On 10/29 my car was hit and I thought it was totaled. All four air bags opened in the front seat. Gregg assured me that it would look like new when repaired and sure enough it look like it was never in a collision. The shop was very professional and I m absolutely thrilled with the results. Thank you Floral Park auto body!

Gregg provides excellent one stop service , you drive car in, he will take care the rest from calling the insurance company to help you getting rental car; Gregg is professional and trustworthy; highly recommended

Oct 2nd I was hit by a car while driving on Jericho Turnpike going west. Thank God no one was hurt but my car was badly damaged . After few days insurance company recommended Floral Park Auto Body to get my car repair. The entire experience with this Auto Body Workshop was simply incredible. Greg the manager is a thorough gentleman very knowledgeable and very professional he made the entire process seamless and less stressful. You can see before after pictures of my car to tell rest of the story.

I had minor accident on January 8 2024.The repair job was excellent!!!!!Gregg was so pleasant and kind to deal with along with I believe her name is Lilly. The men who worked on my car did a superb job ! My car looked brand new I would highly highly recommend this shop to anyone who is in need for repairs.

Worked with Greg of Floral Park Auto Body who was the primary reason I selected this business.Greg was positive, honest and very knowledgeable about my repairs.He finished the job when he promised, and I was very pleased with his work.Hopefully I won't need body work in the future but if I do, I would track down Greg and bring it to him....high marks to Greg.

Had an accident recently which left extensive damage to the front of my car, so through Geico I looked up body shops close to me and found Floral Park Auto body. After googling and seeing the 5 star reviews, they seemed like a good trustworthy place, and they did not disappoint! Not only are the guys who work there good people, but they also did an amazing job. My car looks as though it was never in an accident. Beyond satisfied with the work.

My experience at Floral Park Auto Body Shop was incredible. I felt taken care of from the beginning. With Greg's friendly and professional level of service, I was in great hands from the start. When I needed a rental car while my car was in the shop, Greg helped me with Enterprise and I was in a car immediately. Thanks to Greg's high level of professionalism and commitment to excellence, I was very pleased by the results of my auto repair. My car looks amazing and the repairs were completed very expeditiously. Because of their relationship with Enterprise, I enjoyed a seamless rental car process as well. By far the best body shop around Greg and his staff are the best. They are polite and very helpful and the work they did on my father's car it looks like it rolled out of the show room, I would highly recommend Floral Park Auto Body 10 out of 10

Was more than happy with the final results on my Chevy Equinox. I had an unfortunate accident on the highway which left my car unsafe to drive. Very inconveniently, GM/Chevy had a factory strike and Greg, the auto body manager, could not by ANY means get the parts for my car. It was a race against the clock as my insurance would only cover a rental vehicle for 1 month. Greg kept in touch with me 2-3 times a week to give me updates and did EVERYTHING in his power to get my car back to me before I would have been forced to pay for a rental car out of my own pocket. Great service, great communication, and amazing results. Hopefully I don t get into another accident but I will definitely remember to call Floral Park Auto Body the next time my vehicle needs service.

Manager took care of everything. Was rear ended and my bumper was cracked with a crushed muffler. Staff is super nice and car looked great after. Highly recommend.

Getting my car fixed here was a good experience. When it came time to pick up, they stayed passed the 6pm closing time which gave me just enough time to make it through the Floral Park LIRR which they are in front of.

I highly recommend Floral Park Auto Body. They were awesome! Professional, accommodating, very nice, and super easy to deal with! They took care of everything, and my car has never been cleaner inside. 3 weeks to the day, I got my car back after an accident. Yay!!
