Ricky is not the typical guy who overcharges and makes you feel like you re getting ripped off.He does right by you, is honest, and gives reasonable prices you can t get at other places in the area.When I scratched up my car, The first location I looked at gave me a quote that was so high it made me shiver. I went to Ricky and Nassau Collision for a second opinion, and they came in at half the price. It was a no-brainer. And the work was phenomenal. My car looks brand new again.Couldn t ask for better service!

This place is hands down the best auto collision shop in NY! Mr Ricky and his team, especially Chris, are super easy to work with and very easy to communicate. Mr Ricky will never overcharge you and break your pocket, they will work with you and get the job done with amazing results! Would definitely recommend them to my friends and family! Thank you once again for everything sir! I shall be back in the future!

Had a wonderful experience working with Nassau Collision. Ricky and his team were kind, knowledgeable, and professional every step of the way. After I dropped my car off for repairs they took care of everything - all I had to do was pick it up when they were finished. It looked brand new when they were done with it. I absolutely would recommend them and will use them again in the future without hesitation.

Just wanna say that for the past 9 years of my driving experience, I've never met such a great person ever who cares so much for his customers and friends. Mr Ricky I just wanna say thank you so much from the bottom of my heart by fixing my cars without any problems. Mr Ricky and his team fixed 2 of our cars the Elantra and the red RAV4 perfectly like brand new. Thank God I finally found my go to and the most trustworthy mechanic. Once again thanks a lot.

Came here to do the CARCO inspection and had a wonderful experience. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and had it done quickly and efficiently. I ll definitely be bringing in my car to them in the future for whatever may come up. Thank you guys!

Ricky and the entire Nassau Collision Team did a fantastic job when repairing my Chevy Trailblazer. Working with them was easy and hassle free every step of the way. Ricky and his crew were absolutely amazing. I got into an accident back in November and had to deal with the insurance that handles Taxi cabs in NYC and it wasn't until about March that they finally paid me out on the settled amount. Luckily Ricky was patient and guided me through the entire process from start to finish. It's tough to find a good body shop that you feel completely comfortable with but the second I met Ricky I knew I was in good hands. I dropped my car off, he put me in a rental, made sure that the rental was for the amount the insurance was willing to cover and nothing more. A little more than a week later, the car is ready to go. No surprise charges, no hidden fees, everything worked out exactly how he explained it. The customer service and quality of work was top notch. If you need any auto body work done, I highly recommend Ricky and his guys over at Nassau Collision. He will 100% do right by you.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I can t say praise Ricky and his team enough! My truck was hit and I had brought it over to Nassau Collision. At first I thought it was just going to be some minor body work but Ricky quickly discovered that there were many hidden mechanical repairs that were needed to my truck. Ricky s expertise and experience really speaks for itself, once I received my truck back it looks and drives like I just got it off the lot! They treat you like family and really know how to deal with lousy insurance companies. I d recommend Nassau Collision to all of my friends & family.

I was referred to Ricky through a mutual friend. Ricky & his team are very friendly, professional, great communicator, timely and straight to the point. These qualities made it easy to decide to use them. I live in CT and Ricky quoted me an amount that was over 2k less than my highest estimate and $500 less than my lowest estimate here in CT. The professionalism and the quality of work made It all worth the distance. I would recommend Nassau Collision at any time to anyone. You wont be disappointed!Service: Body & Trim

Amazing job by the guys here. The vehicle was returned to me in show room condition. I brought my car here for a paint job and dent removal (because of damage due to a recent storm) and I couldn't be happier. Ricky and his crew will treat your car as if it were their own. Thank you Nassau Collision for another great experience! I have been a frequent flyer at Nassau Collision this past year (3X)...not my fault! Luckily I have Ricky and his team. They are professional and knowledgeable, I needed my front bumper replaced... now my car looks brand new inside and out since they cleaned the inside of my car as well. Besides the beautiful work and wonderful customer service, the repairs to my car actually cost less than Ricky estimated. I would highly recommend this body shop!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Ricky from Nassau Collision Corp saved me! I came to his business in a panic with my car badly damaged, but instantly Ricky had calmed my nerves and reassured me that all will be taken cared of. From repair to car rental, he had it all covered leaving me no stressors! I couldn t thank Ricky enough when the job was all done. Ricky is the best! This wasn t the first time I ve been to him. My dad s Honda Pilot mirror was damaged while it was parked and we brought the car to Nassau Collision. Ricky and Frank took care of us and they were just amazing in the whole process. Last week when my Sister in law s car needed work after an accident I didn t even needed to think twice to come here. And as always the work is like incredible it s like as if your car was never in an accident. Ricky is very helpful and friendly and the work they do is excellent. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest auto body shop.

I got into a terrible accident with my car and the front of my car was badly bashed and roughly over 6,500 worth of damage. Ricky owner of shop was able to take care of insurance people for me and just picked up my vehicle and my car looks amazing!!!!! Like brand new. It literally looks like it never was in an accident. Ricky is an amazing person. He even was so nice and amazing and from my insurance deductible of 1000.00 and discounted for me to pay only 400.00. Such a great place!!!!!!This is the second time I ve been here, he totally takes care of you.

I went here to get inspection pictures taken of my car for Geico. I was able to call around 10am and get a same day appointment for 1pm. They re so nice and friendly, great customer service. I would recommend them.

Never been in any type of accident. Googled places looking for an honest shop. This place got 5 stars . So, I took a chance. Ricky and Franky were the nicest and helpful business owners. Ricky takes pride in his business and it shows with his work and customer service. Long story short he basically took care of everything for me. My SUV looking brand new and my bank account is intact lol. Definitely recommend!!!!
