I m new to the area and this was my first time visit Mavis. Overall it was a great experience, and I would recommend this location. I went in looking to purchase new tires and was helped out by Nick and Bill. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and they helped me select new GT Radial tires. The process was quick and I left happy with the service and with my purchase. I will come back to this location for future tire rotations and will make this my future oil-change spot now that I know they offer that service as well.

These guys are awesome, i had an unexpected problem with my tie rod not being installed properly, but Bill, Joe and Stan fixed it in 10 minutes at no cost. Really nice people, definitely recommend!

Billy boy and Joe were outstanding! I had ordered a set of tires and they were able to help me get them mounted and balance at the last minute they squeezed me in. I can t thank them enough for their services. I will definitely be coming back for future services with them!

Accidentally made an appointment at the wrong Mavis but Nick hooked me up anyway. Job was done quick and fantastic prices for the work they do. Definitely going to come back to this specific Mavis just for the customer service.

Excellent service. I would bring my car to Florida Mavis for future service needs. The sales representatives were polite and informative on servicing my car. The mechanic did an excellent job in mounting and balancing my tires. It is great to have a local tire shop one can trust.

Excellent work and excellent customer service. They worked with my budget to get the best tires without making me feel any less valued as a customer. Very professional, friendly and personable. I never feel like they're trying to upsell me. They shared the reports from the alignment and balancing, and helped diagnose a noise I was hearing. And they're right here in Florida. For tires and most auto work, my wife and I know we have a trustworthy shop right in our backyard.

We were helped by Joe today and the service was done swiftly and beautifully! From start to finish it was about 35 minutes max! I would highly recommend this mavis tire location for any of your tire needs

My car was making a funky, very loud knocking noise and I called Mavis to see if they could diagnose the issue since I have had nothing but good experiences with Mavis in Florida in the past. I was in and out within half an hour. The issue is fixed and I was informed of some important maintenance that needs to be done in the near future. Thank you, Nick! You re the best!!

Great customer service. Nick and Joe great mangers. The mechanics did a great job.Very knowledgeable staff and fast.Just an update on 1/24/2024. I had a tire losing air really fast, Joe and Bill took care of it as soon as possible. Great service. I will continue to come to this mavis. I also recommend it.

The manager, nick, is super helpful and got me and my family out of a pinch. If you need anything car related, this is the place. Great prices, and even better customer service. I can t recommend it more to my family and friends. You ve got a customer for life. Everyone there deserves a raise! Above and beyond in every aspect.

My daughter & I are from Rhode Island to train jiujitsu in Warwick NY for a few days. Then we noticed a clanking noise on our car. I m not comfortable driving back to RI with that weird noise. We passed by Mavis tire supply and asked if they can check what s going on. They were very nice to squeeze us in, and check the issue. They drove the car around and brought it in the shop. They lifted the car, removed the wheel were the noise was coming from. They inspected everything and told me the car was safe to drive back home.They didn t charge me anything at all, and I really appreciate that.There are still nice people & business that still existThank you again!I highly recommend Mavis Tire Supply!

Okay, I am back to add to this review... employees are Great Joe and Bill still do a great job and know their stuff. (Still no snack machine )One more thing please put blinds in the waiting room. I was literally baking in the chairs by the window.Love this Mavis! Some of the other Mavis locations are horrible and don't know what they are doing or try to sell you stuff you don't need, not the Florida store. These guys rock!!! Ask for the Assistant managers Joe or Bill. They are professional and knowledgeable. They fixed my tire issues and installed a new battery quickly. I just wish they had complimentary coffee and snacks while you wait.

Beyond amazing service, I had to take my mother's car in for a checkup. They took it in on the lift and noticed that both of her rear brake calipers were shot! they fixed it and put it back on the road in minutes for barely any charge, Great service and even better people!!

The Mavis in Florida NY are fast, helpful, and efficient. They changed the oil, replaced a headlight and gave a $10 discount. In total it was $119.96. It only took about 40 minutes. Great experience and I would highly recommend!

Mavis Discount Tire was awesome! I came in for an oil change and they took me right away. Everyone was great and they even checked my extra requests. Really great place. I would recommend anyone to go there for their tire and maintenance needs. Thank you Mavis Tire in Florida, NY!

Professional, accommodative and honest. On a rainy busy Sunday morning, travelling with family back to Canada with a flat tire problem, driving on a spare tire was getting scary and unbalance. Management accommodate our request and were honest enough to tell us that the tire was in good shape, fixed it back, and charged us no fee. We made it safely home. Thank you!

4 tires, alignment and oil change, dropped car off at 8:00 done by 10:00. Competitive, Nick was great. Close to home got my 10,000 steps in walking back and forth. Only negative they don t do State inspections.

This place is great. I take all my vehicles to them. Their work is reliable and I find them to be trustworthy. They always give you the full overview and don t try to scam you! They are great at explaining everything and makes you feel like you are in good hands!

Got new tires. Was helped by joe. Had the most incredible experience you could ever have at a Mavis. My ride is smoother than ever. Won t ever go anywhere else for as long as joe works there. Just went back for an oil change. Joe and Stanley were great. Only thing that would make my experience better would be snacks in the waiting room. And a lollipop or sticker after checkout.

Joe and Nick were Great!I went in thinking that I needed a new TPMS and was told that I just needed a new valve stem! The guys could have easily just given me what I asked for but they went out of their way to make sure I only got what I needed. Definitely the place to come if you want quick and honest attention. My go-to shop and highly recommend!!

I was having trouble with my brakes, Joe quickly figured out the issue and fixed it in less than 20 minutes. The customer service at this Mavis is outstanding, you won t be disappointed. Make sure you ask for Joe!

Great service at this location! Came in to have my tires checked because of vibrations. They pulled my car in quick, got everything checked out and fixed fast and done right the first time. Bill at the desk is knowledgeable and helpful. Technician did a through (and great) job and even showed me my tires while in the lift and recommended to get the tires changed (legit! Tire tread getting low). Great job all around.
