Vinny and his staff were amazing!! Definitely would recommend to anybody in need of work, they were quick patient and extremely helpful. Helped guide me through the process, get my rental car and made sure everything was perfect. I only lease my cars so I know their work is 100% reliable and precise. Vinny went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule for pick up and drop off and was extremely patient with me five star for sure.

Vinny has come through time and time again for me, done a great job and he gave me a lower estimate than anyone else. He seems to genuinely care about the people in the community and he s made nothing but a great impression on me.

Vinnie is a good salesman that s all has had my care since March keeps saying no parts. I got in touch with GM. They said vinny never ordered the parts. We are in October and still nothing being doneService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

My in-laws brought their car to this shop in March and we still don t have our car back 8 months later. Vinny has been insanely unprofessional and unhelpful. He keeps blaming the delay on lack of parts but happily already took the money from their insurance company so we can t take it to another auto body shop. They ve been paying their lease while he s holding their car and he has the audacity to ask for A STORAGE FEE. The way their operating this business is absolutely absurd and he s been making false promises and giving us the run around for months.

Vinny and the crew are a joy to work with. My new hybrid car was badly damaged while parked...not only do the repairs look invisible but he was a genius for getting all the sensors and the hybrid working as if it just came off the factory floor. Great job! He even had my car "detailed", got me a rental quickly & easily and answered all my questions enthusiastically. 5 star service. My thanks to Joe, Danielle & hisentire crew. Bravo!

just wanted to acknowledge what I thought to be looking out for the customer. refreshing to know that they didn't blow up something that was basically simple. even suggesting a place to go to that would take care of the car issue ,who, in the interim, was just as helpful, with customers best interest as well. Pace did a big job some years ago on the front end of our Maxima. It was a pretty penny but thought it was reasonable and job well done. That's why went here first and will again

Vinny and his team are fantastic! They go above and beyond for their customers, and stand behind the work that they do. I recommend them for anyone in my area who asks me for an auto body recommendation.

I strongly recommend Pace auto/ collision , Vinny does EXCELLENT work after having my vehicle worked on , I felt like I was driving a new vehicle all over again, not to mention he has a very pleasant & professional assistant Danielle . I rate them 5 stars

Has to be the most unprofessional shop I have ever dealt with, very rude doesn't deliver car on time. I had to have a rental for weeks costing me more money. Be aware and shop around there are many places around this place, I rather go to macco than go here.

Promises, promises, promises. .. broken each time. Committing to your word is the best practice for any business which this place seems to lack. Job done was fair but left paint thinner smell in the vehicle. Seemed like a bottle of it emptied out inside.
