I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! Great service and communication. The work is very professional and fast. They do all the paperwork with the rental and the insurance. The quality and care they put into my car was phenomenal and the paint looks amazing. My car doesn t look like it was ever in an accident. Magic Touch Auto Body exceeded my expectations. I called a week ahead and sent the shop photos of my car immediately following my accident, I filed my claim, and a week later dropped it off for the adjuster and auto body to go over the car. They set up my rental and had it on site, ready to go so I can go about my day. The day after the estimate, they gave me a time frame of two weeks to replace the door, repair frame damage and repaint the parts of the car that needed to be taken care of. They were prompt with giving me updates when I asked and were able to coordinate other things that I needed to get done for the car before I got it back. The team went above and beyond making sure that the car was out for a short period and got all the best work. This is far better than any other experience I ve gotten from an auto body. I know that I can go back to them if another unfortunate event occurs. They even helped me put my tow hook license plate on, which my previous auto body failed to do at my request to not drill holes.
