Great service brought my car in for 4 tires. Got it done in quickly matter. Also brought it in for my oil change and they changed and reset the light great customer service

I couldn't possibly ask for a better experience. I came to this Goodyear location around 2pm to drop my car off for a tire replacement and I expected to pick it up either by the end of the day or the next morning, as previous experience with other tire shops has taught me. Amit was incredibly courteous, highly competent, and a consummate professional. He was able to assist me with my primary concern, as well as identify multiple other ways in which Goodyear could help me with my car's more long-term issues. Best of all, I was in and out in under an hour. I'll definitely be using this location for all my future needs.

Janis is amazing! Don t bother to go anywhere else! She is always doing everything to give you the best price and will guide you to pick the best tires for your needs. Even the guys that mount the tires do a great job to make you happy and they do it the right way!

I brought my car in a 2017 Camry to get tires and change my breaks. Scot and Amit gave me a great price on it they helped me out with a ride to my home while they finished the job then they gave me a ride back to the store. Ivan and angel did it in a timely matter it was left there for 2 hrs honest people great environment very friendly

Friendly place. I had brought my 2019 Acura for an oil change and the worker Angel did a great job helping me. Scott also helped me with a good price and they both gave me advice on how to better maintain my car. They left it clean, definitely recommend.

I got my nissan quest a set of 4 tires. They did my work in a timely mater and were able to my inspection. They also gave me a ride to my house and picked me up while i waited. Angel did a great job on the tires and scott was great help up at the front desk

Don't come here, these people are lying to customers to sell. To change your 4 tires they give you a price that includes a guarantee, when you come to claim the guarantee they tell you that you have not paid for it and they charge you for the service that you are going to do, there is no way to beat them they just want your money and they don't care reputation, they are thieves. DO NOT COME HERE.

I had no appointment scheduled and needed an inspection done on my truck. Scott took me right in had it completed in no time. Left very happy, would recommend this place to anyone!

We had the best experience here - we got a flat on our Silverado and got a new tire ordered, delivered and installed SO quickly. We were helped by Scott who was super knowledgeable on everything and we trusted him completely. This GY has to be the fastest & most reliable one we ve been to on the island.

Got new tires the other day and it was a pleasant experience, I waited and it didn t take too long and it was clean and warm in the waiting space. I also got new brakes today and had the same pleasant experience. Amit was very helpful!

Terrific experience. The store is clean, comfortable and well run. I got my new sey of tires mounted in a very short period of time for a fair price. Highley recommend this Goodyear Location.

DO NOT COME HERE. They steal from you blatantly, they offer you tires with a warranty and then they don't want to repair them if you don't pay them. They are thieves, they don't care more than taking your money.

Got 4 new Goodyear WeatherReady tires recently, I booked an appointment on-line and from start to finish the process was flawless. The local team at the shop communicated well and the car was ready quickly. I'd use this shop again and recommend them.

Got a brake job done almost a year ago, but kept getting this annoying squeaky noise ever since. It wasn't too bad at the beginning, but it has gotten much worse in the past couple of weeks. I decided to bring the car in to have the problem looked at. I spoke to Scott, who was very efficient and got to work on the problem after hearing the history of the vehicle. They honor the warranty and got all the parts replaced. I am very satisfied with the outcome.

Father s Day morning 2023. My wife s car was very much due for an oil change. Obviously, being Father s Day we had plans and were in a rush. I didn t know if they would be able to accommodate my very rushed schedule but figured it was worth a try. I was greeted by Janice LaMarca in the Freeport Long Island location. As is always the case when I head to this good year location I was treated with respect and provided the information I needed regarding the oil change and a quote for tires on my other vehicle. Janice worked some magic and had my vehicles oil changed, tires rotated, and fluids all topped off faster than I ever could have anticipated. This saved me a great deal of headache the next day and allowed me to enjoy my Father s Day! If ever you need to service your vehicle pop in and see Janice. I will continue to utilize their service in the future as I have always been treated well there. Thank you Janice!!!!

Scott and his team at Goodyear Freeport were excellent. I was greeted by the manager Scott when I walked in the door, he took down all my information and what I needed completed, brought the paperwork to the guys in the back and they got to work. A short time later, and after a nice conversation with the manager, my car was good to go. Highly recommend coming for cars needs!

I brought my car in for a NY state inspection and Scott and his team helped me get thru quickly and efficiently. They checked the car out and refilled the air in my tires Janice at the front helped me get the paperwork together and I was in and out in a timely fashion. The store manager Scott greeted me and assured me that my car is in good hands and I can say firsthand at Goodyear Freeport your car will be in good hands

I ve been coming to this Goodyear location for a while now and the treatment from the workers and the Managers there are beyond what you ll find at any other mechanic or auto shop. They are honest when it comes to the repairs they are well educated and knowledgeable on the topic. The service manager Moe is very customer friendly and is very helpful. Las time I was there for a service the technician was Shaz who serviced my vehicle was and gave some tips as well. Overall great friendly staff recommend to anyone to check them out.

Doing anything now a days always becomes a hurdle but having a team that is experienced, knowledgeable and willing to tackle the problem with you is key to succeeding. Janice LaMarca and their mechanics team at Goodyear made the best impression and were beyond helpful and patient and willing to help me with my government vehicle. I would recommend Janice and this locations Goodyear for anyone looking for reliability.

Hit the mother of all pot holes on the BQE the day before and it threw off my alignment. I was in the area and wanted it fix before driving 30miles back to Brooklyn. It's my first time ever to a Goodyear service center and I'm very impressed with the service and professionalism of the staff. I would definitely be returning there again.Thank you to Scott and ShazimThey resolved my issues with the car and now it tracks perfectly.

I went to Goodyear with a flat tire, and the store manager Scott took care of me. He brought me into the shop to show me the hole in the side of my tire. He made me feel comfortable and helped me get the right tire for my car. I will be coming back to Goodyear for all of my car needs!

IMO Freeport Goodyear service has declined over the years. I ve been visiting Freeport GoodYear for over 10+ years. No other mechanic company has ever serviced any of my cars. My last two visits to Goodyear has been very disappointing. This last visit I took my car for an oil change. I asked about the squealing nose coming from my brakes. I was told the brakes were checked, it s fine. I took the car home parked it. The next day I get in the car, started it and the check engine light comes on.I called Goodyear and I am told to bring the car back. The check engine light was on due to the gas cap not being on good. I guess that had something to do with them changing the oil pan because when I took the car in for the oil change the check engine light was not on. Again I questioned the noise the brake is making. After the mechanic took another look, I m told the back breaks have zero pad life left on one side and half pad life left on the other side. No customer shouldn t have to go through this especially not at the rate Goodyear charges, $155 an hour for labor!!! Your labor is not worth $155 based on my recent experiences!!! Get it together Goodyear in Freeport you re slacking!!!

Went to get 4 new tires. After about 2 hours was told I need a new cabin filter and air filter.....absolutely zero reason to be opening my glove box or looking under the hood when I ordered and paid for tires only! No other service was ordered. So there is NO REASON TO OPEN MY GLOVE BOX!!!

I went to Freeport Goodyear to have my suspension and braking issues tended to.My technician for the day was Henry he listened attentively to my concerns and assured me that they would be resolved.I am more than satisfied with the work that was performed on my vehicle it steers straight as an arrow and can stop on a dime and give you back change.He has also advised me of certain issues that may arise in the future. The rest of the staff I found be very pleasant. I would most definitely recommend this staff and location and refer them to anyone needing their services.
