a charm?, What do you call when the 2 other times were good but the 3rd time is so bad you regret you ever went the first time? If you like your car save yourself the headache and go elsewhere! I would suggest getting a quote from Ariel Auto Collision or another body shop. Freeport has plenty!

The service at No Limit is great! They work super fast. Kelly answered after hours and immediately got my car towed. The process working with insurance was super smooth. After a few weeks, car looked as good as new. A friend had recommended I go to no limit auto body when I was rear ended. They did an unbelievable job with my rear bumper. You can t even tell anything ever happened. The customer service was amazing and they responded swiftly with any request I had! Darien, the manager, helps you with anything you need in terms of rental, parts, etc. I highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim

Well. I got a phone call from the secretary Monday because I had applied for a painters position. I started working there Tuesday. Today is Wednesday. And I have to say. Every single person in this shop is really nice and good at their jobs.And now they have me in the spray booth so there's no possible way people are going to get a better repair that's totally undetectable. Very good people

Dropped off my Porsche Cayenne here after having a small collision. Was told it would take 2-3 weeks for the car to be fixed. Spoke with Darien. Was promised a bunch more things that were never done. The shop never talked to me concerning anything that went on with the vehicle. Car was at the shop for almost 3 months. Was told multiple times the car was done, just to go there and see there was overspray on the black trim pieces around the front and rear bumper, misaligned panels, the car's service lights are still on and just overall carelessness with their work. Upon picking up the car, they would not allow us to drive it and test it out. My car now has a check engine light and is idling very rough. I am not satisfied with the work done whatsoever. No limit is best auto body shop you can go to, customer service is incredible but the most important thing is the work they have done to my car. It s like my accident never happened. Darien the manager there was very helpful and got me a rental in a timely fashion. Would recommend this shop to anybody I0/10!

Hands down best auto body shop around, Marcus from next level autobody who is now a part owner of No Limit took care of us. The Whole shop was professional and their customer service and attention to detail was second to none. We received our car back very fast and we were extremely happy with the work that was done. Highly recommended!!!!

AMAZING!! - If I could give them 50 stars , I would!!!They did a Full Blackout on my base model bmw x1, and I can honestly say it now looks like I have the expensive sport version... Didn't think it was going to be possible for this car to come out so perfect , on top of having such a seamless experience. Darien was also beyond helpful from beginning to end!!! If you want your Mercedes fixed there go right ahead or any high end car. Bring in anything less, by luck you're getting it back in a week.They come and deliver my car. #1 it wasn't even clean. #2 it still had scratches on the side they were suppose to fix. #3They fixed the wrong headlight that supposedly took a month. I had to pay an extra $500 for my rental.The only thing that looked good when I personally went to get my car was the auto detail. Oh and my right side mirror.

I had my rims stolen from my car and I messaged them at 12am and next day they had the car towed and repaired and amazing shop. They handled everything with no problems and kept me updated. Claudia at the shop is amazing and answered all my questions.

I let my friend follow me to drop off our box truck to the mechanic and drop his phone hit my truck into the box truck my hood was mess up I did not care about the hood of all I cared about is opening my hood so I can get a oil changed i went to some other place told me it was going to be a expensive job told me I was better off driving my truck till I blow the engine I went to no limit and they said if I get the hood open we won t be able to close it I said that fine they got it open then I ask how much would it cost me just to open and close it I did not care what it looked like now I can open and close my hood again they did it for a reasonable price very happy with there work thank you for your service guys highly recommendedService: Body & Trim

This place is a SCAM, the work they did on my car took 4 months and has to be re-done. They were paid to replace my quarter panel and they never did, clear case of insurance fraud. On top of this they dropped the car and caused sub-frame damage, absolute worst experience of my life, DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.
