Certified Collision repaired my Tesla Model 3 after it was damaged in a minor rear end collision. Bruce and his team did a great job. My Tesla looks as good as new. It is refreshing to know there still exist business and individual that really and truly provide care and service to consumers.From the minute my car was picked up by Certified Collision in Freeport, NY, it has been nothing but professionalism with the quick ordering of parts from Tesla, dealing with the insurance company adjuster and daily update on the repair process, from Bruce at Certified Collision.Besides the daily updates from Bruce with emails and photos, I was very impressed with the speed and quality of the repair work. My 3 months old Tesla Model Y was repaired in about three weeks and the finished product is better that when I received it from Tesla Freemont. The front end of the car now has better paint quality and panel gap with Certified Collision.Anyone in the New York area who is looking for a best in class body repair shop for Tesla cars, please check out Certified Collision in Freeport, NY.Thank you Bruce and your staff there.

A1 service from beginning to end. Bruce was amazing. They guide you through the entire process. All throughout the repair I received calls and detailed emails with pictures on the progress and status of the car. I genuinely feel the car looks better now than how it was before the accident. They definitely repair up to Tesla's standards. Initially I went to 4 different shops to receive a quote on the repair and even from the initial meeting and quote, this place stood out from other body shops. All the employees are super friendly and welcoming. The craftsmanship of the work is amazing too. The quality of the paint they use is great and the lines between the doors and panels are perfect. There is no way you can tell the car was previously in an accident. I received the car back detailed and cleaner than how I dropped it off. Bruce is extremely knowledgable on Tesla and you can tell he has a passion for what he does as well as the guys who worked on the car. I have a Tesla Model 3 - I was involved in a Rear Ended Accident. Was trying to decide which location to use for my repairs and ultimately chose Certified Collision of LI . Incredible!! I can not say enough. They are Tesla authorized n certified. Not easy to trust your tesla to anyone. From the first day i was at peace. I received updates as phases began doing the repairs.these were not just short messsges these were emails with photo's, to put you there. A million percent recommend. Truck got run off the road and banged up pretty good. This business returned the truck looking better than the day we got it. They handled the insurance claim and managed to get all OEM parts. Clear and timely feedback throughout the process. My model 3 flooded with 4 ft salt water. Watched YouTube videos and had my mechanic try to open the frunk. No luck. Then called Tesla in syosset to help. Sorry but we don t handle flood vehicles was the reply. Finally took it to certified collision as a last resort. Amazingly, Billy the tech was able to have it opened in under 30 minutes. Superb skills & service. I also had my Tesla bumper previously repaired here. Bruce was extremely accommodating. So I m rating it 7 stars due to unparalleled service.

Excellent experience at "Certified Collision of Long Island." I'd recommend this place to anybody who wants great service, top quality work, professional communication, and overall a great experience. Bruce was nothing short of exceptional to work with. My Tesla MS needed repairs to the front end, and getting the car back identical to how I picked up it up originally from the dealership was sensational. I highly recommend Bruce and his team at Certified Collision of Long Island. After my 2008 Honda Fit had been damaged in an accident. I contacted Bruce. He handled everything beautifully- from sending a tow truck out to Brooklyn, to dealing effectively with the insurance company, to making the car look like new again. Throughout the whole process, I always felt that I was in very capable hands and that Bruce was looking out for me. My situation was an incredibly complicated one when it came to insurance and Bruce navigated it expertly.In terms of the repairs themselves, they exceeded my expectations. Bruce took apart the damaged area to check for the possibility of hidden problems. He sent detailed emails and photos, updating me throughout the process and showing me the work being done along the way. Not only does the car look fantastic, but the team completed the work in a week. It was clear to me that my car was a priority. I'm so glad that I went with Certified Collision.

We recently used Certified Collision in Freeport to repair our Audi A7 and our Jeep Wrangler... We were so pleased with the experience we had from start to finish.Outstanding customer service is an understatement! From the minute we left our vehicles we were set up with rental cars and assured that they would handle everything from that point on with the insurance company etc.... Within a few days of dropping of the vehicles we were updated by email from the office manager Bruce with photos of the progression of the repairs and he kept us up to date on when the cars would be ready for pick up.The shop is beautiful and immaculate. We got to meet the owner Bill upon pick up who went over the entire job with us to make sure we were completely happy.The cars came back to us looking like they just left the showroom and the cars were fully detailed inside and out.I would highly recommend Certified Collision to all of my family and friends.

The shop does an excellent job of communicating during the the repair process and their work is outstanding. My car looks like it did when I first brought it home from the dealer! I hope to never need them again, but if I do I will certainly be a repeat customer of Certified Collision! Bruce will take great care of you.

I brought my Tesla (2015 Model S 85D) here because of the great reviews I read. Bruce was there when I stopped in and he immediately took care of everything. He even dropped me off at enterprise and I was in a rental within 30 minutes of meeting him. The process was professional and clean. Bruce even went the extra mile and sent me updates every day or so showing photos of the progress they were making and keeping me in the loop with their timeline. The end result was a better looking car than when I originally got hit.I will be bringing all of my cars here going forward and would recommend the shop to anyone who wants a job done the right way.

I have a Tesla Model 3 that was involved in a hit and run and was referred to Certified Collision. That was the best decision I ever made! Bruce took such amazing care of me and my car, made me feel so comfortable during such a hard time. He kept me posted ever step of the way! When I got my car back it looked brand new! No doubt in my mind I made the right decision by choosing Certified Collision!

We used Certified Collision when we were involved in an accident as they were recommended by our insurance agent. Bruce and the rest of the staff were very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. We received frequent updates with photos of the progress of repairs, which is amazing how informative and transparent they are with their customers. You should definitely consider Certified Collision for your auto repairs.

After unfortunately being rear ended in my Model 3, I had to find an auto body repair shop specializing in Tesla cars- I live on the south shore of Long Island and after reading the reviews about Certified I decided to use them - I took a short drive to Freeport and met Bruce the manager who took my car in and the process went so smoothly- I anxiously awaited my daily photo updates from Bruce showing my car in its various stages of repair- On picking up my car the workmanship was beyond excellent- my car looked better than when I picked it up new from the dealership. I unfortunately a few weeks later had a water problem and brought the car back to Bruce who was so apologetic. The problem was alleviated in less than a day. On picking up my car Bruce again was so kind and explained why the problem existed. The car was vacuumed and washed for me on my return. This is the way to run a business. I highly recommend Certified Collision and hopefully will not need their services in the future- However if I do , not only for my Tesla but for any make I own,they will have my businessServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Couldn't have had a better experience with Bruce, Bill and their team of experts after my Hellcat got hit by an idiot. They sent pictures daily to keep me updated on progress, and were very quick to respond to questions. The car came back looking better than brand new. It was worth the drive from Manhattan to have the repair done right.

This place is the place you want to go to get your car fixed! It is like a hospital and the staff are like top surgeons. I got into an accident and my front bumper got destroyed mind you I drive a 2016 Subaru, it is my first brand new car and I was very distraught. By the time Certified Collision fixed it and also detailed it so well that my car looked even better then when I drove it out of the showroom when I bought my car. The shop is brand new and there are certification plaques all over the walls for all kinds of cars. I was very upset when my car got damaged and the owner Billy was extremely reassuring to me and made me feel like my car was in great hands. He proved me right when I picked my car up! I highly recommend it, the owner of this shop and staff are meticulous and perfectionists and deliver the absolute best quality of work. No detail is overlooked I am so happy to know that there is an auto body shop that I can trust and go to. Thank you so much Certified Collision!!

They did a remarkable job on my car for a better value than the city. I was referred to them by Precision Auto Works in LIC, it s sister shop, (who only does Teslas now) and was super impressed. I will continue to commute here for work on my VW Golf. Bruce is awesome.

After hearing nothing but good things about Precision Auto Works in Long Island City, I was delighted to learn that Certified Collision of Long Island was Precision's brand new sister shop.I have had indirect exposure to auto body shops many times in the past, and at one point, worked alongside a group of high volume repair facilities on the South Shore of Nassau County. I am also quite a meticulous car owner and DIY car enthusiast. I was lucky enough to avoid needing repair on one of my vehicles until an unfortunate night when I was rear ended by a distracted driver. I needed my Acura repaired and knew what to avoid when choosing a body shop, but did not have a preferred shop in mind. After receiving a significantly low repair estimate from the other party's drive-in appraisal facility, I began my search for the perfect repair shop of my choice. After visiting a few unsuccessful candidates, I went to Certified Collision and met Bruce Gerard, the shop manager.Immediately I was welcomed into the shop and given a facility tour where Bruce showed me some of their current work, as well as a comparable insurance claim similar to mine. Their facility is brand new, well maintained, and very clean.Unlike other shops, Bruce assured me that he would only use OEM replacement parts to repair my vehicle. He promised to handle all communication with the other party's insurance company to receive a fair supplemental payout for proper repair of all damages, including those that should not have been overlooked during the initial estimate at the drive-in appraisal facility.I left my keys with Bruce, and also asked him if he could give me a side estimate for some dents I wanted pulled by his Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) guy. He said he would give me a call for the estimate on the dent removal, and let me know it wouldn't be a problem to get that done at the same time as the rear-end repair. For the first time in a while, I walked away from one of my vehicles with the feeling that it was in good hands.Now for something I have never seen a shop do: daily email updates. I had nothing but praise for Bruce and his team for doing this. Bruce emailed me each time progress was made with the insurance adjuster, be it an appointment was made or what the outcome of the appraisal was. When the car was ready for repair, I received photographs during disassembly, metal repair, painting, reassembly, and final prep before pickup. I can't stress how great the customer service is at Certified - I did not have to ask any questions since Bruce answered all of them before I had the chance to ask. Not to mention, it's amazing to receive an email with photo updates versus receiving calls in the middle of the day while in meetings at work!Upon coming to pick up my car, I had learned that Bruce took care of the dents I wanted repaired gratis. Not to mention, his team detailed the entire car both inside and out! A very nice touch - my car has not looked this great in years! The actual repair was spot on- OEM parts with perfect fitment. Paint was an excellent match with no bubbles, runs, or masking tape lines. Not only was the repair done to Acura standards, it exceeded my personal standards as well.Bottom line:Good shops are hard to find, and with many reviews on social media being paid or artificial, it is hard to find a shop that can be trusted from the get-go. Such was not the case with Certified Collision - I felt good about this experience from the start. The last thing Bruce mentioned to me was that he hopes I don't need the expertise of him and his team again, but if I do, I know where to go. Rest assured, if I ever need auto body or paint repair, I will be paying Certified Collision of Long Island a visit :)

Certified will be my body shop from now until. These people are great. I had a body shop I used for the last 25yrs they closed, retired . When my wife had a accident, I did a lot of research to find someone new."Certified" had the best reviews. I now know why. It was a headache free experience. Bruce was great he handle everything with my insurance company. Sent me updates and pictures to let me know how it was going; It was a totally pain free experience . I can't say it enough. If you got to go, go to these guys.

I was involved in an auto accident over a month ago in my Jeep. Being a car freak I researched far and wide on where to take the car for repairs. Many people recommended Certified. I must say the experience turned out to be as good and even better than everyone said. Bruce and Billy went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Daily emails with the status of the repairs helped keep me in the loop and even further reinforced the notion that the truck was in good hands. At the end of it all, the truck came out better than I imagined. Kudos to Billy, Bruce and the entire crew of Certified on knocking this one out of the ballpark. If you are ever in the unfortunate position of needing your car fixed after an accident, give Certified a call.

Excellent service. Bruce is an excellent and friendly person. He takes care of everything. Gave pictures and texts update about the car throughout the entire process. He updates you about everything. I highly recommend anyone to this place if they need to repair or have any damage to there car Thanks to them my car looks brand new. Outstanding job.

So last week I accidentally crashed into a building so I brought it to Certified Collision of Long Island. My car is back looking better than before crashed it! Shoutout to Certified Collision of Long Island. They polished and detailed the interior of the car after fixing it. No extra charge. Aside from that, the staff is so innovative and professional that they email you updates of your car being fixed every day so you can keep tabs on the progress. I have done business with a fair share of auto body shops and have never had such a modern, professional, quality experience.

I am completely satisfied with the service at Certified Collision. Bruce kept me informed with daily progress photos. They coordinated with my insurance carrier and Enterprise Rental. My vehicle looks brand new and they detailed it as well! I highly recommend Certified Collision.

Both Billy and Bruce were great and very accommodating. Replaced both left doors from an accident and it came back like never happened. There were some wind noise, but they took care of it without hesitation.Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
